A fabulous antique Art Nouveau pewter and green glass vase. The wonderful pure Art Nouveau pewter decoration still has it's original 2 green stones. It's very Liberty's.esque. The slightly translucent green glass has no chips. Cracks or nibbles. It's very much as it was made but could do with a gentle clean- been used for flowers over the years. The height is approx. 19 cms and the dia. at the top is 7.5 cms. The base has a dia. of 7 cms. This is an authentic and genuine antique Art Nouveau piece. It's quite lovely and a joy to look at. EARLY 1900'S ART NOUVEAU STYLE CLOCK
This beautiful designed piece is of gilded metal with the clock at the top. It is free standing and measures 8.75 in. tall. And 6.5 in. wide at the base. The clock has two pat. dates on the cover, 1907& 1908 and made in the USA. The movement is 24 hours. The face of the clock shows mild yellowing but is in very good condition for its age. The bottom shows a young lady with flowing hair, in her evening dress with birds in her garden near by. Have had it running for a couple months. Of course you must wind it every day. Would look very nice on a desk or vanity. A collectible piece for your enjoyment.

It's Not About OUR Stars. Its About YOUR Satisfaction! For your consideration is this French figural mantel clock by LOUIS MOREAU entitled. Maradeuse” by Francois Moreau" c1890-1905– red marble garniture case: dated between 1890 and 1905. It includes the key. A beautiful bronze 15” finial of a peasant girl holding a basket of fruit. The figure is incorporated with marble node& stand. The clock has a beveled glass door. The clock face appears to be reversed painted numerals on glass. The finial has a metal name tag with the inscription: MARADEUSE" Par Francois Moreau. The maker's mark. Louis Moreau is incised on the statue at the base, L&F Moreau” in script. France is incised on the back of the statue. The metal portion is spelter with the original gilded surface still very much intact with the exception of a small ... morearea on the girl’s wrist. Photo provided. This is a large clock standing roughly 22-1/2" tall. 13" wide, 8" deep. We will safely remove the pendulum in transit. CONDITION: The figure is intact. No breaks or repairs. The marble is very clean. Bright and beautiful. No chips, cracks or repairs. The clock works and keeps good time and the chimes work. However. The minute hand needs to be switched. It chimes once at the full hour and the full chime rings at the half hour. For instance, at 4:30 it will chime 5 times then at 5:00, it will chime only once. The figure will turn and twist on the case and needs to be tightened. The legs also need to be tightened as they wobble. They are still intact and strong enough to hold the clock firmly. ENGLISH ANTIQUE ART NOUVEAU ARTS& CRAFTS CARVED OAK MAHOGaNY INLAID WOOD CLOCK ENGLISH ANTIQUE ART NOUVEAU ARTS& CRAFTS CARVED OAK MAHOGANY INLAID WOOD CLOCK An unusual clock of the Art Nouveau- Arts and Crafts period being of a beautifully carved wood depicting deep and crisply carved flowers and leaves with scroll to the base and inlaid woods of a floral design to the surrounding face of the clock. The clock is an electric clock but I don't believe this is the cases original clock. The original most likely having been of a wind up mechanism and with deeper workings. The original winding mechanism possibly being fitted into the base as there is a hole in the case here. I am not absolutely sure of the type of wood the case as I am not very good at judging different types but it may be mahogany. It is difficult to put an exact ... moredate on the clock as it appears to have some of the Art Nouveau style of decoration as well as of the Arts and crafts period so could possibly be right at the end of the Arts Nouveau period beginning of the Arts and Crafts period showing a combination of the two styles. The electric clock is wired and with plug but this absolutely would need to be checked by an electrician if required for use. The clock does work but is sometimes needs a bit of a jiggle to get it started and as the clock is set deeper than it would be in it's original case it is also a bit of a fiddle to adjust the fingers although it can be done. Other than the above mentioned the clock is in lovely condition showing just one or two minor surface marks but with no chips to the carving. Snips, cracks or damage and with the many pictures giving a good representation of condition and where it can be judged on it's own merit, so please do check these out carefully before bidding. It is a lovely ... moreArt Nouveau Design of daisies and leaves on a gracefully sculpted handle. This pattern can be used with others in its genre, with which it will blend gracefully. The terms dinner and luncheon as applied to silverware cause some confusion. They refer to different sizes of flatware, specifically knives and forks. The dinner is the larger of the two; the luncheon is about three fourths the size of the dinner. The reason for these differences could be that when water had to be pumped by hand, and wood chopped to heat the water, then dish washing only happened once a day. Thus the household needed two distinct sets of flatware. Forks only came into common use in the 1840s, and the idea of having two forks per person was one of great luxury. The 5 dinner forks offered here measure about 7 1/4. These are not pieces of new silver. They show the patina of as much as 105 years of careful use. There are the light scratches which constitute normal patina. There is no monogram. Silver is softly lustrous. There is no silver loss except for tiny heel dots. The pattern is crisp