I went to an estate sale. I saw this. Isn't it beautiful. The art and craftsmanship is wonderful. After I bought it. I realized it didn't have the right side. This is just too pretty. It measures 12" tall x 6 3/4" wide(counting the loss of side, and counting the flared bottom leg) The picture measurements are 5 1/2" tall x 3 3/4" wide inside opening. Let's start- the doors work. I love the tacks on each up/down wood line. The doors are held on with wooden circles and wooden dowels. The door on the right top has a crack probably from what made the side break off. There is a crack in the main frame on the bottom left door hinge. Main frame- small piece missing off- 1) bottom left under hinges at bottom 2) top left# mark 3) entire right side of course. Back has stand that has been re-aligned. It probably came ... moreoff and couldn't be put back in same holes. Bottom legs look like thin cracks in them. Old wood is brittle. If you put a picture in and leave the doors open, others may not notice the right loss. I didn't. It is so ornate that I fixed on the beauty of the tiny carving then on the loss. It is up to you. This is for a lot of 4 vintage brass Post Office box doors. There is one. Corbin door dated 1966, one Oro Mfg Co. door dated 1965, one American Device door dated 1962, and one Ranco door dated 1968. Three of the doors are missing the glass and one has plexiglass but are otherwise complete. The combination lock on each door works good. The doors are used and have normal wear. They all need cleaning and polish to look really good. The combination is included for all four doors. Each door measures approx. 5" high and almost 3 3/4" wide including the frame. One of the doors has the back side of the combination mechanism removed, however, the latch mechanism works. These solid bronze doors have the original glass windows as well. They are in good. The brass hinges on t he top are in great condition and are solid. The top will remain open when you lif t the lid. I thought this area would be the coolest display case/shadow box for special items. Very Unique Tall& Vintage Wooden Jewelry Box. The front has 2 side by side doors at the top. With 4 detailed knobs placed in the middle of the tan/tweed style material covering both front door panels and the lower drawer fronts. Inside, the top level is arranged with strategically placed wooden"tree's" to put rings or earrings together so they won't get lost. Directly underneath that is a velvet section for any boxed jewelry or watches etc. There is a large sectional drawer at the very bottom to keep certain items in a drawer away from prying eyes. This drawer is 4" high at the sides. There is a section of velvet missing from the interior right hand side door. The velvet on the bottom also needs to be reglued on one side to protect the furniture on which it is placed. It also has duel magnets to close both doors ... moresecurely. Was installed in an air conditioned computer room. Each panel will support 4 doors for a total of 16 doors using all 4 panels. All 4 panels have the following firmware chips: 485 Eprom is N3-485-U5-D41F. Version 01 04 00 Northern. Main firmware chip is STD-N3-U19-2F93. Version 08-07-01, Northern. Mini chip is STD-N3-U35-G. This system was installed for a customer that went out of business. The equipment was in perfect working order and tested before being removed. I have personally installed hundreds of access control systems and performed an extensive test on the equipment. All 4 panels have the same firmware numbers. The cabinets are all white and have Ademco 1393 locks ... moreand I will be sending a pair of keys with the auction. The panels have no writing on the outside of them. Some of the panels had some writing with a black sharpie marker that can easily be removed with Acetone or finger nail polish remover. The panels look to be in excellent condition. There are no major dings or scratches on the cabinets. You could use these panels for service stock or install them for a new customer as the equipment is in excellent condition. Here is a list of the 4 panels as far as missing knock outs: Panel 1- brand new never mounted condition. Large Vintage Industrial Heavy Duty Steel Metal Wall Cabinet Sliding Glass Doors
For auction is one fantastic industrial steel cabinet with sliding glass doors. It is in excellent condition. And is as high-quality and heavy-duty as they get. Each door has double-strength glass encased in a metal frame with recessed stainless pulls. It comes with three adjustable metal shelves(only one is pictured in the cabinet) and all shelf clips are accounted for. It is painted a light gray and there are very few scratches throughout, except for the bottom edge, which has a lot of wear. There are also some larger scratches on the left side of the interior(pictured) but you don't really notice them once the shelves are in. It has been thoroughly cleaned and is ready for use. It can be used as a free-standing unit on the floor or can be wall mounted, and it has four 1/4" diameter holes pre-drilled for that purpose. Selling these GORGEOUS antique church doors. Can't seem to find out the actual origin of them. But were removed from an older church. They are extremely heavy, as they have quite a bit of wrought or cast iron on them. Beautiful detailing. Note in first picture, above handle, there were things done to the doors at one point or another to"update" them.such as the deadbolt lock, and there is also a newer door stop on the back.
