Condition: Used Great antique or vintage cast iron folk art squirrel with nut wall mountable farm call or door bell. This was a great estate find! The bell is in good vintage condition. Free from any breaks. There is some wear from usage and age, some areas of rust, so please examine the pictures closely. Some rust did get to the rope that's attached to the bell, but it shouldn't be difficult to clean or replace. The whole piece measures 8" high. The bell is 2 1/4" tall and 3" wide" It measures 4 3/4" deep from the back of the mount to the edge of the bell. It weighs 1 lbs 6 oz. This is a great bell for anyone that collects! Antique Chinese White Jade Carved Lily Flower Door Bell Ringer Buzzer UNIQUE!!!
This is a very unusual piece of Rare Chinese White Jade. The jade is of very fine quality white jade that is very clean and opalescent. The carvings are very deep and of very good quality and is quite old. The item started as a vary ornate box lid in the 19th century with very ornate and gilt pierced brass work. it was converted to a door or desk buzzer most likely in the early 1900's. when this was done. There was a circular hole cut through the middle of the carving and a mother of pearl and brass button was added. The piece is mounted on a piece of wood for the added wiring and all the pieces seem intact. So it would probably still work. This must have been the ringer for quite a fancy place of someone who could afford such a nice piece of jade. the jade is: 3" x 1.25" and it is almost 1/2" thick there is no major damage ... moreto the remaining carvings the overall size is: 3.25" x 1.5" x 1.25" A very nice and unusual piece to add to your Chinese Jade Collection. Antique Nutone Inc. Door Mounted Door Bell
This is an antique door mounted Nutone Inc. doorbell. I can find nothing else like this anywhere on the internet. It still works if you take your finger away from the lever when you pull it instead of lifting your finger up with it. the only marking outside of it is LOH2 but as you can see in the picture there is a hole in the bottom and if you shine a light in you can read it, there was no way to get a good camera angle on it though. On the inside it reads"MODEL MC-302-MC-303 NUTONE INC. CINCINNATI 27, OHIO Made in U.S.A. the outside is more oxidised than rusted so its still strong and intact.

It benefits from having the original screw on holder. The bell has the numbers 6 ½ cast into it. I have to say it has a really good tone to the ring. The height of the bell is 3 inches approx. and the diameter is 3 ¾ inches approx. The arm is 14 inches approx. with a total protrusion of 9 inches approx. Antique door bell plate brass/ bronze– Victorian/ Gothic– BB/35Aii I am looking to sell a beautiful antique doorbell plate with two push bell holes and name plates. Please note that someone has stuck a little“2 nd FLOOR” tag on one. This could be easily peeled off. The metal is either brass or bronze which has age tarnished. It is very Victorian or Gothic in design and would look well fitted to a period home. This I can assure you is 100% genuine and NOT a modern reproduction. The little framed name plates to the front can be unscrewed, but please note the screws would need replaced as the tops of each are worn looking. They should unscrew alright but would need changed. There is also remnants of old paint and what looks like glue in a few areas. This could be cleaned off. Back has one hole with a threaded spigot as shown. This however is ... morea little dented, the tope hole possibly should have this threaded spigot as well, but it is not present. Basically selling it as you see it. Weighs approx 600g unpacked. Looks as though the round bell is on the inside and the twist knob plate is outside; connected by a short length of square stock. I do not have the square stock. Antique or Vintage General Country Store Screen Door Bells Sound Great Bell
Here is a nice set of old bells to put on a screen door or regular door. They can be affixed several ways and you can bend the metal. As you can see it looks like it has been bent in the past. Inside each bell are 3 clappers as shown. There is rust on the inside mostly as shown. This can be cleaned up with sand paper if you wish. I've left them in original condition. But personally I've cleaned up many many many things with rust and just work slow with sand paper and most will come off. The bell dimension is about 2 3/4" across and about 2" high. This is a great piece and it has a lovely sound when you ring it. The bell looks to have a loop on the inside for someone to pull it and ring the bell. The wording looks good but the G looks like a C and has been broken a bit on the lettering and the mount to hang it as pictured. The bell itself looks brass and I don't know whether it was a ships or boats bell or a door bell. The bell is about 5 15/16 inches across the bottom of the bell and it is about 5 3/4 inches tall from the top of the good luck to the bottom of the bell.

This is a substantial door bell with a loud DOUBLE hammered bell ring that resonates after the strike. This is no bicycle bell sound. The bell is fully restored removing 130+ years of dirt. All moving parts were cleaned and oiled. The bell most likely will last another 130+ years. A great finishing touch for a Victorian home restoration project. The bell measures 5 + 1/2" in across the mounting plates. NOTE: One edge of the mounting plate was nipped off. Probably to fit some door moulding(see photo) Does not affect its use at all. This antique door bell is in excellent working condition. The bell measures approx 3 5/8" diameter. The brass inside plate with turn key measures 1 7/8" x 3 1/2" The brass outside bell shows some wear to the plated finish. I did not detect any mfg marks. I estimate age to be late 1800s- early 1900s era.
