The motif is of scrollwork and a single flower! Function/Use: Used for support the top shelf of a mantle. Savaged from European chateau in Prague. Lot consists of two(2) corbels; they are the same motif. But oweing to their hand-carved production there is some variation in the shappe. One of the flowers is more open than the other. Structure/Composition: Made of hand carved hardwood with dark brown stain. Unstained side shows little grain ands is light honey colored. So it could be poplar or oak. Wear-and-Tear: In excellent condition. Edges to the leaves are still crisp and unworn. Removal from wall was done well; however one corbel is missing a chip on the backside and the other has a small crack on the side from their removal from the wall. The cornice ... moreis with an original ivory color paint. The column bases and capitols, and the dial frame, are ormolu bronze. The dial is engine turned metal, possibly silver, with black enamel numerals. It is in working order: tells the time, gong chimes the hours and halves. The clockworks are unmarked, probably French. It has the original ormolu brass pendulum. No key included, will accept an American key. Clock measures 18-1/2" tall by 9-1/2" wide by 5" deep. Very good condition: original finishes. Small chip to the top edge of the cornice(see photo. The base is probably missing a molding around, and the ball or bun feet.

Vintage Art Deco Style Real Wood Timex Shelf/ Mantel Clock Working Nicely- I test out all my clocks before I list them. Quartz Movement for accuracy Takes 1 AA Battery(include) No winding or lost keys This clock looks like it belongs in the 1920s or 1930s but given the quartz battery movement I think it was made after 1970. Good Condition- only problems are a minor crack in the plastic crystal(it is moderately hard to see) Some very hart to see hairline scratches in the crystal, and a very small ding in the edge of the wood work(see photo) Height: 4 5/8" Length: 7 3/4" Width: 1 3/4" If you are a creative person. Just make up a good story about how the crack got in the crystal and turn a second hand clock into a family heirloom.

Clock may show some small signs of wear but is in really good condition. The glass pane over the clock face is intact and free of damage. Clock face and movement are clean and there is a service sticker on the back leading me to believe this clock was well taken care of. I was able to wind the clock and it did chime and seemed to keep time and chime appropriately. This clock will not come with a key. Very Nice Looking Circa 1910 Antique Mahogany Seth Thomas Parma Mantel Inlay Clock! The clock stands 12" tall with a 5" porcelain dial face. I do not know the mechanical condition of this piece. It appears complete with the proper movement, bell and pendulum are present. The face has a small chip to the outer edge near 1:00 o'clock. Matching clock and two vases. The two vases are marked Beech Wilton England on the bottom. The inside of one shows wear see pic 9. The clock case is marked England and has a repair(extremely long ago and well done) on the back see pic 7. The vases and the clock case have small paint flecks but other than repair mentioned seem to be in good condition. No cracks. Chips, etc. The clock was Made in Germany(on front) and is a Precista. The back is marked Germany Mercedes-Quartz Gebr Hauser. I have not tried to remove the back. The clock is possibly not original to the set. The crystal wiggles a little. It is not running and I do not know if it will even though it looks very good. Running or not, it makes a lovely set for display/decoration. Pictures are best description. Antique Early Century 1900s Waterbury Mantel Clock, Brass Works, Dual Bell/Chime
Item is working well. It was wound and tested and was working well. After 12 hours it was still on time and the chimes would go off the proper amount of times at each hour. And a bell would ring on the half hour. This clock does not come with a clock key. I have universal clock keys and used them to wind and test this clock. The woode is dark and has a round water stain on top with some general scratch and scuff marks on it. One of the small pieces of decorative wood on front is loose and will move back and forth. It will stay straight when you adjust it. It comes with the pendulum and back wood door. It measures 16 x 10 x 7 inches.

The woodgrain is very nice and in nice condition. There is a small chip of veneer missing. But it is on the very top. This would not be seen if placed on a shelf. But if placed lower should be filled. The clock is in working condition. It has Westminster chimes which means it strikes the Westminster chimes on the quarter. Antique Seth Thomas Adamantine Mantel Clock. Cleaned, Serviced, and Running A1 Up for auction is an antique Seth Thomas Adamantine mantel clock. The movement was cleaned in an ultrasonic cleaner. Inspected, and oiled. The clock is a very good runner and keeps time well. It gongs out the hour at the top of the hour, and once on the half hour gong. I have had the clock running now for the last two weeks and it has run well. The adamantine case is in very good condition and has been cleaned and waxed with a orange based caranuba wax. PLease note that the case is all original and does have some slight flaws as would be expected with age. The worst of it is a little veneer lose on the left upper corner(pictured) The front glass has been polished and the glass cleaned. The face has some yellowing but it only adds to the charm of the clock. The ... moreclock measures 24 x 14 x 4. The pendulum bob is a original, the key is a new replacement and not original to this clock. The clock is a very good example of that period clock and has stayed in very good original condition. Vintage West German Kienenger& Obergfell Clock An interesting electromagentic clock made by Kineneger& Obergfell of West Germany. This Kundo clock is made of brass with a lucite face and art deco styling. It runs by a magent using a C battery. Except for the cap nut on the arm shaft it appears to be complete. The brass plating over the magent is coming away in places. I could get this going for a few minutes but it would eventually stop. I did not spend much time trying to adjust or balance it. The clock measures 10 inches tall.
