This is a stunning antique 19th century Victorian silver plated bronze religious figural plaque. it is made with an abundance of intricate detailing and has acquired a lovely patina from age. the center medallion is made from a silver plate medallion and done in high relief. it is a nice depiction of Mary and baby Jesus with two other figures at their feet. the pedestal they stand on reads Ave Maria. the medallion is set in a very ornate bronze trim. it measures 4 inches by 3 3/4 inches. it is overall in nice condition just has some ware to the edges.
