RARE Antique 20s-30s Black Americana Boy Fishingl Wood Garden Decor Memorabilia
This is an antique wood black Americana garden decoration of a little boy fishing. I believe it is from the 1920's to maybe the 1930's possibly older. It's a very old piece. It is painted the same on both sides(see pictures) The paint is in fair condition and the features are in good condition for its age. One side is better than the other so either it was used against the house or wall or it was rotated. There is a rough area on the wood at the tip of the toe and the top of the hat(see pictures) It was this way when I bought it. I've made no changes or attempted to clean it up. It has a metal spike at the bottom to place in the ground so it will stand up. It measures 18 1/4" tall from the top of his head to the bottom of the spike. From the top of his head to the bottom of his feet is 16" The width is at the widest ... morepart of his hat is 9" He has a fishing pole in his hand but it no longer has the line which is understandable for an item of this age and easily fixable. Large Round Antique Cast Iron Register Grate Vent Garden Industrial 15 3/4"
This is a vintage large round cast iron outer register/vent grate. It originally has an insert in the middle that I do not have. It measures 15 3/4" across. The top band has a textured basket weave pattern and the inner band has pierced curved spokes. The black finish has and is flaking off and there is some surface rust in places that could easily be removed. I cannot find a makers mark on this piece. This great old piece has a lot of potential for any repurposing project you can think of. It is not from a pet/smoke free home. Vintage Antique Large Green Tole Paint Metal Garden Flower Water Watering Can
This was discovered in a very old Thousand Islands camp estate and I immediately fell in love! This quaint early watering can is a large 16" tall with the hinged top handle in an upward position. It is 9" in diameter at the base and from the outer side handle to the end of the spout spans 16" The tole can is painted in a earthy green and has a portrayal of cat tails on both sides in wonderful detail. Even the shadows cast by the cat tails and leaves is depicted giving the painting a three dimensional look. Both handles and the top and bottom of the main portion of the can are accented with black pin striping. The top handle is hinged on each side to that it can be raised or laid down on the upper rim. The outer handle has a hollow grip and a thumb rest. The spout has a right angled end. This can has seen many. Many years of ... moreuse and all of it added to it's charm. There is dents, dings, pitting and rust. The rust is most notably on the very bottom(see pic) It will NOT hold water as there is a rather large hole in that bottom. The side and spout appear to be fine. Still, this is such an attractive old piece it would make a lovely ornament in a garden. Use it as a flower pot or set other objects in it for display! Original primitive watering cans this pretty are a rare find!

Quilt top size is approximately 76" x 102" Quilt is hand-stitched and each flower is approximately 8 1/4" across. No holes. One or two small seams are loose. Quilt has several areas of stain as indicated in pictures. A few small stains also. Quilt definitely needs a good cleaning/soaking but then. Oh, what an awesome quilt it will make!
