This oak Mission/Arts and Crafts stand/tree is in great original found condition. The finish and patina appears to be original. in good condition there is an old repair to one of the feet. Each of the four(4) ornate brass hanging racks are tight and sturdy as are the four(4) legs. The turned center column is also in great shape. ~ Large Antique Mission Style BEVELED Mirror with Oak Frame ~
I have a large antique beveled mirror. The size it 41 inches tall and 23 inches wide with frame. The mirror itself measures 36 inches tall by 17 ¼ inches wide. It does show its age with the mirror. The mercury on back a glass is spotted in some areas and one corner of the frame is loose. I am sure an expert can fix it. It is very HEAVY! My mother had this hanging on the wall in her entry way so I know it is doable to hang. I am no expert on conditions and try to describe to the best of my ability. So since a picture is worth a thousand words so I am posting photos. Please ask if you wish any more information. I am offering free pick up at my home. Otherwise shipping is handled by buyer. Vintage Stickley Oak Mission Lamp Table
Fresh from a Buffalo NY estate is this great lamp table. It is in the mission style and made during the Arts and Crafts Movement. I do not know a lot about this table other than I was told they thought it was made by Stickley. Who ever made it. Did a quality job, it has through tenons and each leg has 2 pegs. It stands 30" high and is 24" across. It is in the quarter sawed Oak, and looks like someone refinished the top at one time. There are 2 areas where there looks like there was a tag, and the one has 2 very small tacks still there, the other has a very small piece of dark paper. I'm not sure who made it but if I can answer any questions about this table, please email or if you can help me identify it, I would appreciate it very much. Pair Of Mission Oak Chairs Allen Chair Company
Up for sale is this pair of antique mission style chairs. I don't know if these were student chairs designed for a desk or part of a larger dining set. They have tags on the bottom stating they were made by the Allen Chair Company of Concord Junction. Mass. They do show some wear and tear, but are in good sturdy condition. They measure about 35 1/2" tall, 17 3/8" across the seat, and about 16" deep at the seat, the backrest angles out a bit more.

Looks like it could be easily replaced if buyer chooses. Notice the pointed areas on the 4 legs. Also has metal areas on bottom of each leg. We cannot find a signature or makers mark. Did not remove the upholstery to search. Smoke free. Pet free home. Always glad to combine shipping on an individual basis. Shipping to lower 48 states only.

Antique very high back Stickley Brothers armchair. Nice form! Design features three wide back slats and thru-tenons at the arched crest rail. Solid.sturdy and stout chair. Appears to be fine original finish. Size: Very tall@ 45-1/2" to the top of the crest rail. 27" wide at the arms, 20-1/4" deep at the arms. Seat height is 18" arm height is 25-3/4" Webbing supporting the seat is intact but sagging slightly. This is how I bought it.IMO the previous owner should have re-webbed it before recovering the seat in the nice thick brown leather. Marked w/ inkstamped production number. Connecticut in 1785, went to work for clockmaker Eli Terry in 1807, bought out Terry’s factory(together with Silas Hoadley) in 1810, and in December 1813 bought out Heman Clark’s clockmaking business in Plymouth Hollow. Thomas continued Clark’s wooden ... moremovement tall clock production. And about 1817 began making the wooden movement shelf clock. These were cased in pillar and scroll cases until 1830, when the bronze looking glass and other styles became popular. In 1842, brass movements were introduced, and first cased in the popular O.G. case(which was made until 1913) Wood movements were phased out in 1845. In 1853 Mr. Thomas incorporated the Seth Thomas Clock Company, so that the business would outlive him. Mr. Thomas died in 1859, and Plymouth Hollow was renamed Thomaston in his honor in 1865. Mr. Thomas was very conservative. And after his death many new styles of clocks were introduced by his sons. Regulator clocks were introduced in 1860. The patterns and machinery for these had been purchased in 1859 from the creditors of bankrupt clockmaker Silas B. Terry. Spring driven clocks were introduced ca. 1855–1860. Perpetual calendar clocks were made from ca. 1863–1917. Mission Oak Umbrella Stand Vintage 1910 Triple Drip Pan Square Knobs
Generic. Period c. 1910 Mission oak umbrella stand with a lightweight metal drip tray, divided into 3 sections by 2 metal dowels. There is no manufacturer's label but it has good proportions and the legs are quarter-sawn. The posts have elevated square flat tops which are doweled into the legs—the only doweling that I saw. It measures 29” high, 23-½” wide and 9-½” deep. The condition is good, with an array of minor blemishes but the construction is tight and no gouges, cracks, or breaks. The aluminum( tray is rather flimsy but fits perfectly into the allotted space; it has been repainted black over ome old corrosion.

We are not sure who produced this Arts and Crafts period table but it has great looks and is very unique. It is 28" diameter x 28" tall. An excellent size for a lamp table or side table to display your favorite items. Solid and sturdy for age. Shows normal signs of wear and tear for a 100 year old table and some re-glued joints. This table has faux through tenons and keys. The top is a little warped from age. Not very noticeable but want give full disclosure. Looks like an extra oak brace was added underneath at some point and I would imagine the leather is not as old as the table. The legs are attached by an interesting dovetail joint. This table purchased from a pub in the Southwest several years back. It was said to have been there for several decades. Antique Brass Dickens Plaque 1903 Arts Crafts Mission Oak Frame Signed Rutledge
Born in 1844 in England. George Rutledge settled in Montclair, NJ in 1886. Soon after, he& his partner opened a metal etching sign shop in Manhattan. On 5/6/1903 George purchased his own factory on Grove St in Montclair. With Rutledge as principal etcher, designer, purchaser, the business flourished until 1910, when he was stricken with Parkinsons. He brought in a nephew who worked with him& took over in 1915. George died in 1921, with him went much of the artistry of the Brass Works. His nephew diversified& ran the company until 1956. Here is a very early. 1. Likely white oak. Fumed, not stained, to darkened, splayed legs. 2. Stretchers have 6 keyed tenons. End beveled, as are tops of keys. 3. Oak stock of leg pieces are 3/4 thick. Stretchers are 5/8" 4. Top is 3/4" thick. 13" x 17" quarter sawn. 16" tall Now. What is it, and whose partial decal is adhered to the bottom? Some A&C rockers were very close to the floor, and this may have been a table and magazine shelf nearby. It has not been upholstered, but one could sit long enough to get shoes tied. We have search at least 20 period catalogs on line, and found nothing even close to this. We believe by form and wood thickness that is is early, with the overall look of what some call"chunky" usually thought to indicate the earler style. It is a rubbed finish, no evidence of varnish, but perhaps over the ... morelabel. Unfortunately someone spent quite a bit of time picking at the label, which is either very thin paper or a decal. There is definitely a dark red color to the label, which looks to have a slight trapezoidal shape. Any assistance in identifying possible make will be helpful. Condition Specks of white paint here and there. Expected edge dents. Darker area to top, coarse cut to surface leaves texture of grain; certainly not put through a plainer. We understand that the lion print is in poor condition with the hole poked in it but perhaps the antique oak frame still has some value to you. Produced. I think, by Shop of the Crafters during the Arts& Crafts period, the frame measures approx. 8 3/4" x 10 3/4" It shows only light evidence of age and has a deep rich patina.
