This is a vintage late 1800's antique footed globe stand made of copper plated case iron for a Rand McNally globe. The base is aprox 6 1/2" high and 11" from foot to foot. The center hole is 1/4" diameter. The base weighs 2 lbs. 12 oz. It is different than other bases I have commonly seen from the era, and is signed on the three ovals, first with"R" then with"McN" and then a"Co" Of course the base could be used for a globe stand, lamp base, or anything else that requires a sturdy antique base.

Practical and attractive vintage modular barrister bookcase made by Globe Wernicke of Cincinnati. OH. Aged dark oak has a wonderful aged patina and, along with the glass front doors, will frame your items beautifully. Brass brackets support the sides and a molded top and bottom unit give this piece cohesion and structure. Each of the six sections in this flexible shelving can be separated and rearranged as necessary. Each shelf has one of three paper Globe Wernicke tags at the back. See pictures for examples of each. Unsure of exact age, but this piece most likely dates from the first half of the 1900's. Overall. This is a nice vintage October 1963 COLEMAN double mantle lantern. I bought it at an estate auction. Just as you see it. I didn't test it, but from the looks of it, I would say all it needs is a couple of mantles, because everyone knows how well Coleman makes its lanterns and campstoves, etc. This one is in good condition, the side silver section reads: COLEMAN- MODEL 220F. The bottom has the logo with the sun's rays, and reads: COLEMAN- THE SUNSHINE OF THE NIGHT- THE COLEMAN CO. INC. WICHITA, KANSAS U.S.A. MODEL 220F 228F- 10 63. It also has the glass globe with the Redprint that reads: PYREX MADE IN U.S.A. FOR COLEMAN. It has a couple(2) top paint chips, and a couple spots on the bottom fuel tank as well.

This is a vintage 1858 Coleman model 220E double mantle lantern with the original box. Great condition. Nice clean enamaled top with not a single chip. This has the original globe with the green rising sun logo. There are no dents or rust issues. Nice clean bottom dated 8/58. Good decal. This pumps up but leaks around the cap. Needs a new gasket. The box is in decent condition. The top flaps are well used and worn.

1967 Coleman 200a lantern. Rounded Pyrex globe Offered is a Coleman 200a lantern. This one dates to 7/67. Has everything it should, including the rounded Pyrex glass with Coleman logo. Condition is"good but no better" No dents to fount or ventilator. But you can see the many spots of missing paint on the fount. The ventilator has only two spots of wear- where the handle hits. The rest of the top is very nice. Logo on fount is split. Buyer pays actual shipping. USPS parcel select. Has very old bent wire stand with Brass top(does seem fixed to finial so maybe this is orginal. As you can see the surface has some wear- split at Equator(fairly common as 2 halves join here) Appears to have varnished finish which has worn in places- the varnish has yellowed so where it has worn is natural/ paler colour. As it is the Panama Canal Route Globe this shows(blue lines) various Shipping Routes- Liverpool to Melbourne(Aus) for example with miles.
