This was bought overseas, and like most items from Europe, it is not signed: no label. But, it is Knoll; the weight and concrete like fill in, in the bottom, are signs of authenticity. It weighs over 36 Lbs. It has, as you can see, yellowing from the years, on the upper part of the stem, as well as yellowing underneath, along with slight cracking/crazing on the surface and fingerprints, shown in pics 7& 8. The base is 16 3/4" in diameter. This will ship freight or Greyhound Express. The cost for freight will probably be cheaper and safer than having it packed professionally and shipped GE. I have used shippers such as Plycon and TSC and 7 day shipment auction to get the best cost for my buyers. Feel free to ask me for an approximate shipping quote. I think this could get up the East Coast for $100 or so. Out west. Maybe slightly higher. I prefer freight because I have had UPS damage a couple of high end chairs lately and have found freight to be much more affordable and safer, if you can wait a little longer. Beautifully restored Jens Risom Credenza. With the original legs and hardware. This credenza features the Knoll/Herman Miller George Nelson style legs. I picked this up, literally, in pieces, along with the matching desk of the First National Bank(label removed) here in an Orlando garage sale. After research, I've identified this is a Jens Risom design. There is no label. I sold the desk that matched it, but saved this credenza to give to my refinisher to make perfect, because of the beautiful lines and legs of this piece. It has a perfect slide out tray for your componentry if you wish to put a cable box/dvr or receiver or turntable. It is finished on the back- everything was taken apart and refinished. New glides. The feet and hardware were left alone. You can see there are still some tiny marks from use underneath the finish, as seen ... morein pics 8& 10, as my refinisher wanted to keep some of the age of the piece with it. Very nice pair of Knoll Bertoia Bar Stools- bar height. 41" tall. They are made in the Satin Chrome Finish- the best of the best. With leather pads- not the best leather- but the second best. Sabrina leather grade in my opinion. These were purchased from a British Knoll dealer who had these. Along with 4 matching chairs, in storage. These came from Italy, via England. The left chair has a snap that has come detached from the Knoll pad, as seen in pic 7. The leather seat pads have some miniscule blemishes, tiny pin pricks in my opinion, as photographed in pics 5,6, 8. The cost, of these brand new, with the upgrade in the chrome satin finish and leather seats, from yliving.com, is $3,756.00 delivered. These are the bar height size. RARE MURIEL COLEMAN IRON DINING TABLE/CHAIRS EAMES MCCOBB GROSSMAN CONOVER KNOLL
California Modern iron dining set by Muriel Coleman for Pacifica design group and manufactured by her company California Contemporary. Extremely hard to find. As is most of her furniture. Everything original except for new teal blue vinyl seats. All pieces have their original chrome glides intact. Came directly out of an estate in Washington state. The chairs are solid iron, as is the dining room table. The back of the chairs mirror the design of the dining table. Very solid and well-made. The dining room table is very rare and the design is quite nice. Milo Baughman did a very similar design for Pacific Iron. The differences here compared to the Milo Baughman design is that the understructure of the legs are welded to the four corners. The Milo Baughman one the legs are not. The glides are also different on the Pacific Iron Milo Baughman ... moretable. They most likely collaborated with this design- who designed it first? That is the question. In any case, fabulous design. The top of the table has a rubber strip that runs along the top to cushion the glass, which just sits on it. If you've seen her desk, it has the same rubber strip on the top with the glass sitting on it. The strip is somewhat deteriorated but can be left alone or replaced easily with a reasonable facsimile. The glass has scratches and wear. It can be left alone, for the purists, or replaced with a new piece inexpensively. The set fits perfectly in a smaller apartment or even as your main dining set depending on your requirements. The dimension on the dining table is 54 X 34 X 29 high. Again. This is a collector's piece as furniture from Muriel Coleman, and her esteemed colleagues- Luther Conover, Milo Baughman, etc. are pretty hard