This auction is for a used 2005 Oliver Hydraulic Dough Divider. This item has been cleaned and fully tested. This item has been cleaned. However, like all restaurant and supermarket equipment, it should be cleaned further, upon receipt. The Oliver divider consists of a hopper which can be loaded with dough from a minimum of ten and one half pounds up to forty-five pounds. The lid and hopper are made of heavy cast aluminum. The moveable hydraulic floor of the hopper is made of a collection of food grade plastic plates which. When moved upward, will compress the dough until it completely fills the remaining area. At this point a group of stainless steel knives come between the plates cutting the dough into equal weight, easy to use pieces. A large reproduction exterior thumb latch with parts. The latch is 15" long. There is a nice spade/heart shaped upper and lower cusp. The cusps are 4 1/2"5" long and about 3" wide. The thumb piece is about 4" long. The latch bar is 7" long. The keeper is a nice legged one as opposed to a simple drive in one. I have had a number of these and this is the last one. Lower access hatch, and other locations on the Fw190 fighter aircraft. It allowed access to such areas as the radio, oil system, weapons, and engine. Made of steel and aluminum. This latch was used in all models of the Fw190 and Ta152 from 1941 to 1945. There is some obvious rust and corrosion due to the age, but it is fairly complete otherwise.
