The pitcher is approximately 7" wide from spout to handle. The pitcher is shades of brown with a very pretty floral design(see picture#4) At the bottom of the pitcher it is marked"Warwick 10GA" with a"Knight. Two Swords and a Scroll" see picture#1& 2) It also has" A. 27" written in red(see picture#1& 2) The Pitcher is in very good condition-no apparent chiggers. Chips or cracks. Very Nice! My totally dependable and honest condition description: Fabulous vintage condition. NO chips or cracks and plenty of authentic crazing consistent with age. On the bottom edge is a rice-sized glaze miss that should have been smoothed off when they made it so long ago. The gold trim is worn. The makers mark is blurred. Beautiful Large Vintage White Water Porcelain Ceramic Pitcher Signed Sorosis
Measures 11 1/2" tall including handle. Measures 25" around the body of pitcher. Measures 5" at spout opening. There are no visible chips or cracks. The exterior glaze has a very smooth finish. However. There are cracks on the bottom glaze and to the interior due to age only, which only adds to the age and character of the pitcher- see photos. These cracks are not visible and are not the exterior of the glaze. This pitcher will complete your set if you already have the basin or you can use it as a vase. Beautiful Rare Signed Vintage Footed Pitcher - Burgundy Pink Roses, Not Limoges
This is a beautiful Bavarian pitcher with burgundy. Pink, and white roses. It measures approximately 5 3/4" high and about 5" wide from the tip of the spout to the handle. The colors are very striking and beautiful and it matches two other pieces that I am selling at the same time(biscuit jar& charger) that are in the first photo, but this auction only includes the pitcher. It is in very good overall condition for its age. It shows some gold paint loss on the handle and two very small spots with paint loss on the roses. I observed no cracks or chips and the gold flecking around the rim appears to be fully intact as likely. This adorable pitcher was probably never used. There is an artist's signature that was difficult to try to capture due to my camera's flash. It appears to read"Richter" It is footed. Pretty Ayners Ceramic Water Basin Pitcher. On the base it's labled 1975. This Pitcher gives the look of yesteryears gone bye with a price that everyone can afford. What a wonderful decoration for home or for a old summer cottage. Maybe even a bed and breakfast establishment. This pitcher measures approx. 8 inches tall and 9 inches wide. Both pieces are white with blue trimming design painted on. The front center has a painted picture of a beautiful bunch of tulips. There are no chips cracks or fractures. The bawl measures 16: Across and 4" Deep. I believe these 2 Pieces go together they look like they match and go together beautifully although please check the markings on the bottom of the bowl and pitcher as this is the best way to identify them. The markings are different so that's what makes not sure if they were intended to go together I am no expert on this field please see photos. The only thing I can see wrong with these pieces is a little crazing on the inside of the pitcher which is nothing out of the Norm otherwise both are in beautiful condition. You see it as I did when I unwrapped it. Please review the pictures. Which are part of the description, and confirm condition for yourself. The roses and green leaves are hand painted. The brown stems and leaves are smooth and are below the glaze. This pitcher is in great vintage condition. I have not seen, nor felt, any chips, nicks, or cracks. As you can see it does have crazing.
