For your consideration this evening is a wonderful Dictionary/Bible Book stand. This is a very solid piece in great condition. The height is adjustable. And it comes apart into 2 sections for easier shipping. There is some wear in the black paint along the legs. As shown in the pictures, and the oak book support is a wonderfully warm aged color. I would say that when extended to its highest it is approximately 42" high. The book holder. When fully opened is approximately 19" across and the legs are approximately 22" across at the widest.

The display rack is 1"wide and 25"long. The tobacco canister is 4"wide and 6"tall, with a 3"x 3" interior storage space. Both dragons are 5.5"wide and 5"tall. The whole unit from the center of the chain, to the bottom of the canister is 15"tall when mounted on a wall. This is a nice way to display up to ten vintage pipes. A very fine antique. Circa 1890's, black enameled cast iron and steel rod dictionary stand with cherry boards. It is on casters, the dictionary holder arms adjustable, the rod adjustable for height. The boards can adjust from 19" wide from board to board to 21-1/2" wide from board to board. The stand is 40" at tallest. Excellent condition: cast iron without breaks or losses, all adjustment keys present, original enamel finish unworn. The steel rod has mild surface rust(as usual. The boards are in the original finish, no chips or cracks. The stand has no maker's name. The stand can be disassembled for shipment.

For sale here is a gorgeous antique Victorian CAST IRON STOVE WITH STORKS AND TILES. It measures 29 1/4 inches tall X 30 1/4 across x 23 1/4 deep. Marked PAT'D DEC 28 1886. The tiles are marked on their backside HAMILTON OHIO. It is very dirty and needs cleaned up as it has been used up to just recently in an outbuilding on an estate farm. Pictures show it well but it does have some damage- The skirt that goes around the base is broke into 4 pieces but is all there. The bottom left corner of the lower doors is broke off but there and there may be a crack here or there but does not distract. Backside is rusty- has a hole- etc. but still works. Displays great!
