The back features a lush landscape with a flowing creek and a stone pillar on one side. The side of urn has two bronze handles with floral relief work. The base is stepped with a cobalt blue glaze and applied gold. The condition of the urn is as follows; it is missing its cover. There have repairs to the porcelain stepped base and the neck, the bronze mounts have darkened with age, there is also craquelure to the glaze on the body of the vase. Please note. Very Nice Sevres French Urn Unique Ram heads on each side of this beautiful porcelain piece. There is a hand painted scene of man and women feeding swans in a garden. It is in nice overall condition as seen in the photos with no cracks or chips. The bottom has the Sevres Looping L's with an S in the middle. RARE Set 5 Antique Napoleon Demitasse Cups & Saucers Sevres French Porcelain NR
5 ANTIQUE SEVRES NAPOLEON DEMITASSE CUPS AND SAUCERS Up for auction is a RARE set of 5 demitasse cups and saucers. It's part of a set of 11 that I purchased at an estate sale last month(I sold the other 6 cups and saucers several weeks ago) Each cup features a portrait of Napoleon Bonaparte. The infamous military and political leader during the French Revolution and associated wars throughout Europe. The portrait is a transfer embellished with hand-painted highlights. Each cup is also decorated with gold laurel bands and robin egg blue panels. A capital"N" signifies the Napoleonic rule. The handle of each cup has an intricate scroll design. The cups are quite small, measuring about 2" tall and 2" wide at the top(not including handle) The underside of each cup is marked with a red"N" below the Imperial crown. ... moreMost of the cups also have a blue"J. mark. The saucers in this set are decorated with alternating panels of blue and white with a gold N and crown in the center surrounded by a gold wreath. The white panels are decorated with floral swags and the blue panels contain Napoleon's coat of arms. Each saucer measures about 3 3/4" in diameter. The underside of each saucer has the same marks as the cups(red N and crown. Blue"J" Some of the"J" markings are more stylized than others. I've done quite a bit of research attempting to identify the manufacturer of this set. Most people attribute the red N and crown mark with the Sevres Porcelain Factory in France. If it wasn't made by Sevres. It was certainly done in the Sevres style. It's also possible the set was made in Dresden, although I'm not aware of any Dresden manufacturers using the red"N and crown" mark. Or, it could have been made in Dresden and decorated by Sevres. Regardless, it's a beautiful set that likely dates from the late 19th or early 20th century. Condition of these collectible demitasse cups and saucers is EXCELLENT with no chips. Cracks, or crazing. There is a shallow chip about one inch long, along the underside of the lip of one vase, which is only partially visible from above. RARE ANTIQUE SEVRES HP PORTRAIT URN W/JEWELED AND GOLD DECORATION
This is a gorgeous whimsical antique signed Sevres Urn with beautiful enamel and gold decoration and jeweled turquoise and opalescent paste beaded accents on a dark green background. The front painting is a lovely classical scene of a man holding a musical instrument with lady watching a little dancing poodle or spaniel dressed up in a colorful outfit and hat. The backside depicts a tranquil river with a bridge and building scene. Gorgeous painting and is not a transfer print! I could not find an artist signature. But the detail, color and expressions are exquisite. The urn has filigree brass hardware on the collar and brass insert with pomegranate finial on the lid. The bottom is signed with the double crossed L’s and the letter“C” in the center. The mark below looks like a sideways E. There is another mark on the other side in green that ... morelooks like and R. The urn measures approximately 19 ¾” tall x 6 ½” at the shoulder and weighs over 7 lbs. The mark corresponds to late 18th century or possibly early 19th century. The shoulders of the urn have a raised gilded lions head decoration and floral and leave design. Sevres or Limoges French Porcelain Hand Painted Large Box Signed and Beautiful
Up for sale is what I believe to be a Sevres or Limoges porcelain box. It is chip and crack free. The lid does not close completely due to some adhesive loss on the inside back hinge. I do not know what the filler is called that attaches the brass to the porcelain. There is also some brass loss on the front clasp. This is a large box measuring 6 5/8" wide and 3 1/4" tall. It is signed on the bottom and on the painting.

Furthermore there are four support columns that are decoratively painted in a baby blue fashion background with a homestead prominently featured. Overall the clock is in terrific condition given its age. There are light and slight marks on some of the porcelain columns. There are no cracks or crazing in the clock face. However. There are slight blue marks near the top of the clock and a hint of yellowing near the wind up key hole. Also some of the numbers are lightly faded. The painted bronze ... moredoes have some signs of wear. Please note the cherubs are a little loose. Antique Sevres Style Porcelain Boy Hunter with Dog
This is a really beautiful piece with amazing handpainted details. It features a boy and his dog and they have been hunting ducks. It is in excellent condition with just a tiny little nick in his chest that was done in its making. There is not any chips. Cracks or crazing. It has been very well taken care of and it shows. This piece is not marked, but definitely has the quality of Sevres or Meissen. It stands 6.5" tall and the base is 3" across. I include insurance. Thanks so much for looking!

