It is very heavy, and rusty, and will need cleaned up, as it is dusty and dirty It has a long curved hook like bolt that is attached, along with some other things that have bolts holding them in place. These do not slide or move, and I am not sure if they are supposed to or not. I am illiterate when it comes to this stuff! If they are supposed to mive, they are rusted too much. The one with the long bolt through it is tilted, and I don't know if it is supposed to be that way or not. This one is unusual compared to the ones currently on Ebay. Antique Louden Machy Co. barn door rollers with 6' pc of track
A pair of Louden Machy[short for machinery] Co. barn door rollers that have no chips or cracks and the 3 1/8" wheels turn freely. The door straps are for a door 1 1/2" thick. They come with eight 2" bolts and square nuts. The 6' Louden brand track pc Is good and straight with all of the original wall brackets there and well connected. The rollers. Straps, bolts and track pc are all in very good working condition. I did carefully strip and clean the rollers. The topcoat of paint is all handpainted to give them a"nice look" If someone would want like another 4' pc of detailed matching track that could be arranged for $60. more. The wheels all turn freely, there is no damage or repairs, these are in great original condition and are fully functional. Each measures 11" tall and 6" wide across the wheels, the door plate is 4" wide, the wheels are 3 3/4" axle to axle. The wheels are 2" diameter, the space between the front and back plate is 1 3/4" so i think these are made to fit a 1 1/2" to 1 3/4" thick door ideally,a thicker door could be reworked to fit the rollers as needed. 3 Foot Antique Oak and Pine Horse Stall Barn Door with Rollers. Track and all Hardware Needed to Install and Hang. This great door was salvaged from an 1890s Missouri homestead and stables. Multiple horse stall doors are available from this salvage so please check the other many door SIZES and STYLES listed in our store. This door comes with its original old hardware. Original rollers and 6ft of original track with track hangers(see pictures) The rollers and track are in perfect operable condition and will function/roll as expected once reassembled. Since this door is 3ft wide, then 6ft of track allows for the appropriate amount of door travel to open and close. These vintage doors have everything you need to hang and immediately begin enjoying. capturing a time long ago. The wood is in great condition and has only the patina and flaws expected ... morefrom a full functioning horse stable door. The door(s) have not been cleaned whatsoever. Therefore barn dust, dirt and cobwebs are seen in the pictures. Will gladly hose down for buyer if requested. The track and hardware show a great patina with only mild surface rust. Someone attempted to begin painting the front side of this door with a pale yellow paint(see pictures) but didn't get very far. The door otherwise has its original, unfinished pine board patina. You will also see that the door front has a light discoloration near the bottom half. but this is only a light coat of dirt that can be easily cleaned with a waterhose. ~ 2 VINTAGE NOS BARN DOOR ROLLERS / HANGERS ~ OLD UNUSED FARM SHED HARDWARE
Offered is a pair of identical steel barn door rolling hangers. These are generally used to hang sliding doors on barns and sheds. They are capable of carrying large doors and. When properly mounted, are easily operated. These are never-used old stock hardware. They are unmarked so I cannot ID or date them. They likely date to the second half of the 20th century. Please observe that these hangers have wheels with convex surfaces, and are not slotted like some. Each hanger is about 8-1/2 inches tall and 7 inches wide across the wheels. The bolt part is about 4 by 5 inches. Each roller wheel is about 2-3/4 inches in diameter and about 5/16 inch thick at the outer convex rim. They are mounted on on about 4-1/2 inch centers. Additionally the hanger is made so the door can swing outwards a few degrees if needed. Each weighs about 2-3/4 pounds. ... moreThere is some paint loss and those areas have very light rust. More so on the backside of one hanger. All the wheels turn smoothly and the other moving parts are in as-new condition. All I did was wipe them off. A matching pair of louden roll easy barn door rollers that have no chips or cracks and the 3 1/4" wheels turn freely. These rollers were just removed from an Amish farmers barn door just last week. And the door did roll nice and smooth when I moved it[ trying it out] The wheels do have a good amount of"play" to them but they still have a good amount of"use" left in them. These rollers are in working condition. They come with 4 good working bolts and square nuts. The door hanger brackets are for a door 1 3/4" thick. These are 2 antique barn door rollers which measure approx. 15-1/2" and the wheel measures 5-7/8" wide. They are marked MEDINA# 6 MFG. Co. Medina N.Y. The rollers both have surface rust but are solid. They have a little different wheels on them. They have a little different pattern and the one wheel is a little thicker but they have the same diameter and the groove appears to be the same thickness. Pair of Antique Barn Door Rollers Hanging Hardware Rusty Old Vintage 1
Here we have a pair of antique barn door rollers. They are very old and rusty. And are being sold as is. The bolts are stuck on to the screws and can't be removed due to the rust. Each piece has 2 wheels which have 2.75" diameters, and they can still move but not as well as if they were new. The hinges also can still move but not as smoothly as if they were new. One of the 2 still has a lot of the original white paint on the front, while the other one has chipped off a lot. The whole piece is 9" tall, 7.25" wide from wheel to wheel, and 4.5" wide on the main piece. This is a very cool antique which would be a great addition to any collection. I would estimate 80 to 85 percent of the original paint still exists. There is some rust but and one of the hanger brackets has more than the other. It was on the top of the box. A set of 4 matching Louden Roll Easy brand barn door rollers that have no chips or cracks and the 3 1/4" wheels turn freely. All of these rollers are in good working condition. Some of the bearings were seized up. But I did some careful work to them to get them all working good. I did have to fix some"flat" spots on the wheels of the two rollers on the right hand side of the pictures. In our 5th picture it shows a close up of the two wheels that I worked on. I used an industrial adhesive and filler to fix the spots. Just looking it is very hard to see that they were even worked on. I would say that the worked on rollers should be used on small to medium sized interior doors[ up to 150 lbs] I have fixed 10 rollers with this adhesive and filler with no problems. I would warranty these" fixed" rollers for a year. The ... moredoor hanger straps are for a door 1 3/4" thick and the 8 bolts and square nuts work good. The 8' pc and 10' pc of louden brand track are both good and straight with all of the original wall brackets there and well connected. The wall brackets would hold the rail out 1 1/2" from the wall. THE TEN FOOT PC WOULD HAVE TO GET CUT FOR SHIPPING. I will not ship a 10' pc because it is too expensive. I can ship a nine foot pc if someone wants that. Antique/Vintage Big 4 National Mfg. Co. Barn Door Rollers & 8' of C.I. Track
For sale we have a beautiful antique pair of"BIG 4" barn door Rollers and track. The track measures 8 feet in length. Track is straight and solid cast Iron. Rollers pivot and pulley wheels turn perfectly. Nice rust patina throughout. Track had been painted light grey at one time when they re-painted the Barn. Pulley's have three different colors showing Red. Black and the Green/Grey. This is the real thing not a modern reproduction! This was salvaged from a century old barn in Northeast Wisconsin. Elkhart Lake Area. Perfect for any restoration. I have extra track sold in multiples of 3 feet that i will make the desired puzzle knotch for strength on whichever end needed. set of 2 vintage cast iron and steel barn door rollers
A set of 2 vintage barn door rollers made of steel and cast iron. The only markings that we found is what appears to be the# 383. The rollers spin freely and are apr. 3 1/8 inches in diameter. The overall length is apr. 11 3/4 inches. The bracket part that goes on to the door is apr. 1 3/4 inches wide and will accept a door apr. 1 5/8 inches thick. We gave the parts a basic cleaning with a wire brush to check for any damage. None found. The parts may need a further cleaning depending upon your preference. The pictures should show the rest.
