These five coat and hat two prong hook fixtures are ornate decorations with a practical purpose. They were found recently among a lot purchased at a farm estate sale. I think they are quite old. But the aged patina is mostly a result of them having been through a fire. This is the reason that each has its own unique charred patina with even little bits of melted glass fused to some of the surfaces. They measure 10" tall x almost 3-1/8" wide. The depth with the top hook or prong is 6-1/4" and the depth of the smaller prong is 4" There is an extra bottom ... morehook that is 1-1/4" deep. Each fixture weighs 1 pound 12 ounces. As mentioned previously. These fittings are in what could be termed as'charred' vintage condition, so please check the photos closely. Here we have a lovely antique railroad coat hook- the wood features a nice beveled edge around the bottom and sides and measures 31" x 3 5/8" There are two sturdy eye-hooks. So it is ready to hang. It has five nicely decorated iron double hooks connected with steel rods. The top hook sticks out about 2 1/8" from the base and the bottom hook sticks out about 1 1/4" from the base. The top rack part sticks up about 6" from the base. The wood was carved out to hold the hooks- the center three are a little wobbly side to side, but not loose where they are connected. Seven(7) Cast Iron Wall or Door Hooks All could use a good cleaning. Original finish. They are considered to be Acorn style. Honestly. I have absolutely no knowledge of the proper words to use to describe them. Set of Six Vintage Antique Cast Iron Metal Hat Coat Hook Hanger. I don't know very much about hooks but these appear to be double hooks. Great for coat and or hat. Each measures about 5 inches tall and about 3 1/4 inches from wall mount. The flat wall mount measures about 1 3/8 inches wide with 2 mounting screw holes. Please review pictures! It's just a little smaller than the 3 pieces of ceiling mounted hooks shown in photo. They are about 3" long and 2 1/2" wide- and the bonus one is 2 3/4" long and 2 1/2" wide. Then, there are also two wall mount hooks in the lot, in two different styles. One has a bottom brace, the other does not. Both protrude out about 2" All the pieces are in vintage"as found" condition-very nice old patina or you can clean up with some fine steel wool. They are not rusted and all look good together. Sorry-I cannot clean up all this hardware right now as my hands are too dry and sore to be doing this. Product Description: Super Nice Antique Wall Coat Rack Medium dark grooved wood craftsman style with beveled mirror centered and 8 metal hooks. Hangs on the diagonal by 2(modern) eye hooks as seen in pictures. Mirror measures 9-1/2" by 9-1/2" Rack measures just over 24" square straight up and down and 26" by 26" on the diagonal. Very interesting and simple design that you would find in the mission or craftsman style. Age and maker unknown. But must be 1900 to 1950. Weighs over 5 pounds. Thanks for looking!
