Up for auction is a nice Antique K& G Luneville France 14" Tankard/Pitcher. The piece measures 14" tall. Has a 7" base and weighs 4 pounds. There is one major flaw in the piece, in that the handle was once broken and repaired. Please look at the pictures. The tankard can be picked up by the handle normally. The low starting price reflects the repaired handle. Besides the handle the piece is in good condition with no other chips or cracks. There is some minor crazing and gold loss around the upper rim. The piece dates between 1900-1930. US Domestic shipping only. Payment to be received within 3 days of auction end. IN residents pay 7% sales tax. FEDEX shipping is an option. Blue & White Pitcher, Head Figure on Handle, Feather Head Figure, tepee, trees
This pitcher is 9" high and 6 1/2" wide on the bottom. The handle is amazing and is 7" on an angle from the top the head to the bottom. The base color of the pitcher is a creamy white and is crackled. The feathered figure head is almost 4" high. There is a tiny chip in the 2nd feather from the top. There is one spot of blue that must have dripped when painted- it is above the trees. Overall there are 5 tepees. A group of 3 trees, 1 single tree, the feathered figure head and then the details on the handle. There are no stamps. Date or manufacturer info on the bottom of the pitcher. This is a wonderful and very old extremely rare small pitcher with a great look. The pitcher is a rare small size measuring just 3 3/4" to the top of the spout. This early raised relief hunt scene pitcher boasts a hound with collar handle. Several hounds on the pitcher body taking down a large stag and a grape clusters and vine decoration around the pitcher neck. Hound handled pitchers have been popular since the early 1800's. The earliest examples were made in England, and manufactured much later in the United States in Vermont, New Jersey and Ohio when the English potters came overseas to America, bringing their molds with them. The earlier English pieces had a Rockingham glaze over a ... morewhite clay body while the later American pieces were glazed over a yellowish or buff clay body. This particular pitcher is an early English version. As there are a couple tiny pin prick sized areas where the glaze is nicked in the interior(see photos) and the clay is a bright white. I believe this was made by Phillips and Bagster. As I have done a lot of research about this company. They often signed their pieces in the collars of the hound or boar. The hound on the handle does have a collar( most hound handled pitchers do not have collars) and I can see a couple very faint letters on one side of the collar. These are very difficult to see and are glazed over. So not very legible(see photo) I really cannot make out the individual letters, but I see two. The glazed underside is marked with some sort of leaf as well the faint impression of half a stamp.maybe an"M" or a"3" with a diamond shape and round shape(like you might see on old majolica pieces) with a faint"22" Not sure as the stamp is not very legible so I cannot quite decipher it. Vintage Reproduction of Royal Worcester Water Pitcher - Gold Elephant Handle
Vintage reproduction of Royal Worcester Antique Pitcher. Elephant handle in gold. Very good condition with no chips or cracks and very minimal wear to the gold. Mark on bottom reads G771. Researching this pitcher on line. It appears as if the original Royal Worcester pitcher was produced sometimes in the 1890s. Different nice people on eBay have different ideas of exactly when and where this reproduction was made, varying from turn of the century Germany to the mid-40's to mid-50's in occupied Japan. I do know for certain that this pitcher had been sitting in my parent's home since the mid-50's on. I just don't know the exact time, place, and circumstances of when it was obtained. The pitcher stands 7-1/2" at its lip. There is a black mark on the base of the pitcher that I was unable to remove.

