This Rosary necklace is an Antique sterling silver piece with amazing light blue almost tear drop shaped crystals. I'm not sure what this shape is called since I have never seen it before. It comes to a pointed tear drop at one end but the top is flat. They are faceted so they catch the light exquisitely. There's a total of 59 beads, see last pic with the date 1830 imprinted under the virgin. There is some normal wear from age, but once cleaned properly I'm sure it will look like new! From what I was told these came from Poland. Crucifix measures approx. 2 1/2" L X 1 1/2" W. will come with velvet lined case. Gorgeous antique large Sterling Silver and hand cut crystal(possibly rock crystal) rosary measuring when worn 23 1/2" long. Each crystal is completely hand cut which I hope you can see in my photographs. They measure approximately 8.5mm X 8.5mm. No 2 are exactly the same as they are all hand cut so sizes very slightly vary. They are all connected with a Sterling chain passing right through them. The rosary has a large and very ornate Sterling crucifix. Its detail and intricacy are beautiful and very ornate. Crucifix measures about 2 1/4" x 1 1/2" It as well as the finely engraved centerpiece are stamped STERLING. Rosary weighs a substantial 63 grams and is in excellent all original condition. this is a stunningly large very high quality antique sterling silver and cut crystal rosary/ prayer beads The cross and medallion are both stamped"Sterling" the crucifix is very large. Orate, and dimensional. It has a nice patina from age but can be shined up if desired. It is made of three pieces and riveted together. the pendant in the middle of the beads is double sided and also very detailed done in high relief. One side has a depiction of Virgin Mary and baby Jesus and the other is Jesus alone. the beads are cut from crystal and have lots of cuts in each bead. Kind of like a disco ball shape. they are very heavy. all beads are held together by handmade silver link chains. the piece is in great shape and measures 23 3/4 inches long. the cross alone measures 2 1/4 inches long. exquisitely large high quality rosary. Up for auction is this stunning vintage Rosary. This Rosary has hand cut crystal beads and fabulous sterling silver details. The cross and cyrstals are quite large. It is signed sterling twice and the cross also has another mark that I can not make out. It is 27 in long and the cross is 2 1/4 inches long X 1 1/2 inches wide. The cut crystals are 3/8 of an inch wide. The cross has amazing details and the crystals shimmer. This is quite a lovely vintage piece with a quality feel in it's size and weight. Depicting a crucified Christ with a scene of St. Peter's square from the Vatican incorporated into the crosspiece. The Christ figure is actually attached to the cross with little silver pins through his hands and feet. The rosary beads are clear octagonal glass. There is a small silver medallion in the beads showing Jesus on front and Mary on the back. The back is stamped“Sterling. Italy. The little medallion is stamped“Sterling. We would date this to the 1950s. Considering the decoration, it may have originaly been sold in St. Peter's Basilica in the Vatican. The silver is in great shape. There is some slight surface wear. VINTAGE LOT AB Crystal Rosary Sterling Silver over 10 g 59 beads Oblong & Round
Up for your considertation is the se beautiful vintage crystal rosaries. The one rosary has 59 oblong faceted aurora borealis crystals. The crucifix is sterling silver and is hallmarked sterling and it weighs 10.2 grams. The medal with Mary on it looks to be pewter or silver plated. This rosary measures approx. 22 1/2" long including the crucifix. The only problems I see is it needs a jump loop to secure the crucifix back on. Two of the beads have oxidation on the metal inside the beads, and there are a few beads with small chips or nicks in them. The one rosary is missing it's crucifix and missing 8 beads out of 59. The medal with Mary looks to be pewter or silver plated. The crystals are aurora borealis but look really worn like someone prayed with this rosary a lot and have a few nicks here and there. This rosary measures approx. ... more14" long. The last rosary. Has the more ornate crucifix. Both the medal and crucifix is marked Chapel and Sterling. Has 59 aurora borealis crystal beads. The only problem I saw was one of the beads in between the crucifix and medal are a big chip in it. This rosary measures approx. 21 1/2" long including the crucifix. All the beads that have damage could easily be replaced to make the rosaries in perfect condition.

