Vtg Antique 1908 Yawman & Earb Metal Card Cabinet File Drawer Brass Handles
Description All metal with faux wood-grain paint and brass handle. Painted label on the front. Very heavy and well constructed. Good condition with age appropriate wear. It has some paint loss. A few scratches, and some surface rust on the back end. The label is mostly intact. The brass has the appropriate patina you'd expect on a piece this old. One of the rods has two patent dates on it. The latest being 1908. It has one card clip. But may be missing another. The knob on the bottom spins one of the rods, and appears to do nothing at all except spin. I think that another card clip might have attached to it and was moved or locked by the knob on the bottom. The switch on the top holds the drawer in place and works great. Measures 16 1/2 in. deep. 11 1/2 in wide, and stands 7 1/2 in. tall. I took photos with and without flash. About the brackets: The piano brackets and stem have been stored in an old joinery workshop at West Kempsey for decades by its owner. And were due to be tossed out to the local tip during a pre-sale cleanup, that is until I salvaged them and volunteered to list them on ebay. All proceeds will return to the owner who has indicated that the money will be donated to a local Charity/Not for Profit Group. Size: Stem 200mm long x 50mm at largest dia. Size of brackets 130-135 high x 40-70 wide. Stamped code on rear of bracket; 1 bracket. CM 721, 2 brackets CM 678 and another with only 11, stamped in the surface, the others have no markings. ANTIQUE HANDMADE CEDAR AND BRASS. TRINKET- MUSIC BOX. This is a well made, heavy cedar. The imported Swiss Musical unit is a very fine delicate instrument. There is an ornate brass handle on both sides. Metal seems to be brass. This is a very old and hand made, so it does show some wear, and is not perfect. The color of the cedar is a very dark to light color, beautiful. Has a pink fabric linning. Mirror on the top part. The music unit is stamped ALPEN SWITZERLAND. There are important instructions, on original tag, how to fix and NOT to take the 2 screws out under the propeller. I believe it may have been wound too tight. It states not to wind the music box, unless the lid is open. A symbol to the right is RA/ NEE. Also it looks like some one wrote on the bottom in pencil 224 and a word I can not make out. Antique Renaissance style cast Brass frame beveled mirror Baucus crest
This unusual Ladies Dressing table mirror measures 10” wide by 14” high and has had it’s beveled mirror replaced over the century and a quarter since it was made. Beside an almost microscopic crack 1/8” just under the amazing cast of Baucus at the top of the mirror this antique art is flawless. The verdigris patination on the lower right corner of the frame adds to the appeal. The only marking appears to be the number 1 on the back behind the relief. Please email with any questions.

This entire piece is very worn in every way yet remains stable and sturdy. This was originally a desk drawer to an old oak desk. The out side is oak and brass, I think the inside is pine. This measures 30" x 12" x 8" and is just about 10 pounds. I would say it is 19th century with much patina. Also as worn as it is there is no mold, no smells or anything repulsive about it. Antique Vintage Lot 4 BRASS LION PAW Feet for Regency Drum Table Furniture Parts Up for sale is this Antique Vintage Lot 4 BRASS or BRONZE LION PAW Feet for Regency Drum Table Furniture Part. These came from a moving sale. I don't know exactly what these came from but they look like they might have come from an old Regency Drum Table. These are nice heavy feet and combined they weigh just about 3 lbs. Measurements: They measure about 2 3/4" wide and 3 3/8" long overall but the size rectangular piece of wood leg that would fit inside these is a maximum 1 11/16" wide. The max height of the leg part would be 2" tall but would need to be tapered I think to fit properly. Condition: Very good with original patina and dirt but no cracks. Chips or other damage. The brass on the inside and bottom which does not show is somewhat ... morerough or irregular. I have many other great items up for sale. It is made from the quatersawn oak. Frame measurements are over 37 feet wide and 71/2 feet high. The depth of frame is about 5" wide. It contains original brass lockboxes or mailboxes. I counted 360 Brass mailbox doors. About 8 doors have missing glass or inserts. Check out the Teller windows which also includes a Notary Public.
