This set of dollhouse Renewal bathroom fixtures is so adorable! They are ivory colored and the bottom of the tub reads: R.D. 1946. Made in U.S.A. No. T 95, A Renewal Product, Pat. Pend. U.S.A. Canada. The tub measures 2" X 4" X 1-5/16" tall. The toilet is about 2-1/8" tall and the sink is about 2-1/4" tall. The detail is amazing. There are two little ridged soap dishes on the back edges of the sink, the toilet handle moves and both the lid and seat lift up and down as shown in the fourth photo. The faucets on both the sink and tub are realistic. The sale is for the three pieces as mentioned in the title and described in the above paragraph but I am also including the hamper that is missing its lid. It has a blue mark on the front(probably crayon as I was able to remove most of it with my fingernail) and won't ... moretake much to remove. It won't stand by itself upside down but could most likely be used against the wall of a dollhouse in that position and would look fine. They are pre-owned. Used and show wear: scratching and dirty marks. I did soak them in dish detergent but they may be further improved upon with a more thorough cleaning. Three vintage porcelain sink knobs; diverter - excellent
Three porcelain sink knobs. Knob marked Diverter is a little over 3" across. The square stem on back looks like it takes 5/16" stem, but not positive, has small hairline crack(see picture) The Cold knob is about 2 3/4" across and the center hole is 7/16" square. The third is about 3" across and the center hole is 1/2" square. Overall the are all in Excellent shape.

Antique Hot Sink Faucet Chrome"Re-Nu Standard" Vintage Ball elbows. Tub, sink. You are bidding on one(1) Antique Hot Sink Faucet Chrome. Marked"Re-Nu Standard" This architectural salvage piece has the Vintage Ball elbows, great for tub or sink. This could be used as the spout end with a shut off. One could install a hot and cold control and leave this open. Then once set, you could shut it off at the spigot and have the temp settings remain. Great for water saving during a shower, or for temp control convenience. This handle has(H) on the handle. It appears Chrome. Rather than Nickel. It has a nice patina in the condition, not new by any means, but not corroded, and inside looks good too. All components work well. The swivel for the spigot, as well as the water control handle. We have not disassembled this faucet, but ... moredo not see any reason that with new grommets or pack, this will work wonderfully with very little issues in these parts. This is fantastic for a period restoration. There are minor signs of age. But for use or display, in very clean and good condition. It is approx. 54 inches long. By 24 inch wide, and about 35 inches high. Some of the panels have dents. Some of the base has bends and surface rust, and the bottom panel under the trap area has a rust-through hole. The entire base would need repainted.it has original paint and was once re-painted which is peeling. Look over the pictures carefully. It needs work but is the real thing! LOCAL PICK UP ONLY. Removed from our house in the 1980's. Been in indoor storage ever since. No damage whatsoever. The brown is fading just a bit, but otherwise intact. Surface collar is perfect. A photo of the underside just shows some light surface rust, completely normal and not impacting overall quality or structural integrity at all. Dimensions are 33" by 22" sink depth is 9" both sides.