to find. This lamp still retains the main plastic endocarp on the main support pole that normally gets lost over time. The small chromed rods that support the globes appeared to have white plastic end caps that became brittle and broke off during time, they were smaller caps and can be replaced by ordering online, I have one to include for reference, the endcarps that are missing do not detract as the tube is smaller and it probably looks better without them. Description*PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE LISTING* Item: Beautiful RARE vintage credenza cabinet with original leather door pulls. The wood looks to be a combination of walnut and rosewood. The actual designer of this piece is unknown as there are no remaining labels but the quality of construction is very high and the design is similar to pieces done by Knoll or even George Nelson for Herman Miller. The clean modernist lines are closely in line with some of the best Danish Cabinetmakers making me belive this is either a Danish or American made credenza. Features: I tem features four dovetailed drawers with round black enameled metal pulls. 4 lower cabinet doors with original black leather pulls, beautiful wood grain(believed to be a combination of walnut and rosewood) thin edge construction, and clean modernist lines. Please note that the photo ... morearea is lighted and brings out the reddish color in the wood. The actual color without as much light may be a bit less red. Age: Circa 1960's Measurements: 31" H. 77.25" W, 18"d. Condition: I tem is in very good vintage condition being structurally sound and sturdy and free of breaks or repairs. Age appropriate signs of use as pictured including some surface scratches. Dings, and wear common with vintage furniture. Towards the middle and far left side of the top surface shows some minor fading in color from something sitting on top of the credenza over the years. This area can be seen in image#10 below. Image#22 and 23 shows some deeper scratches to the right side of the credenza and image#21 shows that the lower left swing doors do close all the way but need a bit more of a nudge to close fully. These areas are common with age and use of vintage furniture but overall this is a very nice and rare item. I have added many images so you can get the best idea of its beauty and condition and supersize all images for great detail. Very unusual vintage or antique bowl. Oriental or Imari style. About 10" across in a basically six-sided ruffled edge shape. Beautiful painting of flowers and birds. Ground color is white with a rust or orange decoration with light gray and gold. No chips or cracks. There is loss to the gold trim on the edge and light shelf ware on the bottom. This listing is for a MATCHING PAIR of knole- knoll sofas. rachet arms raise or lower arms mechanically[If you watch Downton Abbey you will be familiar with the red velvet sofa in the drawing room/living room. That is a Knole/Knoll sofa except they don't show it with the arms down. Th e arms on that sofa would be held in place with fancy cording wrapped around the two dowels instead of having arms that can be raised and lowered mechanically. By hand, li ke my pair of sofas. These true vintage sofas have been owned by my family since the early 1950s when they were bought from an estate in Greenwich. CT. At that time they were upholstered in an exquisite gold raw silk. I have never seen any marks on them to establish them as being made by Knoll(or Knole) but don't know where to look. In early 1990s they were re-upholstered in the heavy ... morebrocade you see in the present photos THESE ARE THE ONLY MATCHING PAIR OF KNOLE- KNOLL SOFAS WITH WORKING RACHET ARMS I've ever seen. My home is SMOKE FREE. The dimensions of each are: width: 56" height: 34" depth: 30" They are VERY sturdy and VERY heavy. They are well padded on the seating back and on the arm rests. The pillows are filled with goose and duck feathers(which are heavy feeling now) The upholstery has been damaged on the side and corners(cat scratched) shown in the photos) THE TOP of one of the four dowels that releases the rachet mechanism has broken off. It could be replaced if the upholstery in the back was released allowing the dowel to be repaired(or replaced) The dowel still works to operate the rachet by pushing down on it with another dowel. The ring top on another dowel has slipped down an inch or so; it needs to be well glued to match the other dowel top. There is a sizeable stain on one of the cushions where coffee spilled. These sofas can be used as they are BUT to make them comfortable. The cushions MUST be re-filled with new and supportive materials. To make them gorgeous. They need to be reupholstered. Le Corbusier LC2 Sofa and chair made by Cassina in SUEDE!!! knoll kjaerholm
