I will be selling a lot of my collection of procelain, dolls and vintage toys which most of them are being sold in my store so please take a look n see my! The Ewer/Pitcher is marked Dresden SEMI-PORCELAIN and the basin is not marked. I do not believe that this is an original pair but both are actually old. The pitcher has embossed designs in the middle part and by the top. See images. It has a muted bouquet of flowers that I cannot determine. The pitcher also has some crazing but no cracks that I can see. There's also a muted bouquet inside the snout. The basin looks like it was used and there are some water marks inside the basin. It is also embossed on top and it is not marked. The floral design cloub be cherry blossom. I cannot determine if the florals on both pieces are decals of handpainted since they are both muted. The basin also has cracks inside, by the lip and outside(I found 2) but its not a cvrack the goes through the ceramic. The basin is a very thick ceramic almost like an Ironstone piece. It measures 17" in diameter and about 5.25" high. The Pitcher measures 11.875" High, 10" by 8.5" NOTE: If you purchase this item. Please wait for my invoice since I will need to add the insurance(they do not automatically calculate) This is a very heavy item, an oversized package and will need to be double boxed. I will entertain a pick if you live nearby Jersey City, New Jersey. Item Condition: This item overall is in very good unused condition. I do not see any cracks. Very beautiful and unique antique pitcher and basin. This pitcher and basin set is unique because the basin is oval shaped unlike the round basins that you will almost always see. The set is quite large. The pitcher is 10" X 8" and the basin is 13' x 10" x 4" The set is a brilliant light and dark blue flowered pattern on a white background. I have been told this set is considered transferware made in the Strafforshire area of England, although it doesn't appear that the flow blue technique was used. Pitcher and bowl sets were an essential part of every home all through the 19th century until we started getting indoor plumbing. Most bedrooms in most homes would have a pitcher and bowl set so people could wash up. It would sit on a nightstand or on a washstand and they used it every day. A beautiful Wheat Design. This set matches. Even the basin has wheat decoration around its rim. The Straight razor dish could also be used for soap, and often was. It is stamped( Imperial Ironstone China) and made by Robert Cochran& Co. of Glasgow Scotland. It measures 8 1/2 inches. The Pitcher(Royal Ironstone China) is 12 1/2 inches high and is made by W&E Corn of England. The basin is 14 1/2 inches in diameter and 4 1/2 inches high. It is made by Baker& Co Ltd. of England. It has Pearl White written over the crest. All pieces are in excellent condition. In addition I am including a 1890 edition of the Hymn Book"The Finest of the Wheat" A very apropos item to be displayed with this set. 415 pages that shows a lot of use through the years.

Antique 1896 VODREY POTTERY Lg Water Pitcher & Wash Bowl Basin Bonita blue white
I have looked up the marks on these pieces of Vodrey and the marks date c1896(Kovels) Bonita is the name the pottery gave it or was the pottery herself. Not sure. The pitcher in the bowl is approx. 13” tall, bowl is 5” tall and the width of the bowl is approx. 16 ½” across. The weight on both bowl and pitcher is 12# reason for the shipping cost. The blue is very nice color and the bowl also has a doe color washed around the edge inside and out. I thought this was stain but nothing would remove the color, must be in the making of the set. Basin is in near perfect condition except one tiny flea bite repair which is not visible unless you look for it- see photo. There is a line on the bottom of the basin, it's not a crack. Up for auction is a wonderful antique Victorian water pitcher and basin bowl. Made by WOOD AND SON England 1886-1907. Made of semi porcelain with a BEAUTIFUL green and white embossed transfer design. The pattern name is called PRINCESS ROYAL. please view and enlarge photos. On the bottom of the bowl where it is marked is a little spider grazing but it does not go through to the other side of the bowl. See photos. Other than that there is NO cracks or chips! Antique Crown Ducal Wash Basin and Water Pitcher - RARE
