The 1/4-inch diameter barrel has a very complicated and unusual curved blade. Another unusual feature is the 3/4 inch long slot cut into the top of the barrel. Its obviously there by design but I don't know its purpose. The key is beautifully crafted with a superb smooth as glass old iron patina. A terrific antique key to add to your collection. Etc. Each side measures about 9 3/8" The corners are about 2 1/8" to 2 3/8" tall. It is in excellent condition with no significant issues. There is a minor shallow flake to the unglazed portion of the foot(see photo) There is a minor glaze or gold color flake to one corner about 1/8" across. There are some craze lines as is pretty much universal in Longwy pottery. There is some slight darkening of some craze lines in the area of the central design. Portions of the central design are hand-decorated ... morewith multi-colored enamels and gold and seem to be unglazed. A really striking piece. See photo for Longwy marks on back side. NO RESERVE. Great Looking Vintage Cast Iron/Wrought Iron Fire Place Fender. Found this Great Piece at an Estate Sale. This 3 Panel Gate/Fender is Almost 25 1/2 Tall and Middle panel is almost 20 3/4 long. The end panels are 12 1/2 inches wide. The weight is almost 36 pounds. Check out the Pictures and see for your self the great design and workmanship that was put in to this great piece! Antique Chippy Wrought Iron White Garden Gate/Trellis 3 Sided w/ hinges Tulips
This Magnificent Iron Three-sided Trellis with heavy detail is a must-have for your garden. The solid iron detail in the iron trellis is exceptional. There are stake feet at the bottom. But still can stand on a solid surface. See pics) There are hinges in which both side pieces move back, therefore the spread of the trellis can be increased or decreased to a desired with. The paint shows some rust and discoloration, but either a sandblasting or paint removal could bring this to pristine condition. I prefer it as is. I do not have an exact age on this piece but I believe it would be from the early 1900s. This iron trellis is 63 inches tall. The centerpiece is 21" wide EACH side is 15.5" wide. This trellis then has a total width 52" It us.5" wide. This is a rare find and truly gorgeous!

MEASUREMENTS: 44¾" Wide 20¾" High Overall This gate was used to protect the cellar window on an early 1900's home in Philadelphia. It is in the traditional Mission style. The iron is flat. And there is a large medallion in the center. The window gate is in very good condition overall. It has surface rust and dings commensurate with age and use. The gate may look sort of lopsided in the photo. This is due to the fact that one end is higher than the other. The higher end has pivots that ... morego into the window frame and act as a hinge that allows it to swing open.
