Up for auction is this stunning vintage Rosary. This Rosary has hand cut crystal beads and fabulous sterling silver details. The cross and cyrstals are quite large. It is signed sterling twice and the cross also has another mark that I can not make out. It is 27 in long and the cross is 2 1/4 inches long X 1 1/2 inches wide. The cut crystals are 3/8 of an inch wide. The cross has amazing details and the crystals shimmer. This is quite a lovely vintage piece with a quality feel in it's size and weight. VINTAGE LOT AB Crystal Rosary Sterling Silver over 10 g 59 beads Oblong & Round
Up for your considertation is the se beautiful vintage crystal rosaries. The one rosary has 59 oblong faceted aurora borealis crystals. The crucifix is sterling silver and is hallmarked sterling and it weighs 10.2 grams. The medal with Mary on it looks to be pewter or silver plated. This rosary measures approx. 22 1/2" long including the crucifix. The only problems I see is it needs a jump loop to secure the crucifix back on. Two of the beads have oxidation on the metal inside the beads, and there are a few beads with small chips or nicks in them. The one rosary is missing it's crucifix and missing 8 beads out of 59. The medal with Mary looks to be pewter or silver plated. The crystals are aurora borealis but look really worn like someone prayed with this rosary a lot and have a few nicks here and there. This rosary measures approx. ... more14" long. The last rosary. Has the more ornate crucifix. Both the medal and crucifix is marked Chapel and Sterling. Has 59 aurora borealis crystal beads. The only problem I saw was one of the beads in between the crucifix and medal are a big chip in it. This rosary measures approx. 21 1/2" long including the crucifix. All the beads that have damage could easily be replaced to make the rosaries in perfect condition.

I have a Sterling Silver rosary with clear glass beads and silver caps measuring 25" yes 25" with the crucifix measure 2 1/4" itself. There are cone shaped and round shaped crystal beads with none missing. Round beads measure 9 mm. While the cone beads measure approximately 6-7 mm. I say approximately because the silver cap covers the top of the cone bead. Very ornate crucifix, marked Hill Mark and Sterling on back. Vintage 2 Sterling Silver Moonstone Black Purple Bead Copper Rosary 5 Piece Lot
Much more beautiful than in my pictures. This lot of five has/needs some type of repair. Two of the crosses are sterling silver and I believe antique that are great just by themselves. The black Nun Priest Rosary is fine except one arm of Christ is broken(30" long. 2-1/4 x 1-1/4" cross with 1/2 x 3/8" Beads, 1.9oz and marked Italy) One bead has some black missing like chips. The Moonstone one has had some wire repair before it reached me(20" long, 1-1/2 x 7/8" C&M Sterling Cross engraved Dec 1925 with 1/4" Beads and 19grs. The same is true with the 2 purple glass/stone ones(1 is 14" long with silver cross 1-3/4 x 3/4" 20 grs and just needs wire attached between beads. Other is 17-1/4" long 1-1/8 x 5/8" 15 grs and may have just had chain attached) The small copper one, 5-3/4" long, ... more3/4 x 1/2" cross and 5grms, needs a new pin back but all else if fine. All are in as is as found very good condition except for the flaws indicated. Could be cleaned/polished to look even better if wanted. Weighs approximately 3.9 oz with a shipping weight of 9 oz packed very safely. Please see all pictures to appreciate and evaluate this vintage Catholic Christian Rosary Lot. Very nice sterling silver rosary. I have made no attempt to clean or polish it. I ship only in the U.S. Flat $3.00 shipping. PayPal only. Please. I ship within 2 days of payment barring any crazy weather. When possible I combine items to save on shipping. 5% Sales tax in VA. A couple of other notes if you'd like to read them: Our home is smoke free and pet free. That said. It doesn't mean that the items I sell have never had a passing relationship with some sort of odor.