and clear. However. When compared, I feel that this one is far finer. I am not a lace expert. But the feel of this piece is very lightweight and beautiful. I think it is probably silk. The design is completely Art Nouveau. So I would date it to the 1880-90's period. The central picture to the centre back is of foxgloves. Climbing very high, and surrounded by other flowers. Just lovely! A very large shawl. Of triangular form, ... morethere are several quite large repairs to the lower back. To me, this signifies that someone in the past has really tried to preserve it. The repairs are done by the application of black net ground to the damaged areas. They do not appear particularly fine repairs and it may be possible to improve them. Despite this. I consider that this is a lovely piece of lace, something I rarely say about black lace[which often appears the same to me, despite the many different types] Apart from the repairs, I have found a single small hole, but may have missed something as this is so big. Just out of a local house is this fine Art Nouveau figural art pottery or porcelain bowl. Vase, or centerpiece with three partially nude maidens. It has a bisque like surface on the upper area and a crystaline glazed vase. The bowl measures about 8 1/4 inches at its widest and stands about 6 3/4 inches high. It is in excellent original condition with only two very slight tight hairlines under two arms. This must have been done in the making when it was fired. We do not consider this damage as it was done in the production of the piece. It is well marked with the Wiener Kunstkeramikfabrik Forster& Co. mark and artist signed on its side. The Forster art pottery company was established in 1899 in Vienna and was taken over by the Wiener Kunstkeramische Werkstatte in 1908. The Forster mark was used from 1899 to 1908. ANTIQUE ENGLISH ART NOUVEAU BLUE & WHITE PORCELAIN TOOTHBRUSH & SOAP HOLDER
This beautiful set has that turn-of-the-century Art Nouveau flair. The mark on the bottom is"K. Co. B. Late Mayers" Which was used by Keeling& Co. from 1886 to 1908. In 1909 the initials"LTD" was added, which this piece doesn't have. It is also not marked"England" usually used from 1891 on. Which leaves us with the production date some time between 1886 and 1890. The toothbrush holder measures 5 1/2" 14 cm) in height and 4 1/2" 11.4 cm) in diameter at its widest point. The soap holder(which could be used for anything) measures 4" 10.2 cm) in height and 5 1/2" 14 cm) in diameter. Both pieces have a dark Navy blue under the glaze transfer. Both are embossed with swirled ridges on the lower parts, and both have"fleur-de-lis" embossing too, the toothbrush holder at rim and the ... moresoap on its knob and top. There is a little gold trim on the rim of the toothbrush holder and on the rim of the top of the silver holder and on the rim of soap holder lid. The gold trim is worn with age. Elegant Antique American Art Nouveau C A C Lenox Belleek Porcelain Mug/ Tankard. The mug has a glossy brown and gilt ground with a naturalistic Art Nouveau design featuring hand paint ed swirling vines. Leaves and flowers(poppies) in colors of pink and red. The interior is white. The base is marked for"Ceramic Art Co. Trenton, NJ. U.S.A. 1894- 1906. Lenox, Inc. The mark is faint. SIZE: 5 1/2 inches high x 5 inches wide from side to edge of handle. CONDITION: The mug has slight wear. The top rim has a couple very tiny flakes that are covered with gilt. The bottom of the base rim has a few specks of glaze loss. And t he handle has a few specks of glaze loss. The interior bottom has a light gray ring on the outer edge- can probably be removed/ cleaned. The mug is in very nice condition. Art Nouveau clock from an unknown maker. The back of the clock shows patent dates from the early 1890's. I was able to get the clock running but it needs a couple of screws to better secure the movement. Nice figural spelter pot metal body with gold gilt. The clock face is porcelain. The clock is 12 3/4 inches tall. The base measures 5 x 5 inches. There was a hole in the clock base that was patched. See pic 5. In no way does it detract from the clock. See my other listed clocks

Very intricately done.it has a little chip on the underside of the top leaf.can not be seen unless you turn the piece upside down.I don't see any other damage. It is marked on the bottom with numbers and letters.Amphora with a C above it. An incised#0581, also ink 55 and what looks like the#7 and roman numeral V.see pics. It has leaves and stems with two pieces of fruit hanging down. Here is an Exquisite Pair of Antique German Porcelain pieces. One of which is an ERPHILA FAYENCE GERMANY Dancing Nude Maiden with Scarf Flower Frog well marked on the underside and with the number 10218 incised under the glaze( hard to see) The other is a Cherub/Baby Flower Frog with the baby figure parading with what appears to be a Chain of Flowers. On the underside, this piece clearly has the last printed orange letters of"Germany" but unfortunately some paint covers the rest of the makers mark. The Cherub/Baby piece is Very Near MINT Condition with only slight underglaze crazing being the only defect of note. As you can see from my close up high definition photos, the Dancing Maiden has a chip on her scarf, a few small and very light areas of discoloration, and some light chips on the edges of the flower frog holes.all defects ... moreare shown clearly in my photos. Amphora Turn-Teplitz RStK Bohemia Art Nouveau Ewer w/Luster Glaze - NO RESERVE
