The piece appears to be made of chestnut and has been refinished in the past and has some rough edges. It has excellent form with cutouts at the top and a pair of pinned through tenons at the top and bottom of each side. There is a lower shelf and the drop front flips up via a locking metal support arm. The desk is signed with a brand as pictured. The desk is sturdy and strong. Unusal antique Arts& Crafts quartersawn oak taboret table w/ cutout design and long corbels. Size: 20" tall. 15" diameter top. Inkstamped factory production number 502 on the underside of the top. I'm guessing it was made by Imperial Furniture Co. Sturdy. Excellent refinished condition. Small chipping to the outside of one of the feet. Lots of curves on this piece.round top, arched cross stretcher w/ oval cutout, arched corbels and dramatically arched side panels. Nice height for taboret or plant stand. Insured shipping is $35.

This handmade candle holder is a beautiful form with original patina. It is tapered from top to bottom and has rivets and raised detail. The two handle form really makes it ascetically appealing. It stands 12" high the handles flair out to make it 5" wide and the base is 6" It is UNSIGNED. I have researched this and found nothing similiar so I am assuming it is rare.

Pewter, and Wood inlay. Left slat has all inlay intact. Middle slat is missing 2 small horizontal pieces of pewter at bottom. right slat is missing long pewter stem and round copper circle at top. Rare Plail Bros Barrel chair. It does have partial label. Original medium dark finish. This chair appears it may have been a rocker but still these pieces do not come around often. Back leg has a chip of the wood out and a small veneer crack on back rail. This is common though for the age. I have another with the same rail veneer crack. Pegged construction. Very sturdy and good condition. It has the original spring cushion but with replaced seat cover. There is a Picture of the 2 with the shorter one that is for sale. However I used a couple of the photos w/ brown because I thought the pictures might be a little nicer. There is some indication that often other furnature manf. would copy Gus' pieces( Hubbard, Eldrige& Walker for one) so I am indicating that perhaps this is one. Gustav Stickley 732 Desk Pigeon Hole Assembly
Gustav Stickley 732 desk pigeon hole assembly. Retains all the original hardware and pencil holders. Appears to be some kind of cherry wood. No topcoat of any kind. Cabinet makers mark on top in pencil. Doors open and close perfect and all the hardware works fine. This desk was always kept in a heated house and is not a barn find. This assembly would even look good anywhere in the house without the rest of the desk. Other parts of the desk are available as well. One of the lower sides had been snapped off. Just below the tenon, which is why it is being parted out. This desk was a project I was going to rebuild myself but moved and no longer had the necessary equipment to finish. The last pic is of a 732 mark in pencil by the original cabinet maker. The other is the Gustav Stickley hallmark inside a drawer. Shipping will depend on your location ... moreand where I ship from. I can ship from Michigan at an extra cost. Note: The pigeon hole assembly simply pulls out from the back or front. The damage in the pic is on the upper shelf and not on the assembly itself. This is a wonderful. Beautiful little collection of essays written by Elbert Hubbard, founder of the Roycrofters, and printed in 1917 at their shop in East Aurora, NY. It is in astonishing condition, and has only lightly been read, if at all. The binding is fairly tight, and the pages are crisp and clean. This is a wonderful example of the kind of exquisite hand-printing and binding that went on at the Roycroft campus. It is somewhat bittersweet to note the printing date- two years after Hubbard and his wife, Alice, died in the sinking of the Lusitania. In more ways than one, this tragedy marked the beginning of the end of the Arts& Crafts era in the United States. The book is illustrated throughout with wonderful graphics as shown. Gorgeous Arts and Crafts Period Wicker Rocker Bungalow Cabin Stickley
I have this amazing Arts and Crafts Period wicker rocker. It' is really the best wicker rocker I've ever seen with this look. Would look great in an A&C bungalow or cabin along side the finest period furniture. Minimal damage with a gorgeous patina. The photos show all the marks on the rockers. But you don't really see them as well as the photos show. It's just part of the patina and looks good really. I don't plan to ship this.
