This is obviously from many years ago but is still a very serviceable tool. I can't find any marking as to the manufacturer but am sure due to the quality it was made in the U.S.A. This is for the garden tool you see in the first picture. Quite old. But not sure just how old. I have never seen anything like this one, that's for sure! I don't see words anywhere. VERY UNUSUAL. You see the spring on the handle. No idea what it is there for. I cannot figure out what it does. But it makes this piece look pretty cool, that I can tell you. The spring is 6" long.
