This listing is for an authentic vintage child's folding chair. This chair has a wood frame. With a tin back, and pressed cardboard seat. The tin back is decorated with a decal of PLUTO PUP. I can find no Disney trademark or date. Construction would make me think this is from the 1940s. Chair measures 10-1/2" x 10-1/2" at seat, and 12-1/4" wide at top of back. It stands 21-1/2" in total height when unfolded, and back legs are 27-1/2" in total length. This is a used vintage childs furniture item, and is in as found condition. It shows some age and play wear, and may need some light cleaning. There is a bit of oxidation at top of tin on front, some rub wear on wood, and pressed paper seat. One of the chairs has a punched hole at back left corner. Chair is otherwise in very good used condition. You are viewing a piece of pre-Columbian American pottery from the Belle Meade excavation site. Horseshoe Lake. We obtained it years ago from the Memphis collector who excavated them. Over several years he personally excavated and amassed an important collection of vessels and objects of all types which attracted the interest of scholars and collectors. The earth in this area(north Mississippi, east Arkansas, northeast Louisiana) has a clay component to it which preserved artefacts for hundreds of years, and he was able to excavate small intact pieces as well as large urns with original polychrome colors in pristine condition. This item is a small drinking vessel from a child's burial site. Measuring 5 inches diameter by 4 inches high. A companion piece, a bowl with decorated rim, is also listed and available. Authentic Boston& Albany Railroad stock certificate issued in the 1940's and 50's. The vignette engraving is quite possibly the nicest I have encountered. The entire vignette is a picture of a railroad crossing a bridge on a harbor with sailboats. A steamboat and other ships on the water, as well as buildings in the background. In the center of the vignette is a picture of an indian with a bow and arrow. In addition, at the bottom of the certificate is another small vignette of two allegorical figures, with an eagle over them. Most of these certificates are actually filled out by hand and have the actual signatures(not a facsimile) of the President and Treasurer of the railroad. I recently did a storage cleanout. Where I found a lot of very old pottery and art, these two pieces were wrapped together, and inside the one of them was a piece of paper that says, your candle container is a pre Columbian pril que cup used as a drinking vessel, the vase was to cook in circa 900AD signed tim and patty, I don't know much about pottery but this guy had a lot of it, so I am guessing these are what it is said to be.

Pre Historic Tribal Early Flared Stone Ax Head Amulet
This artifact measures about 4.5" long. 3-3/8" wide, and about.5" thick. I am not sure exactly where it comes from. The closest I have found is what an online source called a Mississippian Ornamental Ax Head or a spud. But the shape does not match exactly to the ones I saw. So basically I have no idea what this is. But it is old, and very neat. it came out of a large collection of Ethnographic and tribal items that I have been slowly selling for years now.

Vintage early 1900's Mayan clay Museum Quality Aztec Toltec Idol God figure
Let me start by saying that this item caught my attention and I hope you see what I saw in it. This piece was picked up in an estate sale and is one of the best early 19th century Mayan sculptures made in Mexico that I've seen. The detail in the head dress and body are outstanding. Its made of clay/ terracotta and stands around 8 1/2" tall the darker shades of grey on the head dress and chest seem to be a light grey wash. The top is hollow so you can look inside to see the workmanship. I hope that someone looking for something for their collection like this will take advantage in getting their hands on this fine item. Pre-Columbian, Anasazi, Hohokam. Hopi and Casas Grandes. The more I read and research the more I realize that I would be ridiculous if I wrote that I was positive of the tribe or even region although I suspect Southwest; Arizona or New Mexico. Blue and White Vintage Perfection Gas Heater
What a find! This way too cool looking old kerosene heater could be used in so many ways. Make it the base of a stool or a table-put a candle inside-decorate your lawn or garden-let your imagination go! The heater is a Perfection brand. And is definitely in vintage shape, with some rust and peeling paint, but it's sturdy and all together. I don't recommend using it as a heat source-as I'm not so sure that would be safe-however it does still have the oil reservoir, and the latch is working and was used to open and close the top to insert or remove the reservoir. The reservoir is rusty and dirty-it all needs to be cleaned up-but no holes that I can see. The heater is approx. 2 ft. Tall and 9 in. in diameter. A great old piece with endless possibilities!