This is an antique. Very rare Crown Ducal Antique“Parrot on Branch” Wash Basin and Water Pitcher. This set has been in the family and is over 100 years old. Selling as part of grandmothers estate. The Crown Ducal trademark symbol includes“A.G.R& C. Ltd. England. The wash basin measures 16-3/4" in diameter and 5-1/4" deep. It is in very good condition considering it's age and has one hairline crack measuring approximately 5" and another approximately 1" and a tiny chip on the edge. The base includes a mark– A175. The Pitcher measures 14-1/2" tall at the spout and has a 7" wide mouth. The base measures 8-1/2" wide. Its base is marked“A175. The set is in good condition overall considering its age. Absolutely stunning. Extra Large Floral Pitcher and Wash Basin Bowl. This set is such an eye-catcher! Beautiful floral pattern with gold trim accents. It is extra large in size and quite heavy. Very MINOR wear in a few spots to the gold accents. No chips or cracks found on either. Floral pattern is found on bottom of pitcher as well as the basin/bowl. Age and maker unknown. Set is unmarked. Pitcher measures 10 3/4" from the bottom to the top of the handle. Antique BROWNFIELD & SONS 4 PC Set Wash Basin Pitcher & Bowl with soap dish
Very rare Brownfield& Sons wash basin set. Bowl is approximately 5" tall and 15-1/2" diameter. The pitcher is 13-1/4" tall. I believe the other piece is a soap dish but I haven't seen one like it before. The top has 21 holes in it so the water can drain into the bowl underneath. This small dish is 2-1/4" tall and 5-3/4" diameter(This is the measurement with the lid on) Each piece has a very beautiful floral design. The only piece not stamped with the Brownfield& Sons hallmark is the lid to the small dish but it is obviously original to the set. No chips or cracks which is very rare for a set this old. Massive ANTIQUE c 1890's White Ironstone China Water Pitcher and Bowl/Basin by J& G Meakin Hanley England. In the 19th century. The firm was well known for its white granite(undecorated ironstone) ware in imitation of contemporary French porcelain. Pitcher measure 12 inches tall at spout and bowl is 14.5 inches wide and 5 inches tall. Pitcher: under spout? stained or dirt and 2 tiny stains on side. See pictures. Basin/Bowl: few tiny spots?dirt. This listing is for a vintage Sarreguemines wash basin and pitcher. The hallmark for the pitcher is from 1875- 1900. And the mark for the bowl is from 1925. The basin measures 16.5"x5.5" and the pitcher is 12.25" tall, 7.5" handle to spout, and 5" across the bottom. Both[pieces have crazing, but no cracks or chips. The pattern is so beautiful. Antique Ironstone Wash Basin Chamber Pitcher Burgess & Campbell Trenton, NJ
This is a wonderful. Rare all white toiletry or wash pitcher, manufactured during the 1903 to 1910 time frame, which stands 12 inches tall and is 8 inches in diameter at its widest part. The pitcher carries the back stamp of the Burgess& Campbell Company, which is a crown in a circular ring with the words, Royal China above the crown. Noted by both Edwin Barber’s book, U.S. Marks on Pottery and Lois Lehner’s volume, U.S. Marks on Pottery, Porcelain, And Clay, the Burgess and Cambell name, under the crown trademark, was replaced by the name, International when the company formed new business partnerships in 1903. The International Pottery Company was one of a large number of potteries formed in the Trenton area during the late 1800’s that became known as the Staffordshire of America. In over-all marvelous condition for its 100+ years of ... moreage. There are no cracks, chips, or nicks. We do note that there is crazing to some areas and a yellowing/staining of the white porcelain, where over the years, minerals from the water have seeped through the porcelain. This staining on the pitcher is by the handle, at the top of the pour spout, and a small area below the pour spout. This piece will do marvelously well as a focal point for an Early Americana display with its classic Victorian style and embossed shell and scroll treatment. The pitcher has embossed designs in the middle part and by the top. See images. It has a muted bouquet of flowers that I cannot determine. The pitcher also has some crazing but no cracks that I can see. There's also a muted bouquet inside the snout. The basin looks like it was used and there are some water marks