This looks like a hand painted pitcher of some sort. I was told it was a lemonade pitcher. But it looks kind of small for that. It is almost 5 inches tall at the lip. It has lovely strawberries painted on it and a nice green band all the way around. The bottom has two crossed swords and in the top there is a crown, under that on the left is a R and the right a C. On the bottom is what looks like a butterfly or bird, but I'm not sure. There is also a word below that but I can't read it. Antique Royal Doulton Lambeth Hunting Scene Rare Dog Handle, Pitcher
This is a lovely fine English pitcher. From the 1800's with applied figures. Around the plumpest part of the belly are horses, hunting scenes and dogs. The deep red iron oxide glaze glows orangy brown on the yellow clay of the stoneware body, while it changes to a nice ochre where the dip covered the figural decoration. The rare handle is applied, and is a wonderfully formed hunting dog. Condition of this beautiful pitcher is good with one small chip on the lip. And firing lines where the spout is joined which is typical in the manufacture of these pieces. The mark is"Doulton Lambeth England" This lovely English pitcher measures about 6 3/4" tall and about 71/2" wide. Foxes and hounds. One side dogs and one side foxes with a sly fox looking into pitcher. 6 3/4" to top of handle and fox ears. Fox handle is peeking into the pitcher. I think the pitcher is a mold and I have seen different versions painting. This is highly glazed and painted by Rose. Stark white background. Nicely molded with blue trim. On the foxes' side one foxes ear and one foxes nose are rough on the tip. Original glaze may not have stuck. On the dogs' side one ear is smooth but a tiny dot of white at point. Early Redware Pitcher Jug with manganese sponged accents with slip decorated incised lines We are please to offer this nice hand decorated and formed redware pitcher. The pitcher has wonderful maganese sponging around the neck and white slip bands overlaying the incised lines also around the neck. The strap handle is applied from the neck to the fullest section of the ovoid pitcher. The lip of the pitcher has no spout. The pitcher is glazed on the interior and unglazed on the bottom of the exterior. We have not washed the pitcher so there may be some dust in nooks and crannies and in the interior.The jug was acquired from an East Bend. NC yard sale but we are not certain of the actual origins of the pitcher. Either way it is a nice solid example of slip decorated redware and would make a wonderful addition to the winners collection! I have for you this evening a large 11.25" ridged handle porcelain pitcher made By Royal Worcester and decorated in the design studio of that maker. This example is made of very fine translucent porcelain and is cast into a unique mold shape that has been a staple for the company for well over one hundred years. This gorgous piece is fully hand painted with floral designs including purple andblue and others in Autumnal colors of rust and yellow. All the floral decorations and foliage are trimmed in gold and the handle. Base and rim are heavily trimmed in gold gilt as well. Antique Pitcher This unusual 8 1/2" tall pitcher was made in Staffordshire by Pinder. Bourne& Co. which was purchased by the Doulton Co. in 1877. It measures 3 7/8" in diameter at the base and just over 3" in diameter at the top. The decoration is just plain stunning: a frightened cat sits in a tree with a dog at its base on one side, and the same cat has trapped a mouse/rat with one paw on the other. The words"This is the dog, that worried the cat" are written on the base. Circa 1850 to 1870, or so, and probably from the Staffordshire, England area. 19th Century Rare Mason's Ironstone Davenport Imari Pitcher with Snake Handle
Beautiful Davenport Stone China Imari decorated pitcher with a snake handle. Very rare and in good condition. The pitcher measures about 7 inches in height and 6 inches wide. Marking dates it to 1805-1820; John Davenport, born in 1765, is said to have begun potting in 1785, first as a workman, and later as a partner with Thomas Wolfe of Stoke. He acquired his own pottery at Longport for the manufacture of earthenware in 1794. In 1830 he retired, and his two sons Henry and William carried on the firm until 1835, when Henry died. This style of the firm then became William Davenport and Company. William died in 1869, and his two sons took over the direction of the business, which remained in the family until 1887.

Antique White Ironstone Milk Pitcher Fluted Columns Grapeleaf on Handle
Just a pretty pitcher in classic white ironstone. Beautiful line to it. Great for the country kitchen, shelf piece, wildflower arrangement, milk pitcher, keeps things nice and cold. it is just a simple fluted column but has a grape leaf at the top of the handle. I see no issues with it. it is of that gray/blue color, not the stark white.
