The lady I bought them form said they were 60 years old plus. She had them for that long. Tey are different in the aspect that the bottom shelf is at different levels. One of them. Pair 1960's Vtg MCM Mersman Floating Step Side Lounge Sofa Table Danish Retro
This is a very beautiful pair of matching Mersman suspended step tables in excellent condition. The lower rear section is suspended entirely from the top section by solid birch wood supports. Which is unusual and makes for a nice floating design element. They are large measuring 24" tall, 19 1/2" wide and 32" long. So they would be right at home with a wide couch or lounge chair. They are in excellent condition with no chips in the laminated top. The brass tipped legs have some wear to the black finish which has been touched up in places. They will be dissembled for shipping, just 8 screws per table to reassemble. Thank you!

This is a great mid century long bench or coffee table. The sides and the legs are ebonized and the top is solid rosewood. We have seen this attributed to Milo Baughman. But this is unmarked. It measures approximately 54" long x 16" wide x 14 1/2" tall. This is vintage and has been used, it needs some TLC. But none so magnificent as this custom made cerused oak expansion dining table. So, first thing first: this table expands from a diameter of 60" to 84" and it expands along the perimiter. There is no center line, no center divide. It expands with the addition of semi-circular panels that connect to the perimeter by extension rods. The masterful craftsmanship and genius of the design is such that these expansion panels appear"seamless" when joined. All the points of connection appear as a design feature rather than the functional element that they are. Observe the final pictures to see this manner of assembly. This is a stunning signed Drexel genuine Plaudit Line mahogany or light walnut veneer table with rare adjustable lift base. The base has a metal hydraulic dampened mechanism that allows it to be gently raised and lowered and locked into place. It measures 43" in diameter and adjusts from 19" to 31" allowing it to be used as a coffee table. Dining table or game table. The condition is good with scuffs and small chips around the edge of the veneered top and base. There is one large defect in the edge that looks like it might have been patched. The piece was made around the middle of the previous century. It has a simple pine frame, with a lovely mint-green, porcelain-enameled, tin top. We found the table in good condition. But dirty. Since then, we've cleaned it without sacrificing any of it's character marks. There are chips. Nicks, and scratches in the wood, and the top also has scratches and nicks. The original mint green color has faded from the edges towards the center, which gives a nice, natural gradient effect. One of the legs is a bit loose. And it should be reinforced if you're planning on using the table to bear significant weight.