inside the ... morebasin. It is also embossed on top and it is not marked. The floral design cloub be cherry blossom. I cannot determine if the florals on both pieces are decals of handpainted since they are both muted. The basin also has cracks inside, by the lip and outside(I found 2) but its not a cvrack the goes through the ceramic. The basin is a very thick ceramic almost like an Ironstone piece. It measures 17" in diameter and about 5.25" high. The Pitcher measures 11.875" High, 10" by 8.5" NOTE: If you purchase this item. Antique H& K Tunstall Wash Basin& Pitcher This is an EXQUISITE antique wash basin& pitcher made by H& K Tunstall in England in the very early 1900's. During the Art Deco period. It is hand painted pottery with rich blue as the sky and warm brown sands draping the bottom. The inside rims of both the pitcher and the basin are lined with a beautiful green. The same colorful designs wrap around each of the pieces, showing Arabians riding camels through the desert. Both pieces are very large and heavy/thick pottery- Basin/Bowl measures 16" in diameter x 5.5"h The Pitcher measures a tall 13"h x 10"w(at widest part) Please Note Conditions: The Basin is in Good condition with only a small chip that has been repaired near the rim. Antique S F& Co Crown Devon Ware Pitcher& Wash Basin This is a gorgeous antique S Fieldings& Co Stoke on Trent Pitcher& Wash Basin/Bowl made in England. They are both Earthenware pieces hand painted with a floral design and gold gild. The basin bears the mark"Crown Devon(Devon" rubbed off) S F& Co Stoke on Trent England" with a crown stamp and"Rono524189" Since it's using the word"Crown" in it's maker mark still. This piece was made sometime between 1913-1917. The basin also has 2 impressed numbers, one looks like"RD634194" and the other I am unable to make out. S F& Co dropped the word"Crown" on their marks in 1917, so the pitcher was made sometime between 1917 and 1930, I believe closer to 1917 since it's a similar floral pattern being used in both ... morepieces. The mark on the Pitcher bears"Devon Ware Fieldings Stoke on Trent England" with a Crown stamp as well. Both pieces are large and heavy. The Pitcher measures 12"h x 8"w(at widest part) the Basin is 15.75"w x 5.5"h Conditions: The Basin has a tiny ding on the rim and has some crazing on the outside& spotting due to the glaze used and it's age. It also has 3 chips on the bottom rim. The Pitcher has 1 small chip on the top rim. Both pieces have loss to the gold gilding. Both the basin and the pitcher both had writing in marker on the bottom. Probably for if they were lost in travel, someone would know who to return them to. I was able to scrub off the personal number that looked to be on both pieces, but left the phone# name and what looks to be an item# there are some smudge marks from trying to remove) Please see photos for details and a closer look. This beautiful basin made in 1890 in England. By"Ironstone" is in very good condition, the paint is nice and not chipped. Very rare and unusual 6 piece pitcher and wash basin set in a beautiful powder pink. Circa 1930-1951. Set includes very large pitcher and wash basin, chamber pot, soap dish with insert, and a vase. All pieces are marked with the New Hall Manley Staffs Made In England makers mark(made in Hanley, Staffordshire, England) The entire set is in excellent condition with no chips. Cracks, or repairs. The pitcher is the huge size in white ironstone and is embossed with detail. It is in great condition for it's age. There are no chips or cracks present, just some crazing that is to be expected. The bottom of this is marked with the green crown hallmark. The wash bowl is white ironstone pottery with lovely roses on the interior. The color of the roses is a green with a bluish tint. The bottom carries the Homer Laughlin hallmark. There are no chips or crack to the bowl either just some crazing and a few age spots. Extremely Rare Homer Laughlin Antique Wash Basin And Pitcher Art Deco
You are bidding on a very rare antique wash basin and pitcher from an upscale CT estate. It is quite large. The bowl itself measuring 16" in diameter and the pitcher is 11" tall. It has what I would call an art deco pattern with what looks like peacock feathers. It is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks and the only paint loss is on the handle.
