Here you have a large Black Wrought Iron Chandelier- not sure how old. Or if it is definitely an antique. It is 2 Tier with 12 Candle Holders. It weighs about 30-35 lbs and is 42 inches wide and 37 inches tall. There are minor rust spots and the finish may need to be re-done. One of the long curved wires is slightly bent, but is not overly noticable. There are some numbers and letters on the iron- on the bottom loop(picture included) it says RB 9 SR 24- not sure what that means. It is a very classic rustic looking candle holder chandelier. Antique Wrought Iron Chandelier, 5 Bulb - Late 1800's Early 1900's
This is a great 5 bulb wrought iron chandelier. An estate item from a 50+ year old grandson who explained he had his grandmother's things. The fixture itself is 16" high and 18" in diameter +/ with another 16" of chain/post(9" chain& 7" post) then a 6" diameter ceiling plate. The acanthus leaves are steel, not iron, flexible, and are very sound. The wiring was original and unusable. I took the time to remove it and brushed the whole lamp down, leaving the patina or getting you that much closer to refinishing/rewiring. I hope it stays"rusty" The paper candles are dirty and a few wax drips are off. As well as the tops a little rough. I didn't try to clean them. The retainer tabs for the wiring are intact but one. I put a picture of a part of the wiring for dating, if you know about that. I ... morelooked up wiring and that fabric insulation ended by 1930 or so and started about 1875 I believe. I did not find any brand or maker's marks. All the finials/threaded parts turn and thread freely, not seized. The leaves at the bottom do have tiny holes at the tips to add crystals. No crystals are with it, but there was a tiny wire on one leaf that made sense when I looked at other examples. If you have any questions or would like additional pics, please ask. I reply fast. André Delatte Wonderful french 1920-25 art deco chandelier in wrought iron with shades in glass paste signed A.Delatte Nancy. Often André Delatte used black ink to sign his glasses. The signatures are vague and on some shades almost gone but traces are still visible. André Delatte(1887-1953) was the private banker of the Muller freres company and thats how he came in touch and fell in love with art nouveau and art deco glassware. He took up a study in chemistry and in 1919 he started to work for Muller decorating vases. In 1921 he opened his own workshop in Jarvil. The outskirts of Nancy. It became a welknown small glass company making mainly glas paste vases and shades for lighting. And was especially successful with the beautiful mottled structures of Delattes colored pieces. It hard a hard time during the 1928 crisis and ... moreclosed down in 1933. After which André moved to the south of France and to work in insurances. The lamp is 71 cm high(drop of 28" and has a diameter of around 41 cm(16" Its in very good condition. Two shades have some small chips around the collar which is of no importance and invisible under the fitters. The chandelier has been rewired and cleaned. Ready to use. The elegant forged iron fixture in a typical 1920 design has a nice darkbrown patina. It has its four old french B22d bayonet sockets. If you prefer I can place 4 new E14 screw sockets. It features a cluster of yellow tulip-like flowers in the center of a design of twisted rope effect metal. There are six arms ending in places for chandelier style bulbs. Overall for its age. It's in remarkably good condition. Maybe a few minor spots where the metal is bent slightly but you can easily re-bend those. There is a little chip at the top edge of one of the candle sleeves and one of the sleeves is missing entirely. The wiring is intact but we can't assess the functionality of it as we have never used this fixture. It came to us from the estate of a customer. This listing is for a 5 arm wrought iron with acanthus leaf and deep scroll styling. Lamp has been completely rewired while sparing all original parts. Arms could be reversed to have lights pointing down instead of up as shown in pictures. Original lamp used a ceiling mount. Lamp measures 22" across and 20" tall. Chain is approximately 8 to 9 feet in length. Color of lamp is old gold and brown. Has a slight texture feel to surface.

VINTAGE SOUTHWEST WROUGHT IRON CHANDELIER COLORFUL FANTASTIC
When I came across this item I flipped out. I have never seen one this beautiful. Yes beautiful. It rings out Route 66. You will see in the photos it's hand made, each and every design cut by hand. It has donkeys, scorpions, rattle snakes, buzzards and cactus. Also if you look closely the person who made it also cut out metal squares, a circles and a triangles, the detail is something else. No question it was custom made for someone, my guess is someone in Arizona. Yes it has rusty spots and the paint is fading, I say so what, this is they way you want to buy it, just as it was when it was hanging, yet getting this restored to it's original condition would not be a bad idea either. It's 41 inches tall and from one round blub holder to the other left to right it measures 35 inches. The item was wired some year ago, you can still ... moresee the wires inside. All sockets are there. As you can see by the photos it's just one amazing piece. I normally don't rattle on about most the things I sell but this just says" Americana" If I had a room in a Southwest motif I would have to have this chandelier, sure some new ones look pretty good but if you want new then you don't want this one. As for shipping, because the items is so big I will bring it to the place that does only large item packaging, I've used them before and they are good at what they do. You would have to deal with them directly and pay them directly. Not sure what it weights, maybe 25 lbs or so. Also there is no grease on it, my guess is it's not been used in a restaurant, YET! This light has kind of a mid century mixed with a Spanish flavor(my opinion) This light now is set up with for a ceiling mount. But could you could add a longer chain and electrical cord to make it a swag lamp. That's just an idea. It has a 13" chain and 12" electrical wire but no ceiling cap. There are no cracks or chips in the glass. Measurements are: appx. 14" across including the metal scrolling, 10" round glass bottom. The amber glass is 3 1/4" x 6 1/2" per panel. Vintage Arts & Crafts 4 Light Hammered Bronze Chandelier Gothic Wrought Iron
Up for sale is a 4 Light Hammered Bronze Chandelier. I am not sure if this is more Gothic Revival or Arts and Crafts in style. It was retailed by John? of Pennsylvania. The label is a gold foil and is 1/2 missing. The piece has cloth wiring and is in working condition. The sockets have a E with an arrow going through it. It is quite a heavy piece at almost 14 pounds. The piece hangs 22" from the ceiling and is 17" wide. The ceiling cap is made of a different material- it feels like a heavy tin. Would look great with some Quezal shades. I have included two etched glass iridescent finish shades. Which came with the piece when purchased. Vintage Wrought Iron & Cast Aluminum Chandelier, w/ Eight Bulb Band of Lights
If you want unique. You've got it here. This large chanelier is made of wrought iron, stamped tin and cast aluminum, then painted a very retro burnt orange,and it works(the look and the lights) There is a circular band of eight lights in the middle which move a little, independantly with the rest of the piece. It's a bit of a mystery how this was assembled, but basically the cast aluminum pieces were screwed into the wrought iron sections and the stamped tin decorative pieces were welded in place, and all of this hanging from a VERY heavy duty(tow) chain. There are stamps or sticker on it so I can't say when or by whom it was made, but I'm guessing made in America and made to last. It measures 18"W x 37 1/2"T,a great old piece.
