Up for auction: Very Nice Haro T-bone Prime. This is the Prime Model. Which was the top of the line T-bone If I remember Right. Aluminum 7000 Frame. Serial number is K45000005. I was keeping it as it was such a low number and in great condition but have decided to move on to other projects. Has a 1 1/8 steer tube and american BB. No Cranks, Rewelds, Dents, or Large scratches. it's really in nice shape yet as you can see in the pictures. Comes with original Haro Straight Legged CR-MO fork. Chrome is very nice and it's straight. Stamped 98-08 Cr-Mo with 14mm Drop outs and 1 1/8 Steer tube. This would be a great bike to build up as a mid school ride. There were a lot of them made and this is such a low serial number. Lots of new parts on this bike! 1800s UNUSUAL CARVED OX BONE DOG HEAD-HANDLE MAGNIFYING GLASS 14" LONG
Here is an unusual and important 14” Carved Dog Head vintage hand-held Magnifying Glass from the 1800's. We are assuming this was custom-made for someone of importance or someone with lots of money. Let’s go from bottom to top. The heavy polished glass lens measures 4 1/2” in diameter and is 1/2” thick. The glass is seated in a silver or nickel silver case that’s attached to a nickel silver piece This is attached to a hard maple( 6 1/2” turned and formed rod section. It is 7/8” in diameter. Just below the head is a pewter( embossed sleeve that shows a shield. Tassels and two strapped belts. The dot-textured surface of this piece shows worn spots from years and years of hand-held use. The carved one-piece dog head ox bone piece is fitted into the top of sleeve on the wood. The detail in the carved dog’s head is amazing. Definitely the ... moreproduct of a master carver. The spaniel or retriever type dog is baring his teeth in a not-so-friendly look. The artist even carved-in a collar, with buckle and tightening notch holes. Spook, cigar, pencil popper, needle fish, darter, handcarves, Polaris poppers, metal lips, and other one of a kind bait designs. These lures were built by a well known west coast striper fisherman. These plugs are handcrafted to swim. No duplicator. CNC, jigs or outside milling sources are used in this process and each plug is designed individually. They are in no way mass produced and because of this they rarely come to market even on the west coast. So here is a chance for you east coast guys to get your hands on one of these lures. I am individually listing several thimbles that were donated to the local Humane Society by a generous benefactor who had been collecting thimbles for several years. Most of these thimbles were acquired new in the 1970s and 1980s. The collector stored these thimbles. Choosing not to display them. Many are still in their original boxes, and the dates of acquisition were established because the original sales receipts were stored with the thimbles.
