This is for a Vintage/Antique Gasoline Service Station still in the original box and all of the parts are in great condition. Most of the parts are plastic. On the front it says SHELL. GULF. ESSO. B. P. CALTEX. On the back it says MADE IN HONG KONG and the No. 5208. You will get 2 trucks. Gas pumps, 4 men and the service station area. The men are about 1 3/16" tall, the trucks are about 3 1/8" long, the gas pump island is about 4 1/8" long x 2 1/2" high and the service station area is about 4" long x 2 3/8" high. Some of the very thin rubber bands are still holding the pieces in the box. The box shows some wear with a few tears here and there but considering how old it is the box is in great condition. Great looking older vintage advertising pen knife from Schwering's Hardware and Garden Center in Palmyra. New Jersey. I have no idea of the exact age but guessing maybe 1960s? Small 2 blade folding knife has a gold colored metal case with a faux pearl inlay on the front. I believe the material is plastic. Case has a raised textured design on front and back and is approximately 2" x 1-1/8" and maybe 1/8" thick. Two blades are each about 1-5/8" long and are marked COLONIAL, PROV RI. Overall very good condition with just light wear to the surface of the case. Blades are in very good condition with no nicks and very little signs of sharpening. Thanks for looking.

The labels are diecast in an aluminium alloy- originally they were fitted to a galvanized steel stake for marking specimen plants in the garden. The decorative board is made from English oak. Presumably these nine labels had been damaged and so instead of throwing them away someone has made up this very attractive display for hanging in a conservatory. Handles are 795 long. Cutting edge is 170 long Stamped and cold forged from mild steel- the cutting edges have been hardened. Ground and tempered. Pressed from sheet copper then marked with makers name and detials. Cleaned and polished- in good used condition. Used in conjunction with a methylated spirit burner. The bowl was filled with XL ALL vapourising liquid which when heated gave off fumes to kill green and black fly, thrip, mealy bug etc without damaging even tender plants in full bloom. L&NER planting spade C1925. English. No makers marks. Length overall 360. Blade is 145 long and measures 84 to 60. Handle is 125 long. The spade. Complete with handle tang is stamped from a single piece of steel plate approx 6mm thick- the blade has been taper forged in thickness towards the tip. The nicely shaped handle is turned from ash and is fitted with a heavy steel ferrule. The handle is retained on the tapered tang by being rivetted through a washer on the end. Cleaned and polished sympathetically to retain its original character. A very good looking tool- well used but not abused- great patina. Around the garden and on the farm these tools were used for setting out seedling plants- a larger version of the familiar garden trowel. I presume these were issued to station masters to encourage the planting and maintenance of flower ... morebeds on platforms and gardens adjoining the railway line. An early tool being stamped L&NER- the& was dropped very soon in the life of the LNER. A rare collectors piece. Vintage indoor garden terrarium
Terrarium C1960. English. No maker's marks. Overall height including stand 450. Measurement across the flats of the hexagon- 200. Extremely well made in a hexagonal form from'H' section brass channels with soldered joints. There is a sliding glass door to the front. The stand is made from pine with a mahogany lacquered finish. Lightly cleaned but still with traces of soil and roots in the base. There are some signs of corrosion lower down but nothing that will give any problem and will be covered up by planting. It would appear that someone has sealed the bottom with silicone cement- we have not tested it for leaks but any plants put in here should not require excessive watering as the terrarium forms its own Eco- climate. A very nice example- it could be older than I suggest. A good size to make an impressive display. The wood pallet is approximately 4" x 4" and the bowl is approximately 4" in diameter and 2" high. There is a piece of drift wood with two little crabs on it. There are 2 rakes. This is a vintage cement or concrete bunny garden statue. Recently purchased at an estate sale. I was told it dates to the 1960's. It is in good used and vintage condition with no chips or cracks however it looks to have spent quite a bit of time outside. It measures 6 1/4" long and 4 3/4" tall.
