The spoon itself is in the non-full-line"20-C" pattern, which was available only in coffee spoons, and was patented circa 1885. The spoon measures a hair longer than 4" and weighs.25 troy ounces. This is a little sterling silver plate or shallow bowl. With ribs radiating from the central image of a long-legged deer stepping among flowers. It's intricately marked at the edge of the top center: GAB + marks indicating its origin(Sweden) material(sterling silver) city of manufacture(Goteborg, I think) and date(1946) GAB is the mark of Guldsmeds Aktiebogalet, a significant operation founded in 1868 and now owned by the Swedish companmy Gense. It's a fine example of postwar Scandinavian silversmithing and Fauvist design. It shows minor signs of wear and handling but remains in very fine. Undamaged condition. It's 5” in diameter. I recently purchased this great piece by E. Dragsted at a Washington. DC estate sale. It has a sterling silver lid with sterling silver grape clusters on each side. The gass is very heavy and only has a few surface marks on the bottom. There are no chips or cracks. The underside of the lid is fully signed(see picture) It measures 4 1/2 inches tall. Sterling Norway Blue Enamel Spoon - approx 3 1/4" long
Lovely spoon- I don't really know the age. The top of the spoon is decorated with a type of shell decoration. Although this spoon is silver. It has a gold color- but is stamped Sterling 925 on the back. There are some marks that may be makers mark on either side of the 925 stamp. For auction is this neat antique Sterling Sivler hand mirror. The hand mirror measures 9 1/2" long and 5" across and has a script initial monogram on the back. This is an old antique marked sterling and hallmarked with the mark for Whiting Manufacture Co. four piece vanity set from a very nice local estate. It is in the Madame Jumel pattern that was introduced in 1908. The set has the monogram of EFD in fancy script. The hand mirror is 8 1/2" by 5" and has some silver loss on mirror. See photo. There is a super microscopic not worth noting and hard to see ding below thumb in photo. Please look at photo number 5 and the tiny tiny hard to see dent is below my thumb shadow. This will not bother you at all. The brush is 9 3/4" by 3" The comb is 8" by 1 3/4" The nail file is 7 1/4" by 3/4" This is a wonderful set that has been well cared for. VINTAGE STERLING SILVER MENS HAIR AND CLOTHES BRUSH SET
A set of vintage military sterling silver mens' brushes including the original case. The backs are engraved with a"P" in an old style font. The brushes have been handled over the years and show a few small dents but appear to have never been used as hair brush or clothes brush. The bristles are natural and very stiff and very clean and are set in mahogany or teak. The Hallmark is letters in the shap of a fish. The maker is unknown but is probably American. The case is red velvet lined with a faux leather look. The snap on the case is very tight. There is a slot in the flap of the case which one time held a comb which is missing. This set would make a lifetime graduation gift for a new graduate.

This is a superb sterling souvenir spoon that features a highly-detailed engraved view of the old Oregon Capitol Building. In Salem. This building burned in 1935. The spoon measures 5-11/16" long and weighs.70 trounces. It is in excellent condition and has never been monogrammed. Unusual Vintage STERLING SILVER SPOON with o dd CUTOUT on the side of the bowl. Hallmarked with the Gorham mark. And also has an"O" in a square on the bowl back. Back is marked Sterling. The pattern is NEWCASTLE which was produced from 1895 to 1902. The condition of this spoon is excellent showing minor age related wear. The spoon measures just under 5-1/2" long and weighs approximately 1.25 ounce(about 35 grams) on my non-digital scale. I say approximately because my scale isn't digital so I if err it will be in your favor. Not mine. Good Vintage WATROUS Co Sterling Silver Tea Strainer
Watrous Manufacturing Company began in 1896 and began making sterling wares in the 1920's. Eventually it became a division of International Silver Co. Watrous had many designs but no pattern names survive. This sterling strainer is in excellent condition showing only minor wear to the inside of the bowl. No dents. Damage or repairs. Vintage Victorian Sterling Silver Tea Strainer MEDIEVAL KNIGHT DESIGN
Here is a great vintage Tea Strainer. It is made of sterling silver. As you can see in the pic. It has a great Medieval Knight Design to it. If you look at the picture with the green background, you can see that it does have an old repair to it, it looks like the handle either bent or came off and was repaired. It weighs 1.15oz.
