Which are both in working condition. The shade is frosted and has some blemishes(scrapes, discoloration etc. due to age. The chrome has some pitting and discoloration spots. It shows it's age, as this is a vintage fixture. In order to change the bulb. You have to pull on both of the side arms to release the shade(similar to the function of a toilet paper holder) I don't think the switch is original to the fixture. But I think the original looked similar to this, although it may have been a push button. This is a toggle switch. Perfect light to go over a bathroom vanity or it could be hung directly on the ceiling. Try it sideways as a sconce! Many wonderful purposes for this cool retro lights. Art Deco 4-Light Pan Chandelier P&S Sockets Vintage Lighting Fixture Needs TLC
We recently went to an auction that had great 1880s-1930s lighting fixtures. Lamps, etc. We know that some of them came from west central Ohio homes that were built during Ohio's railroad boom(most people don't think of Midwest railroad barons, but we had'em) We'll be listing these over the next couple of weeks. Unlike much of what we got at this sale. The finish on this chandelier looks like it's about 100 years old. The bobeshes are a little bent, and it needs to be rewired. However, all of the pieces are there, and all of the metal seems sound. It's a typical Art Deco. Neoclassical 4-light chandelier. The fixture's about 19" in diameter. It hangs down about 34. Great size for dining areas, living rooms, salons. It has 4 old P& S sockets. We're not sure if this fixture was made to have globes. Electric ... morelights were considered“exciting” about this time. And many fixtures featured bare bulbs because they were intriguing. The hardware stores have some“crystal” light bulbs out now that keep the bulb-only authenticity, and look attractive to modern eyes. This piece needs TLC. Please see the pictures. Vintage Italian tole bamboo chandelier. This chandelier is in rough shape. I bought it as a project and with four kids I just don't have the time. The shape and size are perfect and cute the chain is there I don't know if it works or needs to be retired the cord is cut. The candle covers are missing as well. Old Vintage Antique Porcelier Porcelain Wall Light Sconce Fixture Light w Switch
Up for Sale ia a Beutiful Antique Porcelier Wall Sconce. It is in excellant condition. The gold trim and little flowers look great. The pull switch works as it should and has a great snap to it, I tested it and it works properly. The photos speak for themselfs as to its great condition. The outlet works as it should, the wires on the outlet were a little frayed so I replaced them, the wires to the light socket were in great condition so I left them. The fixture is ready to mount on your wall. It is setup to accept a glass globe over the bulb, many are listed regularly on Ebay so it can be added if you wish. I like to add an old looking Edison style bulb as shown in a couple of the photos without the globe. The mounting bracket and gold cap nut are included, the light bulb shown in a few of the photos is not included.

Not sure what style to call this: art nouveau. Art deco or roaring 20's. Very nice 3 light pendant fixture with most of its original copper color finish. Made of cast iron. Cannot tell if it is a real copper plate finish or just copper color. Has about a 26" drop from the bell to the decorative hanger. Could easily be shortened. Has its original ceramic sockets and cloth covered wiring which is in good shape. Had a new on/off rotating switch and vintage style lead wire installed some time back and have been using it in my store some. Time to sell it. Obtained it years ago from an old home. This listing is for a vintage brass/copper canopy with tube for a ceiling light or a wall sconce. The opening for the pipe is approximately 3/4" The screw used to tighten the canopy onto the pipe looks original and in working order. This light fixture came from a large old house in Seattle. It looks to be Craftsman in Style. Either patinated brass or bronze. It is 65 inches long and the main bar is 2 inches wide. The porcelain sockets are original with original wiring I am not an expert but I tried to accurately and honestly describe the light fixture to the best of my ability. 2 of the photo's show the only blemish I could find. Vintage LUCITE Swirly Light Fixture Chandelier 1970-80's Original Retro DECO Here is a very cool. Vintage light fixture or chandelier made with Lucite. The lucite is made in long bands of lucite, sort of swirled around each other. It measures 21 1/2 ins. approx. from ceiling mount to the end of the last lucite piece at the bottom. As you can see. I have about a gazillion pictures I took of this, and I have the sore wrists and forearms to prove it. Many inside and even outside shots for you. Please check them all out. The fixture is in Fair condition with rust around the brass ceiling mount and holding screws. To put a light bulb in here. It has to be a chandelier style, thinner bulb, and you slide your hand down the top part and screw it in sort of upside down.A few of the lucite pieces( about. 2) have some' crazing' in the plastic ... morematerial. Like this. Most likely due to heat or temperature changes. I have always seen this in older lucite pieces, even furniture. It is not cracked through the lucite, but inside crazing. You could take this to a metal refinisher to have them re-plate this. Or replace it with another of the same size. Chain is rusted too. There is on the longer piece of plastic swirl. A screw that is out some, as if someone took that one on and off to get a light bulb in that way as well. All the screws are rusted, so I have not attempted to do so. It is unmarked anywhere that I have seen. Bottom of the fixture. It is a fairly heavy fixture. Reflecting in an outside mirror. It is a wonderful. Very fun vintage fixture. Would always recommend re-wiring before using. Perfect for Retro, 1970-80's decors, Modern, and even Art Deco homes. Description: This ceiling light fixture has a 1930s glass shade in a very light frosted blue color. The inside of the shade has a raised floral or leaf pattern. Notice the clear. Beaded rim! The shade is suspended from the holder by three bead chains. The holder is a new, custom made piece, finished in a metallic bronze color. The glass is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks. There is some minor unevenness to the color at the very center of the shade, which appears as spots, but this is still a very pretty fixture. It was difficult to capture the beauty in the photos. The light hangs down a total of 8-1/2 inches to the bottom of the shade. And measures 12-1/4 inches wide. Item are in nice condition, one of them is missing the wall plate and has a crack as shown in picture, the other one looks very good, Glass shade missing if there was one,they measure about 7" tall x 4 1/2" wide, weights 1 lb 7 ounces each, material looks to be ceramic, but will need to be re-wired, I don't know it switches works, sounds like it does but not sure. Antique Art Deco Skyscraper Light Fixture - Milk Glass - Vintage Chandelier
Available here is an antique art deco light fixture. It has a beautiful skyscraper style milk glass shade. The shade is in good condition with no chips or cracks. It has a 6" fitter. The shade only stands approximately 11.5" tall and is approximately 12" across at its widest. The fixture looks to be brass and has been partially painted over. I am not sure of the best way to remove the paint and will let the new owner decide what to do. It has the original socket and cloth wrapped wiring. I have not tested it and would recommend rewiring it for safety. Rewiring this would be pretty simple since it is a single socket. When hung. Beautiful vintage light fixture. Some kind of Diamond Point pattern on the clear glass globe. The Fixture itself has a beautiful filigree type pattern around the base. With great brass color to it.
