this is a gorgeous colored catholic vestment. Deep salmon color with red ribbon and gold embroidery. There are two small flaws +please see photos+ the first is 2 small holes on top piece of fabric.But hardly noticeable because lining piece is intact. The second is some smudge marks on lower back near hem(I think these can be washed out but I didn't want to mess with it) garment measures 43" inches from back if neck to lower hem and is made from a rayon/ poly material with a sheen. Vintage Dish Paten For Eucharist - Catholic, Communion
A very nice vintage dish Paten used to hold the host/bread for Holy Communion. It is either brass or gold plating over brass(I am not an expert in metals) It is just under 6.25 inches in diameter. 1.25 inches high with a shallow dropped bottom which acts as a footing. There are no markings on the paten. It has some light scratches which are only noticable on close inspection. It is a beautiful paten and has many years of service remaining. It measures about 26 3/4" x 19 1/2" On the back it has the reference number with the sticker Made in France as well as the original price tag for detailed items as well as for a complete set. Except for a light stain on the right hand top corner and light stain on the back from rubbing on counter. It is in very good used condition. This is a very beautiful and rare salesman sampler. Vintage Custom Made Redwork Chasuble Vestment with Stole "In Memory Of" Catholic
This item is from a local church that closed down. It has been recently dry cleaned and is ready for immediate use! Please see my other listings for more items from this closure. This Chasuble with matching stole is white with a beautiful redwork type accent. I have shown both the front and the back. As you can see. The redwork is on both sides. The only tag on this garment reads"In Memory Of" What a wonderful way to remember a loved one during church services! The chasuble measures 40 inches along the entire length of the redwork from neck to hem. The accent is 4 1/4 inches wide. It is in very good vintage condition. The only issue I noticed is a tiny black spot about the size of the tip of a ball point pen. The matching stole measures approximately 98 inches in total length. It measures 4 inches wide. The stole is also in very ... moregood condition. I see no issues with the stole. I see no other signs of holes. Rips, stains, etc. on either item. Additional photos available upon request.

This came from one of the OMI mission's in the N.W.T. of Canada. It is a vintage piece. Likely dating from the mid-1900s. My dad collected this from his best friend who was an Oblate Missionary in the N.W.T. This is in really good condition and has seen light wear. There doesn't appear to be any stains. But, there are some loose seams- under one arm and around the neckline. This is an easy job for any seamstress.here are minor stains, no rips or tears. The gold thread is exquisite. This is a stunning piece and would be a great addition to any religious artifact collection. 16" vintage brass Catholic Church altar vase - B.V.M Sodality 1929-1979 engraved

This vase stands 16" tall and weighs 7 pounds. I've seen this vase before but this one is unusual in that its base is engraved 1929 B.V.M. Sodality 1979. The Sodality of the Blessed Virgin Mary is a Roman Catholic Marian society founded in 1563. There are many Sodalities of our Lady groups around the world and this vase is obviously commemorating the 50-year anniversary of a particular group. I have not attempted to clean or polish it at all. It is as found. There is some waxy residue. I believe these vases were used for altar candles. Hallmarked JS with a left facing arrow, but I failed to identify the hallmark. Very good condition. Containers measure 3 1/2 inches high x 1 3/8 inches diameter, 4 1/2 inches high including pump.
