An Art Nouveau silver hand mirror in need of repair
An original Art Nouveau dressing table hand mirror. 28 x 15 cms. weight 474 grms. I think it is silver but I cannot find a hallmark on it so I have to say silver coloured metal although it is does not seem to be plated This is in terrible condition the mirror itself is OK but the back is dented and split. It has been in a cupboard since the 1970s while I thought of something to do with it but nothing has come to mind. So maybe someone out there has an idea.

PAIR OF ART NOUVEAU TALL GLASS VASES GOLD TRIM AQUA AND BLACK
Up for bidding is a pair of tall Art Nouveau glass vases. They are aqua colored with a small gold design throughout and gold trim at the top and on the base. The pattern is in gold with gold wreathes decorated with a gold bow and a gold tassel. There is a black band circling the vase on either side of the wreath with white raised dots. They each measure 12 7/8 inches tall. 4 5/16 inches in diameter at the top, and 4 9/16 inches in diameter at the base. The paint is worn on both vases but is commensurate with their age. One vase is in good condition with no chips or cracks, but the other has a chip at the top, a few small chips on the underneath side of the base, 2 scratches on the interior which look like cracks but don't feel that way, and a small manufacturing flaw on the base. There are two small dents in the base and a larger one in the side. Please see our photos below. The following five photos are of the two dents in the base or lowest part of the vase's side. The following three photos are all of the same dent in the side of the vase. Below is the photo of the small dent in the rim. This lovely Heintz Art Metal vase has the cylindrical form with rolled top or flange. It has a rather intricate Art Nouveau floral. Possibly iris, design that reminds us of some of the Tiffany windows. Otto Heintz patented his technique for applying sterling silver to his bronze pieces without any solder which is the 1912 patent date seen on much of his work. This vase measures a little more than 8 inches tall and it has a lovely mottled patina that will only get better with time. Consistent with Heintz numbering system, this vase has the production number 3591. Numbers between 3500 and 3800 were reserved for vases and single-weight bowls. The tray is 11.25" x 14.75" Marked on the back and made from Melamine or Melmac. Antique Art Nouveau Huge Bronze Crystal 44" tall Table Lamp Angel Cherub Vintage
Beautiful and incredibly unique Art Nouveau antique lamp. 44" tall x 15" diameter(at widest point) 5 tiers of hanging drop crystals shimmer with golden yellows or with blues. Greens, purples, depending on the angle the light is hitting them. 108 tear drop crystals + 108 small connector crystals + 36 medallion crystals, for a total of 252 crystals. 5 of the original crystals are missing, but I have 5 replacement crystals on order. The base. The stem, the rings, etc have a bronze finish. I believe it's a heavy plating, as I pulled off a piece near the top of the stem and it looks like bronze over copper(see last pic) There may be other metals, but the bronze finish looks great and has a nice patina. The base and all the way up the stem(and the crystal embedded rings) are magnificently ornate. The curved steel wire type crystal ... moreholders(top two tiers) have some oxidation, but should clean up with a little steel wool. Measures 5 1/4" long. Marked with a W in a circle, Webster? and Sterling on one edge. Pattern features Lily of the Valley in high relief on both sides of handle, flower buds in white enamel and some smattering of green enamel on the leaves and stems. Some enamel wear. There is a nick on the tip of the blade, may have been made that way, not sure. These were made for scraping away mistakes made when writing with ink using a quill or dip pen. I believe they were also used to sharpen pencils and scraping away sealing wax from envelopes. I would say this dates to the late 1800s to early 1900s. Condition: it has chip on the bottom and on the end of stopper. No cracks or repairs, need good polish and some cleaning inside. Beautiful addition to any collection. Marked by the ostrich and two inscriptions"WMF" and"G" Geislingen an der Steige) in a rhombus. Placed in a beehive with smooth round arch. Note the simplified shape of the"F" letter. The beehive size is 2.1 x 2.3 mm. The size of the arch is 2.1 x 0.9 mm. Sometimes, the smaller version of this mark is applied, with the beehive size down to 1.2 x 1.3 mm and the arch size down to 1.2 x 0.5 mm. Art Nouveau vase made by Kayser and dating to about 1910. Nicely detailed with celtic roses and leaves around the base and roses on the handles. The vase measures 7 3/4" from handle to handle and 11" high. Very good condition with no cracks or breaks. Polishing brass is a personal preference so I will leave the decision to the new owner.

Height: 14/ 5 ½” cms This silver plated pewter WMF vase is decorated with an Art Nouveau. Jugendstil design of sinuous stems with stylised flowers around the top. The vase has two handles, and stands on four feet. Marked on one foot. WMF EP OX’ Offered in excellent condition with little wear to the original silver plate. No dents, breaks, or repairs. Very minor, age-related surface wear, mentioned only for accuracy. No liner. There is a little glue like substance in a band around the interior of the vase. Which may have been to secure a liner. This is not a repair! Made at the turn of the last century.
