Or it will cause the leaves to turn green. Using a slow release fertilizer 2 to 3 times a year is optimum. Foliar feed may occur more frequent at ½ recommended strength 6 to 12 times a year. The best way to find a good location for your plant is to acclimate in cooler periods and adapt it to this area as the season changes or be observant wherever you set the plant outdoors& watch for any changes. If color starts to fade you may want to move it into more light. Also remember that if you feed the plant more frequently this may also cause the leaves to be more green than colorful. Beautiful Antique Art Nouveau Victorian Pitcher Great Floral Design
This auction is for a Striking Pitcher designed with an Art Nouveau floral pattern. This piece Displays Wonderfully. It is not marked so I am not certain of the maker. Origin or exact age of the piece. But it was discovered at a recent estate sale of an avid collector of Haynes Pottery and other wares manufactured in Baltimore. Maryland in the late 1800s and early 1900s. Given the form and style, I believe it was made by Haynes Chesapeake Pottery in that era. It is beautifully made and designed. The upper portion is a high glaze and the lower section is a matte. Soft yellow finish with an art nouveau floral pattern in brown, purple and gold. The piece is in good condition. Especially for its age. There are no chips or cracks. The designs and coloring are clear. There is some age appropriate loss of the gold accent lines and crazing. As is ... moreexpected from pieces of this vintage. It only adds to the character of the set. There are minor scuff marks on the body that might come out with a good cleaning. Antique Transfer print ironstone pitcher, White Lilies, Beautiful USA piece
This is an ironstone china pitcher that I purchased from an estate. It is very heavy vitreous china. No cracks chips or crazing. A few rub marks on the transfer print. It is White lilies with green leaves and a touch of pink in behind the design. Very pretty. There is orange luster fired on and it bubbled a little on the handle but doesn't hurt the overall look. I am a china painter and I work in lusters and overglaze colors) It is 6' H X 7 1/2" spout to handle. This piece is a very nice old example that was made in the USA. The back has a circle with National China Co and an eagle in the center sitting on a stack of books. Part of the design is worn off but I can make out Western Gem and the initials ELD only because I saw it on the back of another ebay item. Antique Warwick Water Pitcher This pretty old Water Pitcher measures 5 3/4" high and 5" across. It is in excellent condition. No chips, cracks or fleabites. There is a bit of wear to the gold trim and 2 small flaws on the handle from the manufacturing process, as both are under the glaze. The color goes from a deep rich green to a light teal, there is gold trim and highlights, with a pastel flower pattern towards the top. It is marked Warwick China in black. Beautiful Pitcher. Has a few very small nicks on handle. Barely noticeable. It was made in Japan but I don't know the maker. Blue and white and is 8" tall. I cant find another one on google. I purchased this from England through Jackies Flow Blue shoppe several years ago which is why I know the maker and name of pitcher. The logo on the bottom is so run together. I can not make it out myself. This pitcher is in unbelievable condition for its age. It has no cracks. Chips or crazing or repairs that can be seen. The only thing I could see is tiny brown marks on the bottom of pitcher and scratches from over the years. The pitcher is one of the prettiest I have ever seen. It was made around the turn of the 20th century by The Cook Pottery Company. Trenton, NJ. White embossed Porcelain with Blue and with plenty of gilt enamel highlighting throughout~! Beautiful Antique Wedgwood Jasperware Milk/Cream Pitcher/Jug Cobalt Presented is a beautiful shapely Wedgwood Jasperware pitcher or jug in cobalt blue with classic white applied decorative work. The jug has lovely curves to it. It is decorated with female figures. A cupid-like statue, an altar of incense, and two trees. The top of the pitcher has nice floral swags. A laurel garland is beneath the spout. Please scroll down to see our photographs. The base of the pitcher is marked for Wedgwood and Made in England which would indicate this as having been made in 1911 or later. Beneath both plinths. On the blue area, there appear two tiny smudges. Under a magnifying glass, these appear to be light smudges of gold colored paint. These do not detract from the beauty of the piece. Johnson Bros. England made this beautiful white and black pitcher. It is stamped with an uncommon black Johnson Bros. mark. I believe this pitcher dates to sometime around the late 1800's or early 1900's. The pattern is Flora and it exhibits an unusual style and shape. It has a beautiful transfer of gorgeous lily type flowers. The pitcher is approximately 7" tall and 3" diameter at the top opening. The base is approximately 3" diameter. It is in wonderful condition. With no chips, cracks or crazing. There is some slight staining as a normal sign of it's age. This is a lovely and unique early piece by Johnson Brothers England.

Antique Pink Lustre Handpainted Victorian Style Pitcher/Creamer This is an Elegant Germany made Royal Crown made Pink Lustre Pitcher/Creamer. It has a Lovely Victorian Style Portrait that is Handpainted inside of a Heart Type Shape that is Gold Trimmed. And is Beautiful molded! And has lots of other Gold Trimming. View photos) It is 5 1/2" Tall x 4 3/4" from the Handle-to-Spout. And is made of Porcelain. Please view the photos I have provided to see how Lovely the Handle is! And for the condition of the item. It is in Good Condition. No chips/cracks. It does have some of the Gold Trimming that is worn due to it's age. But. Not bad. BEAUTIFUL SYRUP PITCHER/JUG WITH PEWTER LID I am offering for your consideration this lovely circa 1860 syrup pitcher with pewter lid. It measures approximately 6 1/4" to the top of the handle and 6 3/4" to the top of the pour spout. Absolutely lovely pattern on this mid-19th century English syrup pitcher. please see pictures for exact pattern. The body is a very pale light blue and attributed to James Dudson. There is no mark or signature but my research on Dudson says. Early pre-1860 ware does not appear to have been marked. There are no chips, no cracks, no crazing just a couple of discoloration spots on the body of the pitcher. Beautiful tankard pitcher is in great condition and stands approx 12 5/8" tall x 7 3/8" wide to handle edge. Tankard pitcher is artist signed but there is no mark under base to identify it's origin. There is some gold wear around the rim and crazing under base. But the colors are fabulous. Nice two tone pitcher has beautiful color, please see all 12 photo's for detail. BEAUTIFUL LARGE ANTIQUE PITCHER AND WASH BASIN VERY UNIQUE AND COLLECTABLE
Very beautiful and unique antique pitcher and basin. This pitcher and basin set is unique because the basin is oval shaped unlike the round basins that you will almost always see. The set is quite large. The pitcher is 10" X 8" and the basin is 13' x 10" x 4" The set is a brilliant light and dark blue flowered pattern on a white background. I have been told this set is considered transferware made in the Strafforshire area of England, although it doesn't appear that the flow blue technique was used. Pitcher and bowl sets were an essential part of every home all through the 19th century until we started getting indoor plumbing. Most bedrooms in most homes would have a pitcher and bowl set so people could wash up. It would sit on a nightstand or on a washstand and they used it every day. Because of the beauty and ... morequality of this set it was probably used in an very affluent home. With the advent of indoor bathrooms and indoor plumbing these sets have become very sought after decorative pieces. There is a mark on the back of the pieces that is hard to read. But it appears to be the English Royal Crest. It may or may not indicate a Royal Warrant. These beautiful pieces are in like new condition. No cracks or chips, just in beautiful condition.
