It reminds me of Worcester. But it could be Austria or Germany. In great condition, no chips or cracks, afew light rub marks on the ecru background that I believe would polish out(picture 10) Measures 13.25" tall. I try to find any defects but I can't guarentee I'll see them all. No returns unless item is not as described. This is an older piece and therefor is no longer perfect as the day it was made. ANTIQUE TEMPLE TORII PORCELAIN PITCHER / CREAMER Hand Painted Scene MORIAGE
This lovely porcelain pitcher has a detailed hand painted scene of flowering trees. Hills, and cottages beside a cool stream, with little dusky patches in the sky. The painting of small details is carefully done, rather than the slashes of paint sometimes seen in oriental scenes; and some of the blossoms on the trees are dotted with white moriage(raised dots of paint) There is also gold on the rim and handle. The words“Hand Painted Made in Japan” are on the bottom with the torri back stamp(Gate of Honor) But it is very faint so I’ve included a photo of a clearer one from a saucer. Antique/Vintage Pink Floral Hand Painted Lrg Pitcher Unmarked Porcelain Pottery
This auction is for an antique hand painted floral pink& white pitcher. The pitcher is very old. Most likely from between 1900-1940, but possibly earlier. The piece is unmarked. There is visible damage due to its very old age but the pitcher is still so pretty it is still worth displaying as it is. There is severe crazing and cracks throughout. There is a large crack on the front that starts at the rim and goes down and stops at the floral area. There is also a chip on the tip of the pitcher spout. You can see all of these areas in the pictures. The pitcher is still very well in tact and does not run the risk of cracking any more as long as it is taken care of. It is made of a very thick, durable and firm porcelain glass- that is why it has lasted all these years in spite of the rough handling it has taken. 19th century porcelain pitcher with hand-painted landscape
Beautifully hand-painted porcelain pitcher. 8" tall, maximum diam. at base- 4 1/2" Finely molded handle looks like a wooden grip attached by twisted ropes. Gilding on rim(where it is slightly worn) handle and finely decorated gilded pattern around rim of the oval field of the landscape painting. Decoration of leaves on the back. No maker's markings. Very good condition. One very tiny chip out of the blue painting on the front and a hairline crack on the inside which does not carry through to the outside. I've always used it as a vase for flowers, so it certainly doesn't leak and has always seemed quite strong.

Up for auction is a Marked and Signed"Roy" Weissman Company, Incorporated of East Palestine, Ohio and New York City, New York(Circa 1941 to Closed in 1957) Weisley China(WC) Brand, American Art Pottery, Hand Painted-Handcrafted, American Painted Porcelain" Small Porcelain Artware Ewer Pitcher which can best be Attributed as Being Manufactured and Decorated by the Dwight Morris China Company also of East Palestine, Ohio(1939 to 1982) in"Excellent Plus" Used Condition and Made Between Circa 1941 to 1957. This little ewer has no chips. Cracks, glaze crazing, scratches, scuffs or repairs of any kind. It's only post factory issue is that some gold trim has worn away and picture 12 is a close up of the most worn area. This isn't uncommon to see when gold trim is applied either. It can be fired on or underglaze and ... moreit ususally is when it's part of the main pattern, but many times it's a final production step and it's applied cold. It has real gold in it and ceramic decorators use 22, 23 or 24 karat gold. It's always been an acceptable practice of cold painting the gold so it's not usually applied as a standard for a pottery or decorators quality of work. Immerse washings and shelf cleanings or dustings with a heavy hand are two main ways wear happens. Most consumers aren't aware that the gold trim areas need some special care. This piece is about 6 1/4 inches tall and about 3 1/8 inches at the most bulbous point near the bottom. The next biggest measurement is the from the outward pour lip across to the handle at about 2 3/4 inches and the top opening is an oval of about 5/8 inches by 3/4 inches across. Being true porcelain means this piece will be strong, but light weighing about 5 ounces. There's a beautiful hand painted floral pattern which I'm fairly sure is representative of the pansy flower. Up for your consideration is this vintage porcelain Vase/ Utensil Holder that I have painted and given new life. It is painted with a scarecrow on one side and a pumpkin with a crow on the other. That way you can change the scene if you wish. The handle is done with black and then I used a gold wax rub to bring out the detail and make it look antiqued. Once finished the entire piece was sprayed with a matte acrylic sealer for protection. This should be cleaned with a damp cloth only. This beautiful vase measures 9 1/2 inches tall and 6 3/4 inches wide. This piece would make a great addition to your Fall/Autumn decor and would look great displayed just about anywhere. This is a beautiful hand painted antique victorian pitcher that is signed twice and dated. This beautiful hand painted pitcher belonged to my mother who bought it at a second hand shop in Philadelphia in the 1950s when first married. It was ALWAYS on a doily in the extra bedroom of our home when I was growing up. After selling their home and downsizing. I kept the pitcher for a while, now we are downsizing and one can only keep a limited number of things. As you can see in the photos.it is in beautiful condition with NO CHIPS OR CRACKS. It is signed under the handle and underneath on the base MILLS 68, which is 1868 because my mother already owned it second hand in the 1950s. The paint and gilding are still beautiful! Very nice Antique Ceramic Porcelain Pitcher or Large Creamer. It is similar to ironstone pitchers. Transferware Floral design(apple blossoms? that has also be handpainted to color the flowers Gold paint trim around the neck. On the handle, and also around the top rim. Some of the gold paint has worn off on the top rim and also the top of the handle. There is a rough area on the top rim where the gold paint is worn but I do not think it is a chip but rather where the paint has gathered. There are 4 tiny black dots that are in the china from the original firing. Two on the outside and two on the inside. I would date this about 1880-1910? but that is just a guess It is marked with a red"S" in a red diamond shape and the numbers"1446 and 54" in red on the bottom. I could not identify the maker. Antique white porcelain pitcher with hand painted crest and gold trim
This lovely pitcher is made of porcelain with painted on design of a crest and white embellishments. As well as gold trim. The pitcher is not marked, dating it probably to the last part of the 19th century. The pitcher is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or crazing. It looks like it has been a display piece all its life. The crest looks Germanic, with two eagles holding a shield. There are no words. Measurements are: 8" tall and 7 1/2" handle to spout.

Available for purchase we have a beautiful Lemonade/Cider Pitcher with 5 porcelain cups. It was made by the Sterling Porcelain Co. and is from the 1880's. It has hand painted Blackberries with leaves and vine. They are a cream color blushed with a yellow-green. All pieces are in good antique condition with no cracks or chips but they do have crazing. Some of the cups have more crazing than others. There is also wear and some loss of gold paint that edges all pieces and covers the pitcher handle.
