As I dont want to damage them. The black bottle is black glass. I'm not sure if this is an Irise bottle, however it appears to be. The other two are cut glass. ANTIQUE MOTTLED BLUE GLASS ATOMIZER- MADE IN FRANCE This auction is for an old art glass atomizer with orginal ball and cord. This atomizer stands about 7 1/2" tall with a 4 3/4" tall cased and mottled blue glass bottle. The fitting is stamped Made in France. And if the bottle was also produced in France, then my best'guess' is that it was produced by Schneider Glass. Mottled glass such as this one is commonly attributed to Czech or Bohemian glasshouses, another possibility for this unmarked art glass. Although the rubber puffer ball is petrified, the cord damaged, and the glass siphon tube inside the bottle is broken and needs to be replaced, this atomizer is in fine condition; no damage to the glass, all metal fittings complete, and with an easy restoration this could be a working bottle. Elegant Cut Glass and Sterling atomizer perfume bottle. Sterling is hallmarked HP& co. I have been unable to identify this maker and I am not sure of it's age. It may be older than estimated. There are no dings to to the cut glass sides. But the polished bottom has expected scratches. There are VERY tiny contact dings to the sterling cap; what you might expect for an item of this age. They are too small to photograph well. Atomizer unscrews and lifts out from sterling top. Sterling top is not removable. If you prefer a traditional perfume bottle. This item should convert to a standerd top by replacing the atomizer device with a screw cap. This is sold as found and has not been polished or cleaned. I believe this old piece dates to the early 1900's. But I'll leave that to the experts to determine. The stunning blueish purple cut glass bottle measures 1 3/4" high x 1 5/8" wide x 9/16" thick. It features a wonderful hobstar pinwheel cut glass pattern on both sides. As seen in the photos. It comes with the small brass funnel(3/16" Diameter) as well as the brass atomizer with rubber bulb. Printed on the original rice paper folded insert is Registered Patent applied for. The insert is printed in both English and perhaps German or Czechoslovakian(please see photos) This ATOMA Pocket spray may be a one-of-a-kind invention/prototype. ... moreI have not seen another example of this old pocket atomizer. The small bottle has a unique cut out/notch on one side that appears to have held the rubber spray bulb in place. The small brass lever. The condition is Excellent overall. I viewed the bottle with a magnifier and could detect only one small shallow chip on the outer edge. The bottle has old perfume residue inside and at the top which should clean up nicely. The old rubber spray bulb has hardened over time and is no longer pliable. Antique Art Glass Metal Floral Perfume Atomizer Bottle THORENS Music Box Plays!
Up for your consideration is this beautiful perfume atomizer set atop a Thorens music box base. This is in wonderful antique condition and retains most of the gilding. The open metalwork features a vine and floral pattern surrounding the perfume bottle. The windup music box plays smooth and features a switch on the base which is supposed to turn off the music when the base is set down, this switch needs adjustment as it must be pushed up slightly higher then the legs allow. The atomizer bulb is disintegrated from age within the mesh cover and hangs limp until a new one can be installed by the buyer if they so desire. Up for auction is a very unique antique/ vintage metal and glass perfume atomizer with a Thorens music box. There is no perfume in the bottle and the ball atomizer has hardened from age. There are no chips or cracks and is in very good condition. It measures 4 ½’ tall and about 3” wide. It also has a great metal floral design going around the perfume bottle and because it has the Thorens music box attached it is possible this is Swiss in origin.
