Vtg. Copper Arts and Crafts Wall Sconce Tudor Bungalow Porch Light Lantern
Here is a nice period arts and crafts wall mounted porch light. This would work well with your Craftsman bungalow. Tudor, or Spanish style home. The metal is non-magnetic and looks like it is probably copper or, maybe, brass under the black paint. The mounting plate is cast so could be plated rather than solid. The rest would definitely be solid copper or brass. The black paint is not original. It is chipping in some places and there is some white house paint on the fixture in some places. The glass is original and in good condition. The fixture needs rewiring. The original cloth cord has been cut short as can be seen in the photo. This old'porch light'ceiling fixture from the Phil R. Hinkley Co. was made of stamped tin(painted) with six texturd glass panels and some brass hardware. The beige paint was done to have a faux age appearence. It is in near pristine condition with only the slightest scuffs here and there. It measures 11 1/2"T x 7 1/2"W. Shipping includes tracking.

Set of 2-Pair of Vintage Copper Lantern Style Porch Light-Sconce-Beveled Glass
It's often hard to tell the difference between copper and brass since a magnet won't stick to either. I'm going with copper since that's what most of them were made of. Brass tarnished to bad to put outside and I think they are too thin to have been brass. Either way, a magnet won't stick to them so they are definitely not tin. They have been painted as you can see. They do have some dents and dings on them and may have more if you decide to strip the paint off. They are what you see so look at all the pics carefully. They both appear to have the original beveled glass in them which is very rare to find. Wiring appears to be fine on them and no need to replace it. Let me know if you have any questions. Cast Iron Metal Ornate Victorian Vintage Light Fixture Porch post lamp Garden
Lovely- Heavy- Old- Porch- Wall- Pole Lamp- Garden- Cast Iron Light Fixture I have two of these. Please ask about the other if you are interested. Measures 18-1/2" high X 5-1/4" wide X 5-1/2" deep It is very Heavy and so. Will be mailed in a large flat rate box. The original screws/ hardware are included and I think all are here. There is only finial(two with the other one to be listed separately) The bottom part could be mounted on a pole/ post or the hole could be capped off with cap- nut and bolt or left as is. The piece for the electric light is included- it needs all new wiring. I think it would also look great with a candle or even with a plant inside. The glass is thick. It is a golden yellow color with ripples/ bumps for an old fashioned look. There are some little chips as on the bottom that can be seen in the last ... morephoto. No chips are visible when the lamp it put together. I do not know the age. It has all the charm you could ask for with the ornate cast iron and what I think is an applied aged patina. It is a green and weathered look black. It is very dusty and I will give it a quick cleaning before packing it. Antique Hallway / Porch Hanging Light 1940's
This is a antique hanging hallway or porch light that came out of a beach cottage in Rehoboth Beach Delaware. The ceiling fixture is a little over 5" with a chain that hangs down 24" The next piece that holds the bulb and globe is 3.5" with a wide pretty detailed trim. Someone at some point decided to paint it white with some kind of gold flecks. I'm not sure if it's the original globe but it fits well. Cleaned up and some TLC will make a great light. Presently working but could probably use some updated wiring at some point. I just washed the dust. Dirt and cobwebs so perhaps a little more TLC could be given to it's appearance, depending on how picky you are. I just think it's positively adorable and if I still owned my 1775 colonial home. This would not be on ebay. Condition is shown in the numerous photos. The only thing I think worth noting is that it needs a bolt at the top to keep the top plate stable. Antique Porch Light or Post Mount Cage Lamp Fixture Salvage Non Electric
Please enlarge and review the photos carefully so you can get a sense of just how unusual this lamp really is. We acquired it at an architectural salvage auction. I have spent an inordinate amount of time trying to find another one like it and been unable to do so. It is metal, but I can't guess what kind as it is not terribly heavy for its huge size. I believe it would have been either a porch lamp or a post mounted lamp and may have served to hold either a lantern or a very large candle. It has never been electrified. It would come out almost 12" from wherever it was mounted. The length from the bottom of the ball to the top of the spire is about 19-1/2" The cage part looks like chicken wire. The top lifts up and down and latches so that the lantern or candle can be inserted and/or maintained. The fancy little latch is in ... moreperfect working order. There are no dents and the lamp is actually in very good condition except for the heavy surface rust which has completely overtaken the entire piece. The wire is slightly pushed in. Probably from the lamp having leaned against another object, but it is minor and can probably be easily straightened. I date this piece to the late 1800s or early 1900s. This is an auction piece. This auction is for 3 Vintage Crouse Hinds Explosion Proof Industrial Caged Fixture Lights. I acquired these lights from a storage locker that I purchased. These Crouse Hinds caged lights in this listing look great but each of them do show signs of wear. There is rust. Some light dirt and discoloration on the outer metal portion of all 3 lights. The glass cover has some light scruffs, scratches and maybe a smudges or two on it. There is rust, some light dirt and discoloration on the inside of the fixtures above the socket on all 3 lights. After removing the screws and sockets from the 3 lights, one light appears to have rust and dirt inside of it, which can be seen from the 11th picture. The wiring will need to be replaced on all 3 lights. There is no corrosion inside of any of the sockets.
