Six of these hooks are the same and the hook that has old paint on it is just a bit smaller. Six of these hooks are in very good condition with no cracks. Breaks, or worn areas in the metal and there are no repairs, but one of the larger black hooks has a flaw in the cast iron(sort of a dent) near the end of the hook which you can see in the pictures. The bigger hooks were all painted black at some point so they do show signs of natural wear and use with most of the paint missing. The bigger hooks have a reach of 2” long. And the mounting base is 1” x 3/4” with a little pointed stability spike on the back side. The hole in each hook will accommodate a 3/16” screw or nail. The smaller painted hook has a reach of 1 3/4” long– otherwise the measurements are the same. Please feel free to ask any questions that you might have– I am always happy to answer! ANSONIA Iron Case Faux Wood Mantle Clock made around 1895. With ormolu gilded mountings. I don't know about the working parts, but there is a circular mark on the brass part at the back opening of the clock that says"New Haven.Patented" something like that. I could find no other markings on the clock works. This is an extremely heavy cast iron body with painted surface to look like wood or marble, I'm not sure which. Kind of looks like birdseye maple. The face of the clock has a glass cover, and the back has a sliding metal cover. Condition seems to be very good. 12 inches WIDE, 11.5-12 inches in HEIGHT, and 5 inches in DEPTH.

We know that this is a Clinton model 370 and"the Clinton was notable for being the first Telechron to sport a lamp for nighttime viewing.I hope the pictures tell the story of this old clock from the 1920s or 1930s. It works. Does it keep good time? Unknown because the old cord is scary and i won't leave it plugged in for more than a couple minutes. However, the minute- and second-hands move and the bulb lights. The female end of the cord is marked"GE.I have not opened the back. The wood case has some bumps at the bottom corners and some scratches. Antique Seth Thomas Tambour Mantel Clock Winchester Chime Movement#124 For Parts or Restoration. This is a nice wood antique Seth Thomas clock. It measures approx 20 1/2” wide x 9” tall x 6” deep(not including back door knob) The wood case is in good shape but does have some"crackling" to the varnish probably from being stored in an attic or something. There are some scuffs and some very minor scratches from years of use. The main scratch is shown in the picture of the top. Theres a tiny bit of wear to the edges. But nothing major. There are scratches around the three larger key winds. And wear near the edge of the face between the 5& 6. There is a key wind at the top for"Fast" Slow" There is a key wind between the 4& 5 marked"Silent Chime" There are three key winds for the clock. The glass bezel ... moreworks good and closes tightly and does not sag when open. The glass is convex and is in good shape. There is wear to the brass finish on the bezel. The back door works and latches fine and the knob is nice and tight. The movement is signed with the Seth Thomas logo and also"No. 124" The outside of the movement looks nice and clean. Not all oily and dusty. The Winchester Chime is missing one bell(included, just needs to be put back on. I was told when I purchased it that it had one weak spring, I just loved the piece for decor so never did get it running or even try, as I also do not have a key for it. This is why we are selling this"For Parts and Restoration" The pendulum has some wear to the gold colored finish on the front from rubbing/use. We do not know if this pendulum is original to this clock or not. But this is how we acquired it, so we will sell it with it. There is no key for this clock, sorry. All in all. It is a nice looking clock and once its been cleaned up, polished and running right, it will be the beautiful time piece it once was, not to mention hearing the wonderful Winchester Chimes. NEW HAVEN Antique GINGERBREAD CLOCK Shelf Kitchen Mantel Mantle REGULATOR Alarm
A late nineteenth century antique Gingerbread Clock manufactured by New Haven Clock. We are pleased to present this New Haven Gingerbread Clock for your consideration. Dating to the latter part of the nineteenth century. Our Clock has an elaborate gingerbread style wooden case with three(3) turned wood finials on the top. The glass door on the front is decorated with a multi-color floral design. The Clock is an old style wind-up unit, running for several(probably 7) days each time it is wound up. A separate wind-up alarm mechanism is controlled by a time ring found near the center of the Clock hands. We've included keys for both of the winders, but they are likely not original to the Clock. The Clock measures 22-1/2 inches high. 15-1/8 inches wide, and 5-1/4 inches deep. It weighs about 6-1/2 pounds. The Clock has a couple of New Haven ... moremarkings plus the remnants of an old. Very faded, label on the back of the cabinet. Physically. The Clock is in good shape and is free of any significant damage. The finish shows some surface crazing, but it is not too bad. The front glass is unbroken and free of any cracks. The interior and movement are clean. The Pendulum, marked MCH. 1st 1881. Has visible solder on its reverse side suggesting that it has been repaired. We rate the overall physical condition as very good(see pictures) Upon receipt. We wound the Clock and set the Pendulum swinging. The Clock ran well, running for the better part of a week and keeping reasonably accurate time, although running fast. The Pendulum has a speed adjustment which was set to the 3 o'clock position(i.e. pointing towards"fast" during testing, so it should be easy to slow it down a bit. Although currently running, as an antique timepiece, the Clock is offered in as-is condition without any guarantee. We did not do any extensive testing of the alarm function, although the alarm mechanism winds up and the bell will ring. This is a nice example of an antique New Haven Gingerbread Clock. It would make a wonderful addition to an

