Old vintage victorian medieval architectural carved wooden pediment
This is a old wooden carved arch. It is in good original condition. I have two of these i will be listing the other one in another auction. I do not know what they came off from. This one is 20 1/2 long 10 1/2 tall 3 inch thick. I put some lemon oil on them because they were old and dry. Thanks for looking

Pair Ornate Victorian Antique Shelf Brackets 6" x 6" D
Pair of antique Victorian era(late 1800s) cast iron shelf brackets. The brackets have an ornate ornamental geometric pattern. They measure approx 6 1/8 x 6 3/8 inches and are 1/2 inch thick. Photos are shown of both sides as well as a close up view. The brackets have been restored and are in excellent condition. But still have a few dings as normally seen on items of this age. Additionally, one bracket has 1/4 inch of the end one side broken off, but there is still enough of the screw hole left to firmally attach it to the shelf or wall.

c1850-60 VICTORIAN style pediment PITTSBURGH, PA hotel CHECKERED design 108x39"
Great door pediment- salvaged from a circa 1850-60 Pittsburgh hotel. I'found' this in my barn- hanging in the rafters were I was placing gable pediments. I thought for the longest time I had this piece listed- but alas it was not. I bought this piece about 5 or 6 years ago. Has a great checkered design in the triangle pediment area- the green paint is creak. Nice crackled finish. The top of the peak is unpainted- it must have been covered as the green paint was NEVER applied to the piece. The bottom edge needs to be trimmed- it has some soft spots on it- I tried to capture this in the pictures. I would estimate about 1 to 1.5" needs to be trimmed on the bottom edge for a smooth. Even edge. Measures 108.5" long is 39" at peak& 8.5" deep. Old square nails are studding the backside also. Has metal flashing on ... moretop edge. This pediment was over the door way of a circa 1886 home in Western NY- an absolutely amazing piece of architectural detail. Has the very best crackled white finish. The rod is intact on both. But feels brittle. We moved it a little, but did not want to risk breaking anything. Once these are in place they don't need to adjust, but if you want them to move really well and still be adjustable, you could replace the threaded wood with metal parts. There are some pieces missing. But all could be made by woodworker with basic skills. There are some pieces chipped off the crown and we hae 2 of those pieces, but not all. There is wear to the varnished and painted surface. victorian interior dentil crown molding room divider When I first saw these items in a fellow salvagers shop- I knew I had to get them- these are SUPER pieces from the early 1900's off a monster mansion- This room divider has wonderful crown molding. Egg& dart& dentil molding running the length of the piece, which by the way is a whopping 12' 6" it measures 22" high- Real spectacular pieces. There is a wonderful wreath and swag design that repeats on the right and left. These designs are a type of applied plaster- one has a very minor repair. But once repainted will be unnoticable. Antique Vintage East Lake Victorian Walnut Wood Pediment 32 3/4" X 9 3/4"
You are bidding on a Vintage Antique East Lake Victorian Wood Wooden Pediment. The piece measures 32 3/4" long and 9 3/4" tall at the tallest point. The top piece is about 2 1/2" thick and the rest of the piece is about 3/4" thick. It has an eye hook on the back for hanging that was there when I got it. It is in overall very good condition. There is some burl on the front although it looks like it might be missing on the left side as you look at it. It is really hard to tell with the dark staining. It shows age appropriate wear but I do not see any cracks. Chips or breaks. There is some crazing on the middle piece and some minor crazing on the right side. The right side looks like the burl is raised on a place about 1" across and 2" tall. This would look great hanging on your wall, above the door or on top of ... morea wonderful victorian mirror. It is old and used and is not in perfect condition. I am not an expert so please examine the pictures and determine condition for yourself. 1870s Victorian Burl Walnut Furniture Pediment Eastlake Carved Cabinet Crest
Authentic. Circa 1870s piece with original square nails! I believe it is made of walnut with a wonderful raised, burled walnut panel in the center. Eastlake spoon carving on burled panel. Raised, carved flowers near each end. Repeating xx trim along top. It even has matching turned finials on top. Convenient, old, hanging wire attached in back. Some finish loss here and there, but wonderful overall condition. It measures 37 1/4 inches long and 11 1/8 inches tall. Many other Victorian architectural pieces listed. ANTIQUE 19th CENTURY VICTORIAN CARVED WALUT WOOD CREST or FURNITURE PEDIMENT PARTS Two beautiful. Old, Victorian Wood Pieces that go together nicely, and form a crest, or just to use as parts. They are carved from Walnut with very ornate carved flowers and leaves that are carved all the way through. They both have a scalloped top and plain back. This was probably part of a settee or large chair, perhaps a chaise lounge, because it has holes where upholstery tacks were(see photos) Also, on each end there are holes for dowels(the photos show both pieces put together like an arch way(they would have to be doweled again or glued to stay this way) These beautiful pieces of wood each measure approximately 13 1/2" high x 12" across. So, together, they would measure about 24" across. The wood is about 1 3/16" thick. This very ... moredecorative wood is in good condition but would need some refinishing or painting and a little restoration where the dowel holes and upholstery tack holes are. There are the usual minor nicks, from age and use, but no loss to the carving. Two beautiful old pieces of Victorian craftsmanship! Being offered as is and with No Reserve.
