Here we have a very unusual 1930's era ~ ART DECO EGYPTIAN REVIVAL FIGURAL LAMP WITH A CLOCK ~ that we just acquired out of an estate this week. The clock is signed CAPITOL CLOCK CORP. NEW YORK. This has a wonderful Art Deco Egyptian Revival look. And we have never seen another one like it! It looks to be made out of primarily spelter and brass. It appears to be in pretty nice original condition with the exception of it looks like it originally had a lamp shade on it and shows a little expected wear from age and use. The frame for the shade and adjustment mechanism is still all there. We plugged the lamp in, and it does work. There is a switch on the back to turn the lights on and off. To get the clock started we had to flick the little lever on the back a few times, but once it started it ran just fine" so the motor is fine" ... moreWe tested it several times and it worked every time. The lamp stands approximately 22 inches tall by 11 inches wide and 5 inches deep" at the base" The frame for the shade measures 9 by 9 inches. Antique Egyptian enamel spoon stamped 800 ? solid silver
You are looking at a lovely antique Egyptian enameled spoon with Moses basket. The spoon's bowl is enameled with a river steamer and the handle is an enamel decorated crocodile. There is a Moses basket with enameled front that at the end( does not contain they baby) The bowl and basket are in nice condition but the enamel on the crocodile has suffered some damage. There is a very unclear stamped number on the reverse of the spoon. This number could be a 300 or a 800. This could indicate that it is silver but i am not sure. A very fine late Victorian French Empire style maple table with bronze mounts. The top bronze framing Belgian marble. The legs have bronze lady Egyptian heads with anthemium trailing below, the booties in stiff acanthus leaf. The stretcher shelf has a bronze band of leaf, and beads, the table skirt with band of bound reeds. The polished marble top is fine. Table measures 26-3/4" diameter by 29-1/2" tall. Excellent condition: maple without chips or cracks, original finish, all bronze mounts present and with original patination. The marble is without chips or cracks, most normal minor use scratches.

Antique Egyptian or Middle Eastern Tin over Copper Ornate Pitcher
Greetings. Today for your consideration is what I am assuming to be an old Tin plated over copper pitcher or vessel. It looks Egyptian or perhaps Middle Eastern descent. It has ornate etchings and you can see where some of the plating has worn off. Exposing some of the copper patina. The handle looks to be hand riveted and the inside has a little bit of a rough casting. The bottom looks like it has a hammered effect. I showed this piece to a few antique dealers I know(I work in the Flea Market Business) and they said it is a real quality piece but they were all unsure of the exact age or origin. I purchased this piece off a man who cleans out properties and he found it in an old barn with some other antique items. Rare Old Antique Bronze Buddha Antiquity Unusal Statue Object Egyptian Possibly
Here is a very unusal antiquity I have had in my collection for almost 20 years. I have no yet found out exactly what it is or what it was used for. It definitely is very old by the patina on the top that appears to be Buddha and the eroded bottom piece. I believe it to be from SE Asia and not China. But I really do not know. This is an ongoing trend and these individuals seem to complain if silver prices go down between the day they buy and the day they receive. When one melts silver one can lose as much as 5% of the weight in the smelting process and I can not be held responsible for weight lost after melting. I do not generally melt anything that is well made as it makes little sense to me. So any potential loss should be considered before purchasing my items. All my items are measured with a standard tape measure and are rounded off to the quarter inch. I attempt to be as accurate as possible. Estate Sale find. Is sewing machine head and original accesories& box only NO CABINET. Manufactured May 19th. 1925. Modle# 127 Serial No AA460691. Is in good condition for age. Graphics are still very nice has Eqyptian Sphinx theme. End plate has very pretty, ornate scroll work. Appears to work well. Hand crank, needle and all parts move. But I did not try to sew anything with it. Includes original accesory box with Singer graphics and parts. Multiple sewing"feet" screws, etc. See pictures for details.
