IT MEASURES 3" IN DIAMETER BY 2" TALL AND WEIGHS IN AT 8.8 OUNCES. THE ORIGINAL ATOMIZER IS STILL ATTACHED. IT PUMPS BUT I DO NOT FEEL AIR OUT SPRAY HOLE. THE LABEL ON THE BOTTOM SAYS: MADE IN USA, CHORTLEY OR CHARTLEY, MASS. IT ALSO SAYS HOLM SPRAY. SOME OF THE LABEL IS WORN OFF SO I AM NOT SURE OF THE CITY. THIRD LETTER IS WORN AWAY. NEEDS A GOOD CLEANING BUT THERE ARE NO CHIPS, CRACKS, REPAIRS, DINGS, GOUGES OR FLEABITES. THERE IS SOME CORROSION AROUND THE BRASS TOP THAT I THINK WOULD POLISH OFF. VERY PRETTY DISGN TO THE GLASS. This is a great signed DeVilbiss orange glass perfume atomizer bottle. The art deco style piece measures 6 1/2" in height and is signed on the brass sprayer as well as on the bottom of the bottle. Condition is excellent with no chips or cracks. As you can see the mesh bag is torn an d the metal needs a good cleaning. This is as found. Pulled right out of the cupboard. A great piece. Decorated with black enamel and frosted glass in a wonderful art deco geometric pattern. with the original modernist atomizer in a silver-tone chrome finish stamped on the bottom: Czechoslovakia. in very good vintage condition. The basket is filled with flowers created in pink beads and what appears to be rhinestones. It is approx 6 1/2" tall. The base is 3 1/2" long at it's lomgest point and is 2" deep. Vintage Matched Crystal Glass DeVilbiss Perfume Bottle Set-1 Atomizer 1 Dauber
Offered is a matched pair of perfume holders from the 1960/70's time period by DeVilbiss. They have the look of very nice cut glass. But I am assuming are pressed. The curved, book-end shapes create a beautiful, geometric half-circle when the flat sides are placed together. One of the bottles is an atomizer although it does not have the puffer ball and one was a dabber although the interior dabber stem has broken off. Additionally, there are a couple of very tiny flakes on one corner of the dauber lid(last two pictures above) that can be felt more than seen. They still make a beautiful display pair. Each is about 3 1/8 inches tall, 2 1/2 inches across and 1 1/4 inches wide. The dauber has a DeVilbiss sticker on the bottom while the spritzer has one on the flat side. There is no chips or cracks, all of the flower pedals are well in tact, and the squeeze puff is round and has not lost shape. Has a thick and heavy decorative glass base and the metal part is made of brass. The flowers are made of a delicate plastic like material with large rhinestones in the center of each flower. Item Description While starting bids may vary I ALWAYS POST WITH NO RESERVE! Up for auction is an rounded glass perfume bottle with hand painted designs. There is no mark or stamp to the collar or bottom so I am not certain who the maker is. It looks similar to the Czech style of design and painting from the early 1900's. The base glass is an opaque white that has been painted a pinkish-mauve color all over. Then hand painted designs and flowers have been applied with a bit of thickness to give it texture. There is also faint gold highlighting still left behind. I did have to put on a new atomizer and bulb for you in order to bring it back into working condition. The collar and bottle are original with only a few light scratches to the gold tone collar. When the bulb is squeezed strong puffs of air come out. The bottle is very clean inside ... moreand out so it is ready for your favorite perfume. There is one light scuff mark to the back of the bottle where some pink has been rubbed away. I also note a manufacturing bubble under the paint. These are in the photos for you so you can be assured they are not distracting. It appears this bottle is blown glass as it does have a sunken pontil on the bottom. The enamels and paintings do show some wear as expected with age but no major loss. The bottle is 5 1/2 inches tall to the top point of te atomizer and it is 3 1/2 inches across at the widest part. This is another great perfume bottle for the collector!
