It is not only a handsome piece. But very practical. I think it has been used or displayed in every room of my home over the years. I would imagine this dates to the early 1900's. Measurements are 14" long(top) x 10" wide x 10 1/4" tall. With a thick 1" board on top. It is solid oak- partially quartersawn- and has a wonderful patina with beautiful grain. It appears to be handmade and very nicely crafted, with even some nails that look squared. Up for your consideration is a beautiful antique oak writing desk. It is in the Mission or Arts and Crafts design. We have had this for y ears in our home. It is quite sturdy. The measurem e nts are 26" deep x 38" wi de x 29 3/4" tall. The front drops down and in side is a writing platform w ith an inkwell hole. Pencil rest, and cubbies in t he back for en v elopes. Etc. To the right is a drawer which actually comes completely out. The hinges have been replaced on this front piece as well as t he glass kno bs. There is an old keyhole and the lock seems to still be intact. However we do not have a key. My husband had his computer on this desk and be cause the underside of the des k is open. Here is a great arts and crafts or mission style antique table lamp. Nice use of brass straps on the heavy oak base. The shade has a great patina with new mica panels that give a warm soft glow. Some of the brass on the base has once been polished. This is converted from an original oil lamp. Whomever did this incorporated parts of the original oil font. There is some slight damage to the font. See pics. But nothing that effects the operation of the lamp. Cord and plug are in good shape and function properly. The shade measures 15"x15" The lamp has a total height of 22" The brass arms that hold the shade up slide right out of the brass plate on the base. For sale is a beautiful Windmill Table Lamp This is a great hand made Arts and Crafts Mission Oak table lamp. The lamp has a small bulb that lights inside of the windmill. In excellent working condition considering the age-it could have been re-wired and no shade coming with the lamp! Just be careful not to drive so much that it breaks the old wood wedges.a few of the wedges have small chips off but doesnt hurt that much and is minor.i see a few minor age cracks but these dont hurt it much.see pics.it measures 37 x 24 x 9"it will completely come apart by removing the wedges and will be shipped that way flat.i ... moretried to show alot of pics for detail so check them out.probably was refinished at some time.as with all old furniture, you may find minor flaws but overall very nice. It is"mission oak" most likely from the arts& crafts period. It is approx.11-2/3" tall and the top is 18" x 12" Please note, the top has been recovered- it is leather in a soft brown and very supple. There are 6 of the original coat hooks and the beveled mirror has NOT been resilvered. The hall tree is from the Arts& Crafts era. Early 1900s. in good original condition. The base does not have the lift up seat. The drip pan is not original, but works very well. The beveled mirror needs to be resilverd or replaced($45) Stands about 80 inches tall AND is 21 inches wide, not counting the umbrella holder. 34"x84" Antique Exterior Entry Oak Arts & Crafts Mission Door Beveled Glass Lite
Penn Antique Restoration. 34"x 84" Antique Exterior Door w/ 13 Beveled Glass Lites. Amazing. Antique, exterior door salvaged from an old home in Northeastern Ohio. The door has a solid pine core covered with 1/8" thick oak veneers. When most people hear"pine" they think of a cheap. Weak, soft wood. New pine hewn from 10- 20 year old trees don't have the same insect-resistant, rot-resistant, or even fire-resistant qualities that old pine, hewn from trees hundreds of years old have. Old pine is also much harder and stronger than young pine. Also. Please don't think that"veneer" means inferior quality. Unlike the paper-thin veneers used on modern doors and furniture. These veneers are 1/8" thick and provide strength and stability to the door. The door could be sanded and refinished several times ... morebefore the door would need to be re-veneered. The most obvious and impressive feature of this door is its beautiful. Arts& Crafts style arrangement of 13, true-divided, beveled glass lites. Not only are doors with this design extremely hard to find, but it is almost impossible to find a door like this with all of its original glass! Hardware: The door is not equipped with any hardware. However. We have a good selection of period hardware to outfit the door(check out our eBay store) If you would like any of the hardware holes patched with a solid block of wood. Please email us for a quote. Condition: On the exterior side of the door. Some of the molding around some lites, the top of the hinge stile, bottom of the hinge stile, edge of the lock stile and the lock housing are chipped and the veneer on the bottom rail is chipped, cracked, loose and warped. On the interior side of the door. The tops and bottoms of both stiles, edge of the hinge stile and some pieces of molding around the glass lites are chipped; a piece of molding from one of the glass lites is cracked; and there is a break in the lock housing. Antique Octagon Oak Perpetual Wall Calendar; Mission/ Arts and Crafts; c. 1915
This is a hard to find antique octagon wall perpetual calendar. It is styled from the Mission/ Arts and Crafts era which dates from c. 1900-1925. I can find no markers mark on the outside( I have not looked inside of the piece) It is in good original found condition and seems to be in good working condition. The finish is original with a nice patina. It has the day of the week. The day of the month, and the month of the year presented on white cloth rolls. Each of these presentations are operated by the corresponding turn handles on the back side. The approx. dimensions are as follows: 15 1/4" in all eight directions. It is 2 3/4" in diameter. Stickley Mission Oak Table Hardware
We have a set of 5 L. J.G. Stickley table sliders from the bottom of a 5 legged table. They are in as found condition. From a local home. They were apparently removed and stored. The owner must have decided were no longer needed. If you have a Stickley table, these would be perfect for replacements, as they are going to be really tough to find. They measure 2 1/2 inches tall and about 2 1/8 across at bottom. We only have the picture from another similar table as a reference Ebay item 121004846950 has the detail of the feet showing the same type sliders.

Antique Childs Chair Morris Mission style Quarter Sawn Oak Reclining (HH)
This is a wonderful antique. Quarter sawn oak, child's Morris style chair. Mission oak. This is from an estate so I don't have the history. Please study the many photos I've provided. You can scroll down through the photos to see all 11. It is mortis and tendon construction with dowels. The only nails I see are holding down the seat and maybe some holding the arms. In addition to the dowels. I can't tell if the seat is original or a replacement from another antique chair. I have seen this style of seat on other antique chairs. This all looks very old, probably late 1800s to early 1900s. Condition: I don't see any new repairs or refinish. I see one 3" age split in the back of one arm. It is not creating a problem.
