But as you can see in the pics, there is still room on either side of the ring sizer, so you could probably go up to at least a 10. The piece was carefully created by a master jeweler and thus shows a significant ethnic Arab impact. As expected. The people in this region were devoutly Islamic, so it is expected that their native jewels would highlight their religious influence, which this ring does in its etching work. Rings created in this region were highly ethnic and often symbolic. Additionally. It's clear that a ring of this type would be created in order to be worn with high frequency. DESIGNATION/STYLE: The ring was formed using a very strong and pure bronze alloy. Historically. Bronze was the first alloy used by humans. Egyptians continually ... moreworked with the material spawning back to the year 3500BC. Although it continues to be used in a variety of forms, it is becoming less and less prominent in the world of handmade jewelry. It's true that jewelers can find an easier material to work with, but some continue to create unique pieces using the alloy for its historic appeal. That is precisely the case with this handsome ring. The prominent stone is a green glass detailed into a round cut. The setting is deep and centralized, allowing the gem's brilliance to shine.