Up for auction is a Konrad Mauch Swenninger mantel clock with"Diana" on the face. This clock was made in Germany as stamped on the inside back. This is being sold for parts or repair as I don't have a key and am assuming the clock doesn't work. The glass is broken on the left hand side and is taped together as shown in photos. There is also ssmall broken piece on the bottom of each side of the same pane. The front top glass has a broken piece next to the brass column. The clock is brass. Has Roman Numerals, 4 levelers, glass, carriage style, and the measurements are approximately 6" high, 4-1/2" wide and depth is 3-1/4" The measurements are not including the finial and the clock is heavy for its size so I will ship it flat rate large box. Seth Thomas electric mantel clock with chimes, 1940's ?
This is a Seth Thomas electric chiming mantel clock. I am not sure of the age but I was told it's from the 40's or early 50"s. This clock must have been put in a closet and not used for a long time because the movement looks almost like a new clock. The clock keeps perfect time and chime sounds really beautiful. I was not planning on selling this one. I love listening to it, and finding another one later in this kind of shape will be almost impossible, but, Social Security is not enough to live on and I am having financial problems so I have no choice but to let it go. Cracks, or repairs and only minor age wear on there decoration- 5 of the glass prisms are chipped or damaged and one of them is missing- they still display very nicely inspite of the damage on the prisms.

Birmingham. 27th June, 1936" This wooden mantel clock has a veneered exterior and chrome decoration on the front. Made in England by Smith(Smith Electric" is printed on the face) All-metal face. the surround and bezel are chrome but the face itself is slightly brassy-looking. The handles are also metal and the face cover is domed glass. The hinged back panel opens to reveal the mysteries within. the bakelite housing ... morefor the electric motor. The woodwork has been wiped over but there are still some slightly grubby patches. The veneer on the face is full of fine cracks but has not lifted. There is wear to the wood around the base. The chrome on the bezel is pitted in places, and rough, and there is a patch of green verdigris on the chrome surround(the chrome on the fittings may be plated over copper) There is a blob of white paint on the back of the clock. This clock has an attractive refinished case and metal trims. The 8-day movement is dated 1911 and has been ultrasonically cleaned with at least 10 bronze bushings installed. There is a patent date on the regulator of April 1896. The clock runs well. The movement strikes a great sounding cathedral gong on the hour and a bell on the 1/2 hour. The wood has some wear and scratches but not bad at all. there is a crack in the wood at the very bottom where the key would rest when not in use. Clock measures 14 3/4" across base and is aprox. 30 1/2" tall. No issues with the the weights! It was fully wound when I purchased it. Comes with two keys. The clock does not run. I know you can get the parts for this and a good cleaning it could be running again. No metal pin that holds the hands on the spindle, minute issue but not there. I have also been told the top facade has been added to a Garfield clock, Has 2 screws holding it in. Antique Ingraham Doric Figure 8 Mantel Shelf Clock Pendulum Movement For Parts
For your consideration is this antique Ingraham doric figure 8 mantel or shelf clock. This clock looks like a restoration project that no one ever finished. Most of the wood parts look to have been stripped or rubbed down by an amateur. Most of the joints are loose and would need to be tightened. The hinges are attached by a variety of nails and screws. And the figure eight door does not hang nicely. There is no latch for the door. As long as its in place, it will stay shut. The reverse-painted bottom glass is shows quite a bit of loss. The paper dial shows age and is marked made by the E. Ingraham co. Bristol, Conn, USA. The 8-day movement is marked the same and is quite dirty. It runs for a while then stops. Should be serviced. A winding key will be included. The fancy eclipse style pendulum shows a lot of wear to the finish. There is a ... morepaper label inside the clock case, however there is nothing legible left, so I can't say for sure that this is an Ingraham case. It looks to me as if someone had the case and mounted an Ingraham movement to it. There are holes in the back of the case that don't match to the holes where the movement is mounted. Also the dial pan is not a perfect fit to the case. PHEW! That's a lot of negatives, but we try our best to give detailed descriptions. Ultimately, this is still a nice looking piece, and would be a nice decorator piece, restoration project, or just a parts clock. You decide. This is a beautiful elegant looking timepiece with the clock face brass and woodgrain, held by 2 decorative brass and woodgrain pedestals and 4 brass balls that spin as the clock ... morekeeps time. Offered here is a beautiful ornate cobalt and gold mantel clock reproduction of a Marie Antoinette clock in the Victoria& Albert Museum issued by the Franklin Mint. This lyre shaped clock features a porcelain body of high gloss cobalt with gold and applied gold ornate ornamentation. Brass bezel with sparkling jewels around the dial face. The key wind all brass 8 day movement is a German Franz Hermle 130-070 balance wheel system with 2 brass bell chimes. It is running. Keeps good time and chimes properly. With a pleasant and bright ting-tang chime. The bells chime on the hour with an hour count and once on the half hour. The 3 1/4" dial face is labeled V& A and had detailed colorful zodiac depictions around the outside. There is no damage to report and the condition is excellent. The brass is bright. The glazing is clean and glossy, ... moreand the applied ornamentations are undamaged. There is a missing round gold sun-like piece that is missing from the top. The movement has a date code indicating it was manufactured in 1998. The clock measures 13" tall x 6 1/2" wide x 4" deep. A key is included.