DESCRIPTION: Amphora vase with large relief leaves and gold painted twisted vine handle against a blue body covered in a luster glaze. This piece was purchased from a dealer who described the piece as being in very good condition but indicated that it had been repaired. The dealer did not elaborate on the extent of the repairs. For your convenience. I have included two photos with notes indicating where the repair is still obvious. While the piece has a truly lovely aesthetic, if perfection is a must, this vase will require professional restoration. This vase is marked on the base with the red RStK stamp. An impressed Amphora in oval mark, and impressed with a three digit number(used to indicate the model number) below which is a two digit number(used to indicate the modeler) The numbers appear to read 135 or 195(model number) and 16(modeler) ... moreWhile this vase bears a striking resemblance to what Richard Scott's House of Amphora refers to as"Vase with Calla Lilly" pg 131 of House of Amphora show in photo#12) I suspect the discrepancy between model and modeler number suggests it is possible that this may be an earlier variant on Vase with Calla Lilly. Selling 10 silver plate punch cups of unknown origi n. There is a crown stamped on the under side of the cups. The cups measure 3 3/4 tall by 3 1/4 across. The cup s are kinda an art nouveau style. Beautiful set in pristine condition. No cracks or chips. Little to no wear on the gold. The internet research I did on this has the underside symbol dating in use from 1912-1918. W.A. Pickard imported fine"Nippon" porcelain from Japan and it was handpainted by artists in the U.S. The cream pitcher stands apx. 2 3/4" high and the sugar bowl stands apx. 3 3/4" high to the lid finale. This belonged to my 95 year old Aunt who also had her mother's items. Proceeds from her things will help women with ovarian cancer. Thank you.

Art Nouveau Candy Dish Vintage Germany O ffered for auction: A gorgeous hand-decorated candy dish or serving bowl. Decorated with colorful morning glories and gold trim. I have not been able to pin down a manufacturer; the only mark is for Germany 45. I suspect this piece dates to the 1920s or 1930s, based on the style, design, and mark. This small bowl or dish is finely decorated with a colorful decal design of morning glories(pink and blue) on a bright green background(not as sharp as the flash camera makes it appear) The rim is glzed in a rust to golden brown color. With embossed gold trim and rim. This gorgeous piece is in good condition. There is some wear to the darker areas of the glaze and around the embossed handle. There are no chips or cracks. Art Pottery Multi Face Art Nouveau Woman Head Vase
Measures 6.5" high x approximately 6 1/4" wide. Of ceramic pottery with a smooth matt finish in a dusty sage green. It has 4 faces, is unmarked, was purchased at a flea market about 12 years ago and is not especially old. There are a number of places where the puffy flowers have a pop hole and these are original to the piece. But there is one flower petal that has a little irregular shaped indentation, about the size of two pin heads, but the glaze is intact so that might have been original to the piece also. She is a lovely lady indeed! I will give the winning bidder instructions on how to keep this vase clean in the future as it tends to accumulate dust and finger marks over time. Condition: There are some inclusions in the glass which is quite normal for glass of this age. One of the petal tips is missing(see photo) and there are some nibbles close to the stem end. Beautiful Gold Gilt Bohemian Czech Art Nouveau Jugendstil Art Glass Vase
This beautiful Iridescent Green Art Nouveau/ Jugendstil Vase measures about 10.75" tall and about 4" in diameter. The bottom of the vase is pontilled and the top edge has a nice organic style crimping to finish it. The vase is lightly iridized The foot does have wear to the base as most old glass pieces should.The Gold raised enamel decorations are slightly geometricized referencing the design aesthetic of the Jugendstil movement of the 1890's. It is a beautifully designed piece that hearkens to a powerful time in design history. This vase dates to around 1890-1910.

Up for auction is an Art Nouveau tile which was made by Corn Brothers. The tile surface has been divided into quarters. Two of the squares are decorated in a plain glaze in a rich green colour. The other two squares have a cream background and are decorated with a yellow flower and buds with green foliage. The tile has a rich& glossy majolica glaze to the surface. Its in very good overall condition there is light crazing under the glaze and there is age related wear on the bottom of the charger, just some loss of glaze and roughness where the glaze has been lost. This is a stunning art nouveau majoica charger depicting a maiden surrounded by poppies, the colors are vibrant almost neon like. The diameter is 13 1/4 inches.It is pierced for hanging on a wall. Chocholka spent much of his time in the Schoenbrunn Zoo in Vienna to observe animals. Sketch and photograph. This arose him for so lifelike animal figurines. Figurine on this auction marked with‘Made in Austria’ on one of her paws. According to my books this is production of c. 1950s. Other marking is incised number 3. There is also Gold E&R paper sticker attached to her side. This is known distributor of European porcelain and ceramics in US. It is known about‘Wien Keramos’ that they often marked their figurines with original artist signs. We do not see it on this piece. Figurine measures about 10 ¼” x 3 ¼” and stands 4 ¼” tall. Condition is immaculate with no cracks or chips found. Colors are bright and vibrant. There is little crazing typical for such old items.
