Antique double basin ceramic sink | architectural salvage | decorative legs
This is a great antique double basin ceramic sink that came out of a home in CT. It has some crazing. But is in great overall shape. There are two small chips on the upper back right hand side(pointed out in one of the pictures with arrows) and chipping on the very bottom of one of the legs, but other than that any blemishes(dripped paint, some rust staining- should be taken care of with some elbow grease) The sink measures approx. 22 1/2" deep(at the top) 40" wide, and 36" high(including legs) Pickup in Brooklyn- this is on the parlor floor apt, so you'll need a hand truck a couple strong guys to load this into a vehicle.

Antique Cast Iron Arch Top HEAT REGISTER Grate - Architectural Salvage
You are invited to bid on an antique cast iron arch top heat register grate/vent. MEASUREMENTS: Outside measurements: 12" x 16" Inside measurements for actual opening: 10" x 14" This is a very nice old grate with a fancy design. There are stylized flowers along the outside edge. There is an overall pattern of flowers. Leaves and ferns, and other scrollwork. The center design is raised. This heat register grate is in very good overall"as-found" condition. There is a hairline crack on the edge at the top(see bottom photo) It does not compromise the integrity of the grate and can be covered over with paint. It has chippy white paint on it. We cleaned it off and removed the dust bunnies. We sprayed the moving parts with WD-40 so that the lever works properly, and the fins open and close easily. This set appears to be a single Corinthian column cap salvage piece that has been cut in half and meticulously stripped& refinished with a wax coat. Both halves exhibit exceptional hand carved classical details in an unknown beautifully grained& heavy solid wood. The backsides of each have had 2 notched hanging brackets added allowing these very stylish pieces to be displayed on the wall as corbel sconces. Exact age is unknown. DIMENSIONS… Both are approximately 13 1/4” tall. The caps are 12 3/4” at there widest points and they are 6 1/4” at their deepest& just shy of 5 1/4” at their narrowest. Hand-carved Stone Column - Architectural Salvage Column
This piece has been hand-carved out of a single piece of stone resembling an ancient column found in Greek or Roman temples. The work dates back to the 19 90's. But the stone can be hundreds of years old. All the carving was done with attention to detail. Making this a small piece of architectural art. This will look amazing in doors or in an outdoor setting. Dimensions are 17.75" high x 5.25" wide at the base x 3.75" in diameter. In excellent condition. Description This is a newel post that was salvaged from a Philadelphia Victorian Home. It is made of oak and was painted and stripped. The original finial is intact. The top has 2 carved panels on each of three sides. All are different. The shaft is fluted with beveled corners. It measures 57.25 inches tall and 57.25 inches square at the base and 6 at the shaft. Overall it is in good condition. There are misc. scratches and dings as it is antique. It could use a good cleaning. There are a few chips and nicks. One of the base pieces may be a replacement. They still retain the wooden leaf supports. There is also a manufacturer's label which I can't quite make out. They are both in good condition with a few very small nips to the porcelain. Nothing that distracts from either leaf, and wear reflective of age and use. Add brackets to make great shelves for the kitchen or even the bathroom! Up for your consideration is a beautiful architectural piece that was saved from a building that was being renovated in Boston's Historic( Fort Point) area. This is a rain catcher that the rain water flows into off the gutters. Beautiful aged patina. Nice lines and colors. measures 17" tall over all and 11' wide at its widest point which is on the top. The pipe on the bottom is 6 3/4" long with a 3" opening. Weighs about 2 1/2 pounds. As you can see from the pictures the back is missing or the front was salvaged. The piece is dented in places and has a few small holes on it.The seams are still tight. Beautiful older piece coming off of a older building. Description This is a nice pediment that was salvaged from a Philadelphia Victorian Home. It was originally a part to a built in closet. It is made of oak and is painted. It has great Eastlake Spoon Carvings. Ornate brackets, corbels and moldings. The label in the back says Made by Kammerer on Germantown Ave. Philadelphia. PA June 1893. It measures 46.25 inches wide and 17.25 inches tall and is 3.5 inches thick. Overall it is in good condition. There are misc. scratches and dings as it is antique. It could use a good cleaning.
