Antique Hoosier Style Kitchen Cupboard Cabinet Copper Counter Slag Glass Doors
Vintage Hoosier Style Kitchen Cupboard Cabinet w/Copper& Slag Glass Doors This is a gorgeous old kitchen'Hoosier style' cupboard. It has the base. The hutch and a beautiful copper topped counter that does indeed pull out on the base. The top hutch has three doors on the top part with leaded Slag Glass in green and white milk-glass. These appear to have been added to the doors some time ago when this piece appears to have been refinished. The lower part of the upper hutch have two larger wooden doors. The outside of the right door appears to have sustained surface water damage to it some time ago. The bottom base part has one large latching door on the left side that reveals a metal lined storage bin with one wire rack making a shelf in it. The right side has three drawers where the twop two right side drawers are in wood and the ... morebottom right drawer is lined in tin/metal. The counter is simply beautiful. The counter was resurfaced in a solid sheet of copper sometime ago when the entire piece was lightly refinished. The copper counter has a nice protective coat of varnish or poly on it as does the entire piece. The sheen is in a nice soft gloss. Not a shreakingly heavy gloss that makes one put on sunglasses just to look at it. This piece is on metal casters with wood wheels and is easy to move if needed. The drawer pulls appear to be original to the piece. However some of the upper hardware appears to have either been moved during the restoration or have been replaced. All the hardware appears to be correct for the piece, I just can not swear it is all orginal to the piece. The family reports that they just remember this piece being as it has always been so the restoration work done on this piece was done at least more than 40-50 years ago. If I were to keep this for my very own. I would be proud to display it in my own kitchen and show it as my own. Take that for what it is worth. I will gladly entertain reasonable offers. T h is listing is fo r a lot of(6) bla ck vintage antique drawer pulls/handles taken from our 1940 s e ra Hoosier cupboard when we refinished it. They are in good vin tage con dition with min or flaws-adding chara cter and charm! D rawer/cabinet pulls measure approximately 3" in length and the back screw holes a re 2.25" from center of hole to center of hole. The center rise is just under 1" in height. They are grooved in the center as well. The phillips head scre ws inclu ded are not the original ones but they fit perfectly and are 3/4" in length. Antique "Hoosier" Style Flour Sifter Cabinet
I bought this in early 70's and around 1992 had it refinished with 3-4 layers of paint taken off to reveal lovely oak. The back was replaced when refinished. In good to very good condition. Includes a glass sugar jar that was never remounted. But has no top. Bottom drawer is tin, apparently for bread storage, as is the surface. Slats move fairly easily on grove, glued to old cloth strips.On far right(looking at it) there is a knob type gadget I have been told was for mounting a meat grinder on. Vintage cabinet latches (brass? copper? From a Hoosier cabinet?)
Vintage metal cabinet latches. Three have been cleaned somewhat and they have a copper color. They appear to be copper. But I don't know if they are copper, brass, or some other metal. Note the photos. There are seven latches, but one has a broken knob. The other six work. There are only three catches for the latches. These are 1 1/2" by 2 1/4" in size. There is also a metal drawer pull included.

