Up for sale is one of these vintage cast iron/metal steampunk farm plow spiked gear wheels. These gear wheels are great for yard or garden decor. Wall displays and even repurposed in making furniture or steampunk creations. Each wheel is missing one spike and has very similar wear from age as the ones pictured. The wheels vary from 17 1/4" to 17 3/4" in diameter depending on the wear to the ends. The center hole has a diameter of 1 1/8" and the wheel is 3 7/8" wide. Up for sale is antique architectural and gardening lion head wall mounted fountain recently found at auction in the suburban Philadelphia. PA area from the estate of an antique dealer. These items were packed away and remained unseen for over a decade. There are losses on the side and the bottom of the piece. The lions nose was pushed in a bit too. Please see the photos for details. It was painted over a copper finish, although it is not copper as it does take a magnet. This piece measures approximately 27 1/2" x 10 3/4" x 6" in size. Attractive old yo yo quilt offered here for sale. It measures 91" by 90" The colors are a bit muted with age but it still makes a pretty presentation. The material appears to be patterns from the 1930s or 40s. This quilt has an attractive shape and pattern. It is all cotton and all yo yo. It is in good vintage condition. All the yo yos are made by hand. They are fastened together with heavy thread. I didn't find any missing or torn up yo yos though I spotted a couple of mended ones. The quilt came to me used so I gently hand washed it and placed it on a table outside to dry. So the quilt will arrive clean and ready to use or display. Vintage QUILT TOP Grandmother's Flower Garden unfinished feedsack hexagons hand
Unfinished Vintage Quilt Top I purchased this unfinished quilt top at an antique store 10+ years ago with great intentions of finishing it for a tablecloth. I got as far as replacing the one missing hexagon then packed it away. Now it's ready to be taken on as a project for someone with more sewing drive than I have. I don't know much about fabrics or quilts but I think these are feedsack or at least feedsack like patterns. It is mostly handstitched with a few areas that have been machine done as if it may have been worked on at quite different times. It has soft colors. Somewhat less brilliant than the photos. SIZE: It's a bit difficult to measure because it has uneven edges but is about 74" X 81" It is shown on a full size mattress and hangs evenly on both sides. CONDITION: Unfinished edges with some fraying. I found ... moreonly two places where the fabric has torn. Shown in the last two photos. The background colors vary. I have made no attempt to clean it but it does have some stains that it came with. The fabrics are thin and light with some fading in places.