You are bidding on a Le Corbusier LC2. Two seat sofa and chair. These are authentic Cassina pieces. They were a special order for an architecture firm. They have real sage green suede on them. This is not the cheap ultra suede. This is real leather. Overall they are in great shape. Frames are solid. Both pieces are engraved under the left arm with Corbusier's signature and serial number. Also under the seat the black decking is embossed with the Cassina logo(see pic) The only thing I noticed on them was two faint pen marks on the chair. You don't notice them unless you get real close! I researched how to clean real suede online and it said don't use any chemicals at all. It suggested sanding them lightly with sandpaper. I will leave that up to the new owner should they decide to do it. But like I said it is very faint and not ... morereally noticeable. Antique Carl Knoll Carlsbad porcelain ice bucket handpainted in pink with passion flowers. One side has the flower pink. The other, blue. I guess it had gold trim on the handles which is worn away. It has no chips, but unfortunately it has a tight hairline cracking. It can be seen from bottom and the inside, also glazed. It holds water, does not leak. I cannot feel the crack with my nail on the inside. I can bearly feel it on the bottom. the rim is unglazed and shows some tiny dirt. It is marked on bottom with embossing, stamped S, and handpainted numbers. This is a large bucket, probably a wine cooler. It measures 9 1/2" T x 12 1/2" W(at handles) 10 1/4" W without handle. The other item is a booklet bound in glossy stiff card. The front is marked 5th Edition and it has the remnants of a sticky label on the front. This measures about 18cm x 12.5cm and contains 27 pages. Inside is full of wonderful pictures and prices of items available. The pages are lovely and clean but the cover is a little tanned with age and slightly bent but not creased.The staples are good but there is just the first signs of rust on the bottom one. No pages are loose or missing and there are no creases. Rips or scribbles. 2 DANISH MID CENTURY MODERN BLONDE HEYWOOD WAKEFIELD 3 TIER TABLES KNOLL MONT
For sale is a set(2) Mid Century Modern Blonde 3 tier end accent tables. They look like Heywood Wakefield's but have an artistic touch like James Mont's.I can not be sure who made them. Just that they are very rare and most likely late 1950's to 1960's. I looked for hours and can find no tables that match these. They are heavy and strong.I guess about 70 pounds each. 34 inches deep. From wall out. 22 3/4 tall,and 19 inches tall. There are no cracks breaks or repairs. There are signs of use, scuffs light scratches ect.I would grade these at an 8.5 out of 10. A super cool look and very rare. As I said I spent hours looking and never found these tables. They are veneered.

Saarinen Knoll Tulip Table Coffee Cocktail Mid Century Modern Vintage Eero Low
Authentic Eero Saarinen for Knoll Tulip Coffee/Cocktail table. 3ft in diameter, 15" tall. Purchased at a high end estate with the Safari chair I have listed and a Ed Wormely dining set for Dunbar and Le Corbusier LC1 Pony Hide Sling chair that I still have yet to list. This was bought overseas, and like most items from Europe, it is not signed: no label. But, it is Knoll; the weight and concrete like fill in, in the bottom, are signs of authenticity. It weighs over 36 Lbs. It has, as you can see, yellowing from the years, on the upper part of the stem, as well as yellowing underneath, along with slight cracking/crazing on the surface and fingerprints, shown in pics 7& 8. The base is 16 3/4" in diameter. This will ship freight or Greyhound Express. The cost for freight will probably be cheaper and safer than having it packed ... moreprofessionally and shipped GE. I have used shippers such as Plycon and TSC and 7 day shipment auction to get the best cost for my buyers. Feel free to ask me for an approximate shipping quote. I think this could get up the East Coast for $100 or so. Out west. Maybe slightly higher. I prefer freight because I have had UPS damage a couple of high end chairs lately and have found freight to be much more affordable and safer, if you can wait a little longer.