Antique Hoosier Kitchen Cabinet Yellow & Green Enamel Top- Refurbished & Clean
Part of my collection an Antique Hoosier Cabinet. Found in a house clean out in Pa. The Cabinet was painted, I stripped and stained Cabinet and just waxed it with bees wax. The cabinet is beautiful. The enamel top is very nice with only very minimal nips on edges and some minor wear to work top, Butter yellow top with green edges, pulls out and locks into place from underneath. The back and bottom shelf under cabinet was replaced from age wear. Sturdy construction, just needs some bin pulls as the extra holes are present and magnets to hold doors shut. There are 2 side antique tin bread drawers and 2 center drawers. Has old glass knobs. The roll top rolls smoothly and intact. A real nice cabinet, I know I will never see another this nice. The Cabinet isn't to large at 68" tall and about 40" wide. There is also a vintage cutting ... moreboard that slides out. Up for a no reserve auction and for your consideration is this amazing little antique oak cabinet. I think it may be a salesman's sample. The dimensions are 10" wide by 9-1/2" high by 6-1/2 deep. It is construct ed jus t like a full size cabinet would be. Has 4 brass pulls with great patina and one iron pull. It's in excellent condition. The top 1/4" lips of two of the drawer fronts were broken off many years ago but I think this adds to it's character. It could be used for dolls. Jewelry. Holds soooooo much stuff.4 drawers, one is 8" deep. lower cabinet area with two doors(note how deep, plenty of room for baking sheets etc. 3 upper shelves. The counter"work surface" extends out and then can be pushed back under the shelf which is wonderful. 25" deep when it is pushed in and 31 1/2" when it's pulled out. 56 1/2" High by 40 1/4" Wide. Bakelite or Lucite, Hoosier Cabinet Handles, Ivory White-( "Old" - SET of 8 )
I'm recovering from Knee Surgery. But now able to Sell& Ship these! 8- ORIGINAL"BAKELITE" or"LUCITE" HANDLES Ivory White or Antique White- Matching Set of 8(Eight) These are matching handles. The type that were on Hoosier Cabinets, and other old Kitchen Cabinets. They have the chrome metal bands in the middle. The metal bands have a few light scratches& dents, but overall in better condition than most I've seen. The Ivory colored Bakelite or Lucite is in good condition for the age. Having a few normal scratches and chips. What few chips they have are very small and on the ends, around the screw holes. They have rounded corners and edges, and are numbered on the back, along with the name Gibbs. They had a mild acidic odor when testing for Bakelite with the"Hot Water" test. This means they could ... morebe Bakelite. But when tested with cleaners& polishes, I did not get the yellow/brown color. I'm not sure, because all these tests are not always accurate! They could be Lucite, which came along later in 1937. Anyway, I'm sure they are Original& old. I cleaned and polished them with"Novus" Plastic Polish. This is a vintage Hoosier Cabinet Flour Sifter. This is an original piece and needs to be put back into a cabinet and put back to use. The item still has some of the original white paint on the wood with all the tin intact. The sifter unit has some rust but is intact and even has the original wood ball on the handle. I couldn't get the cap off for the picture and like most things on this piece needs some elbow grease and some attension but a solid piece to work from. This is the second lot of mostly Hoosier hinges and latches. I can tell you this lot is from the same bucket as the first lot. I did not seperate them. I actually just pulled stuff out and put them onto two seperate lots. There are other items in with the hoosier items. I am not sure what they went to. This is a lot from a gentleman that used to restore antique furniture. Some is all original, some is reproduction. These are used, and are as found. There could be dings, dirt, tarnish, paint etc on these items. Some maybe broke, or bent. I really don't know too much about these items. Vintage, Antique Hoosier Cabinet Hinges, Latches Lot 1
This is lot 1 of two lots of mostly Hoosier hinges. Latches, and handles. Some are Sellers some are Hoosier, some are Boone and I am sure probably some are other companies that made a form of the Hoosier Cabinet. I would say most of this is all Hoosier items, I have seen some other hinges, and I am not sure what they came from. These Hoosier hinges, actually have sold on here between 10.00 to 30.00 some for one item, some for 6 items. Great project for someone who knows Hoosiers to piece it out. Hoosier cabinet sugar scoop or Sellers cabinet sugar scoop
Hoosier or Sellers Cabinet and other used this as a sugar or spice scoop in the larger jars or tins. I have seen this style with sellers and hoosier in the sugar jars. This is still solid. shows signs of age such as nickel coating is all but gone from use and age. No bending or rust holes. Nothing that couldnt be cleaned up easy with some steel wool then clear coat it to maintain measures 4" tip to end of handle. 2-1/4" across opening.

Vintage Hoosier Cabinet Left or right Hand Latch H motif Hoosier Nickel Latch
Vintage Cabinet Part This is a used vintage" H' latch from a Hoosier cabinet these rare to find in useable condition. This is a old original piece in used condition. This one looks like it could be flush mount there is only 1/8" from lever to what would be latch. I also think these can be use either as a right hand latch or left hand. this is spring loaded so lever always come back to center which is locked postion and will do it either way you turn the h. the h also looks same in either postion. Photos show more than 1 view of the same parts. You will recieve 1 latch. Latch seems to work. May need some adjustment moves lever but maby not as far as it originly did. This will show some wear from years of use. This will also show signs of aging. No Mounting screws. This measures 2-1/4" tall. 1-1/8" wide measured across ... moreback of latch. Photos show condition fairly well. Flash makes it look a little more shiny than it is. AS many of you know that work on these cabinets the original latch is heavier and better built than the reproduction latches. Reproduction works when there is nothing else to use but a original is a lot better quailty and is still somewhat diff. in looks. It would be spectacular if re-tinned, but if you're going for the vintage or antique look, you've got that right now. This is a used vintage or antique item, and as such has old paint on it, spots of rust, and general wear. It is not in mint condition. Dimensions are approximately 10x10 for the bin assembly, and the drawer slide is about 10 1/2" x 11" The entire assembly is about 9 inches tall when the bin is slid into the drawer slide, 8.5" tall for just the bin assembly. Vntg White Hoosier Cabinet Tin Metal Flour Bin Sifter Funnel w/ Lid Description Up for your consideration is this vintage Hoosier type cabinet flour bin/ sifter with lid. This came from a recent estate. It is being sold in"found condition" It does need some work as you can see from pictures. Mostly rust. No major dings that I have noticed. The pins are missing from the sifter that connects to the bin. Also has the lid which is hard to come by sometime. Nice wooden handle on sifter. This measures approx. 11-1/4" tall from bottom to lid. It is 9-1/2" x 10" wide.

EARLY 8 OZ "HOOSIER" CABINET SPICE (GINGER) JAR SLIDE SHAKER TOP & GREAT PONTIL
This listing is for a great older 8 oz. Ginger jar- the last remnant of my grandmother's Hoosier or Seller's cupboard- purchased shortly after she and my grandfather set up housekeeping in 1905. In her 80's. She still occasionally bemoaned the loss of that handy-dandy cupboard, while my mother recalled being absolutely thrilled in 1933 when the family moved and the embarrassingly old fashioned kitchen cupboard did not: The jar stands 5 inches high and measures 2 1/2 inches in diameter; and. As you'll see in the photos. It still contains what is now near-antique(at least 80-year-old) ginger and a little red scoop that I believe is bakelite. The tin shaker top works well by sliding the button to open/close and the jar remains in fine original condition. I think the main reason I've kept the jar over the years is that I particularly ... moreliked the lozenge shaped pontil on the bottom. I can't quite fathom why I've kept the ginger- just liked the look and authenticity I guess. But if the buyer would like a clean and shining jar.
