Complete Victorian porch set. This set includes 7 columns 114"tall with a 6" X 6" base. One of the bases looks to have been repaired sometime in the past it has been pieced together. A few of the bases are a little soft on the ends. There are 9 main corbels one for each column and 2 for the center columns. There are 28 More corbels that go with this set their are 2 for each column the larger of them go up against the column and the smaller are for the ends of these. The have there original chippy white paint. Some of the small detail pieces are missing. Overall this set id in good Salvaged condition. Up for your viewing and bidding pleasure are 6 Vintage Wood columns/pillars. These once belonged to my grandfather that he hand turned himself for his dream home he was building in the early 1960s. They are made in 2 sections at the family lumber yard and will need squaring up on both ends because the person that bought the home did not want the posts and in removing them butchered the ends a bit. Antique Vintage Solid Poplar Wood Doric Columns Exterior Weathered Pair 90"

Freight would be extremely costly but if you would like an estimate I'll just need your zip code. Here is a pair of big old solid poplar columns(not hollow) They are w eathered but in decent conditi on overall. The bottoms were hand cut so they may need planing. Though they do stand easily on their own. These columns are big and heavy, probably about 200 pounds each. They have a very slight taper, about 1" in diameter over 90" of length. These were turned from one tree trunk each, they are not laminated layers. There are c racks and checks on them. And the edge of one of the tops is missing(see pics) Some of the tips of t he radius details have broke ... moreoff. It looks like these were small pieces that were added to complete the curve(see pics) that have since fallen off. There is a little bit of paint on them but not much. These would make a great starting poi nt for a substantial pergola or archway. Or with a bit of repair these could be used on a porch once again. Pair Primitive Painted Wood Architectural Columns White & Gold Decoration
Pair of Painted Wood Architectural Columns Old estate find. These are two short columns that were taken from a house and re-purposed as decorative wood pieces- would work great as candle holders by attaching a small metal disc to the top to hold a pillar candle. Nicely Painted with gold decorative detail. Both has a flat rough unpainted piece on the back where they were attached. And one has a large crack down the back(see picture) does not show on the front and does not affect structure. Though of different color tones: looks like one was stripped and refinished to a lighter color, the other was left in original stain, a deep mahogany color.