But the pot style puts it early in that period, probably 1900-1915 Approximate dimensions in inches: Ht: 5.7 Inside Diam. Top: 7.5 Outside Diam. Top: 8.5 Bottom Diameter: 6.3 Condition: Solid. Rings when you tap it. There is a chip on the underside of the bottom rim, which does not detract from the appearance of the pot. There is some crazing, typical of pieces of this age. This is an attractive white pot with decorative handle and cast designs on the side. There is gilding on the lip and on the raised design pattern to highlight it. Description From the collection of a retired diplomat we offer a wonderful 19th century Sevres Pattern antique figurine of a magnificent Goddess sitting on a plith and playing a lyre. The quality certainly leads one to consider the figure to be Sevres but as indicated there are no marks. Hence I have indicated"Sevres Pattern" In wonderful condition. The Goddess wears a gilt diadem and her robe is covered with gilt stars. All in a white, white porcelain material. We have looked over the figurine and cannot detect a mark. The condition is excellent without any chips. Cracks or defects. Measurements: height: 9 1/2 inches(24.375 cm) Depth and width: some 5 inches(12.5 cm) Wight: unpacked 1 lb. 4 oz. Roughly 580 grams.

On the front of the Sevres Planter there is a portrait of a young couple in love. On the opposite side is a beautiful landscape of a river with trees all around. The entire piece is hand painted and hand done. The age of the planter is late 19th Century. The exact measurments of the piece is 10 3/8 inches tall. Up for sale is an antique pair of MP Sevres urns recently found at auction in the Suburban Philadelphia. PA area. The tops have been repaired, but not well. This is best seen in photo's#4-8. The only other condition issue to report is a loose bronze band or collar under the lid. This is best seen in photo#9. There is also a few minor chips on this rim. These tops are marked"MP Sevres" This pair of urns measure approximately 5 7/8" diameter at the base and are approximately 11" tall. Each base is marked, Made In France" They are bronze. Remarkable Paul Jean Milet Sevres porcelain box. This box has been coated with a dark green drip glaze that contrasts beautifully with the brass border. Latch and garlanded rope and wreath decorations on the sides. The top also features a rectangular flower metal applique. The bottom is signed with the"MP Sevres" mark, which was used from 1911 until 1930. The box is in very good condition. No chips. Cracks or crazing, although there is some light wear associated with age. Hinge and latch are both in excellent working condition. The box stands 3.5" tall and measures about 9" wide. Bright white porcelain painted with a deep Cobalt Blue ground color with white Marbling and excellent painted gold decoration. There is a strong monogram that appears to be a conjoined"T E" The red printed"Dore A Sevres" mark indicates manufacture circa 1880-1889. Both the cup and the saucer have green printed date lozenges and hand painted decorator's marks. Also, both pieces have hand engraved markings in the porcelain under the glaze. Stunning Sevres Paul Milet Malachite Plate In Ornate Brass Grape Frame
What a beautiful example of Sevres art work by french ceramicist Paul Milet. The plate alone measures 9 inches in diameter. In the frame the piece measures 12 1/2 inches diagonally from grape cluster to grape cluster and 9 1/2 inches across. It dates to circa 1900. Malachite is a light to dark green copper carbonate. Ceramic w are was made in imitation of this. This is were the pictures truely do not do this piece justice. The plate is a very rich and deep color with gold vein ing throughout with a very glossy sheen. I just could not capture this with my old camera. The brass is not as bight gold as pictured but mellow with age. The only flaw I can find are some sc ratches on the face of the plate. Nothing I find d etracting. It's a real beauty. Sevres 19th Century Jewery Casket H.P. Gilt Cobalt signed Huge LOOK
We are offering a 19th Century Sevres Very Large Jewelery Casket with a large handpainted love scene signed by the artist Lucot. This beautiful Jewelery Box is done in cobalt blue with fantastic gilt decoration. It is marked with the Chateau Tuileries mark and alongside the back to back L's within a cartouche. The dimensions of this Casket is 14 inches in length. 9 inches in width and 5 inches in height. The condition is exceptional as is the painting and everything else about the box.

French Niderviller Teapot Set 19th 18th C ? Similar to KPM Sevres Meissen AS IS
This gorgeous Niderviller French Tea Service Set is stunning. The eagle or swan handles with faces at the bottoms are done in a similar style as Russian Empire. Meissen, KPM or Sevres. This set is 19th or possibly 18th century. It includes a large Tea or Coffee pot that measures almost 10 inches tall, a large creamer or pitcher that measures 8 1/2 tall, a sugar bowl that measures 4 1/2 tall, four cups that measure 2 1/2 tall and four saucers that measure a little over 5 inches wide. I am listing the set AS IS because there is gold gilt loss, two saucers have one chip each(see photo#11) and the lid to the sugar bowl is missing. The tea/coffee pot has a old repair to the the top rim band, I believe it to be old due to the age discoloration. I am not sure why so much paint/repair material was added to the top(see photo's#8& 10) as the ... moreonly thing I can find wrong is an old, tight crack that can barely be seen on the outside(see photo's#5& 9 seen with light) I could not detect any breaks or chips. Maybe when it was originally repainted it matched but with age turned cream colored. You can see the difference between the two top band sides(see photo's#6 and#7) the top band on one side is cream colored the other side is white. Maybe this was done to prevent the crack from spreading. The lid is just fine no problems at all. It is just the top band or rim that had something done to it. All said and done this set displays beautifully. Most pieces have the Niderviller mark and numbers. Just let me know if you would like additional photo's.
