MYERS STAY ON Adjustable Barn Door Rollers track hangers - Old Farm Antique 1888
About 11 1/2" tall by 6 3/4" wide. Rollers 2 1/2" diameter. All adjusting nuts are rusted in place. Roller with the silver paint has had the roller rivets removed and welded back in place and one wheel wobbles about 1/4" Enough to rub the casing as it is turning. Hand FORGED Barn DOOR Hinges or Gate Hinges W/ 8 original ROSE HEAD NAILS
I found these two hand forged hinges in an old barn last summer(one was still attached to a sq. nailed door) I am calling these arrow point with Rose head nails for lack of knowledge to call them anything different. The length is approximately 15" one is 1/4" different than the other) and 1 1/8" wide. Pintle hole: one is approx. 1/2" and one is approx. 7/16" I do not have the Pintles. I would call the condition good with typical rust you would find on most hinges exposed to the elements for so many years. I don't know if my photos show what looks like a hole in between the pintle part and the first screw hole on one of them but it doesn't go all the way through. Blacksmith must have accidently put it there when he was punching the nail holes. Check my pictures they should show the condition of these hinges ... moreand the nails. UP FOR BIDS IS A Vintage pair of ALLITH-PROUTY COMPANY RELIABLE HANGERS for the old style barn/shed sliding doors. These are heavy weight cast iron constructed. Patented NOV 19th. 1901 and DEC 8th, 1903. They were classified as No. 2 size. Made in Danville, Ill. I've found a few sets of these over the years but they are very hard to find. They have embossed letters of cast information on both units. Both rollers are in great shape and roll freely. I did not touch these in regards to cleaning or buffing them. Offered are two. Never-used"Big 4" barn door rollers made by National Manufacturing of Sterling, Illinois. To be clear, these are not 100-year old antiques, and are likely of late 20th century manufacture. Each roller is about 10 inches long and 5-3/4 inches wide at the horseshoe-shaped part. The pulleys themselves are about 3-1/4 inch. These are pretty heavy-duty hangers and each weighs about 3-1/2 pounds. While the rollers were never used. They do have considerable paint loss and light corrosion in those areas. There is no damage or deformation anywhere in the metal. They are as perfectly functional as the day they were made. Six nice hooks. The longest one is 6 1/2 inches and the shortest is 3 1/2 inches. Five of them have a nice old patina and the other one is shiny like new except one side has a spot where the chrome like finish is blemished. The 3 1/4 inch one is a bit unusual. 2 PC FORGED WROUGHT IRON DOOR DOUBLE SIDED HINGES COLONIAL BARN CARRIAGE HOUSE
Up for sale is this set of two wrought iron double sided door hinges. This set can be used on either the right or left side. This set comes from a catalog company called Gardener's Eden. Once owned by Williams Sonoma, which is no longer in business. They have never been used and have been in storage for many years. The hinges have a nice dimpled texture on either side and are very sturdy and heavy. There are a few rust spots near the hinge itself, so please view pics thoroughly. The hinges swing nicely but could probably use a little oil. They measure 8-1/2" on the longest side. And 5" on the short side with the gap in between for the door measuring just a hair over 1-3/4" please email and questions you might have. For auction is a lot of 5 barn door rollers. 4 are matching. The set is 6" wide 11" high. Made to go on a 1\4" wide rail track. 2 of the 4 have a weld where the axel wore the hole in the housing oval and they repaired it a long time ago. The closeup pictures show the weld. The single one is a newer steel one. 5 3\4" wide, 10 1\2" high. All are good usable condition