I am offering on Buy It Now a rare antique rosary from Italy. This 28" long rosary has huge crystal beads that measure 1/2" across. They have a brilliant faceted cut with an aurora borealis finish. The intricate 2 1/4" long crucifix is marked Sterling Italy. The sterling devotional medal has a bas relief Jesus on one side and Our Lady Mary on the other side. The silver links are strong and there are no breaks. The beads show very little to no wear and I could find no chips. This old rosary is unique adn dazzling. Up for an auction is an antique/ vintage lot of rosaries(6) Sterling silver pendant(1) necklace(1) Some of the rosaries are missing their bottoms and some just need a simple fix, but I didn’t want to try it. Some really interesting pieces and this lot includes the following: A beautiful sterling silver pendant/medallion depicting Mary. It measures 1 1/8 height x 1/2 wide and weighs.3oz. On the back it is marked"925" 8 MC" which means it was made between 1944-1968 in the province of Macerata. It is also marked"Italy" Sterling" and is signed on the bottom. I can't read the artist's name. But is evident it is signed. The detail and hand grave etching in this piece is very impressive A blue crystal rosary that measures 21” long. Cross to Pendant is 6 ½” inches and necklace part is 14 ½” inches. ... moreIt is marked with a“M” with the cross above it. Cut glass rosary. But missing the cross. It measures 14” inches long and it is marked medugorje on the bottom Cut glass bead. Multi color sparkle. It measures 17 ¼” long, cross to pendant is 6” and above the pedant is 11 ¼” inches. It is marked Italy and looks sterling but can’t be sure. Blue square cut class rosary. But missing the cross. It measures 19” and on the back of Mary it is marked with the“M’ with the cross above it. It has 1830 marked on it. But its not of that time age. A cut glass pendant necklace. It is marked Italy and measures 11 ½” long, the back of pendant has a monk with a halo hugging a baby Unique red cut glass rosary. It measures 23 ¾ long and is marked Italy, cross to pendant is 8 ¾ and above pendant is 15” inches long. It has the“M’ with the cross above it as well. It is lined with the references. A cut glass rosary the bottom is disconnected from the necklace but an easy fix. It measures 22 ½” long. Cross to pendant is 7” and above pendant is 16” inches. The pendant is marked sterling, I believe the rest of the piece is sterling but can’t be sure. A small silver and ebony cross

This is a lovely sterling silver and crystal rosary bracelet. It is 6 1/2" long with a crucifix on one end and a charm of the Blessed Virgin on the other. It was my mother's so my guess is it is from the early 1900's to 1920 timeframe but that's only a guess.

A beautiful Creed vintage AB crystal and sterling silver rosary that is 22.5" long with a 6" drop. A 33" circumference, and weighs 54.431 grams. The 2" long by 1-1/8" wide cross is stamped Sterling Creed on the back. The central medallion, a bas relief of Mary, is 1" long. Joseph is on the obverse and it is also stamped Creed Sterling. The aurora borealis beads are full of beautiful colors! The round mater beads are 7mm and the oblong pater beads cased in silver filigree are 7mm x 10mm(approx. 3/8" This unusually beautiful rosary is entirely made of sterling silver and crystal. The vintage beads have rubs and flea bites typical of age and use and the silver has a few scratches as shown. It could use little more polish. A vintage and gorgeous cut crystal and sterling silver rosary that is 25.5" long with a 7" drop. A 37" circumference, and weighs 81.647 grams. The 2" long by 15/16" wide cross is stamped Sterling on the side. The central medallion, a reticulated cameo of Mary, is 3/4" long. The Sacred Heart is on the obverse and it is also stamped Sterling. The beads are unusually large! The cone shaped mater beads are 9mm x 10mm long and the pater beads are 10mm x 10mm(approx. 3/8" This unusually beautiful rosary is entirely made of sterling silver and crystal. The 34 crystal beads are faceted and cone shaped with Aurora Borealis flash. The 7/8” sterling center piece pictures the Virgin Mary in profile on the front with Jesus wearing a crown of thorns on the back. The 2” crucifix features Jesus on the cross with the word“INRI” above his head. Both silver pieces are marked“STERLING” and“ITALY. It measures 38” long with a neck opening of 31” and weighs 38.1 grams. This crucifix is in good vintage condition with patina commensurate to its age.
