ANTIQUE SOLID BRASS DRAWER PULLS.set of 6 These set of original early 1900s heavy duty solid brass drawer pulls is still in very good condition. Some minor scratches on the pressed brass back plates. They all match. And require 2" on center mounting holes. No cracks that I can see in the metal. The cast brass bails and balls show some tiny pinholes, indicative of very old castings. The back plates measure about 2 3/4 wide x 2"tall" The steel bolt inserts and nuts are designed for 3/4" to 7/8" thick drawer fronts. Some may need washers on 3/4" drawer fronts. 4 Antique Vintage Metal Tin & Brass Furniture Remnants Hardware Drawer Pulls
Up for auction are four matching metal antique Victorian era hardware furniture pulls recently found at auction in the Lancaster County. PA area. They are offered in good used condition and feature a nice cartuche form and retains original screws in two of the four pieces. A cleaner pull is on one piece, but one with the original patina is included. This is what was found and all will be included to the winning bidder. The backing is tin and the pull is brass. The backings are approximately 1 3/4" in diameter. Pulls extend approximately 2" from the backing. A very nice find, great for reuse on any piece of furniture or to be repurposed on any steampunk style project. Antique Three Drawer Table or Stand - Old Finish Wood Pulls ca. 1820 - 1840
This is a great antique ca. 1820- 1840 three drawer stand or table. It has two drawers over one and stands on turned legs. The drawers are dovetail constructed. The top has a slight overhang. It has a dark grungy surface and I believe that it is the original finish. There are minor imperfections like what is shown in the last two photos. The upper part of the legs are simple and end with nicely formed turnings to a ball foot. I can provide more photos if needed. antique pressed glass depression glass drawer pulls
taken from a built in cabinet in my own house built in 1910. the china closet they went with was done somewhere in the mid 30's to mid 40's. not sure of exact date. no chips or cracks. very minor scratches only seen with a magnifier. i looked at every one throughly just to be sure. the bottoms where they attach are all very slightly irregular. Or different to each other. it's kind of neat and proves that they are old by the way they are finished(ground off) at the place where they mount. in other words they were pressed into a mold and then each one ground flat at the mounting base. the gold look in one pic is a reflection of an overhead light. the screws are not slotted with square nuts on the back. nice age to the tops of the screws. you can buff, i don't like to disturb the age on anything old. i don't think you could ... morefind other pulls that were much, if any, better than these.

They have a metal back with a marble looking Bakelite I am not positive if the attached front of the handle is Bakelite. Lucite or plastic. I had one handle that was broke so I used some Simichrome polish and it appeared to turn a cream color indicating that they are Bakelite. The front attachment is held in place by a screw in the back. All the handles are in excellent shape and free of major defects. I personally took these off of a bedroom set that appeared to have been built in the late 50’s or Early 60’S The Handles mount against the drawer with the raised brass part on top. There are two handle bolts in the back and are 4 ¼ inches wide on center. Overall width is 5 ¼ inches and 1 ½ inches high. Up for sale is this old pair of brass drawer/ cabinet knobs with a marvelous patina and the original screws. As you can see they have all the signs of a great antique item including a few small dings and scratches you would expect with their age. They measure 1" tall and 1 1/4" diameter. We just finished changing out all the drawer knobs in our kitchen. In order to get what wife wanted. I did purchase 2 large lots of old glass knobs. The project is completed and I do have 48 of these left. Several of them do match. All are in good shape and ready to be used on a door, drawer, or project.
