IT HAS THREE SHELVES THAT ARE GRADUATED AND A LOCKING CABINET WITH A FLIP DOWN DOOR WITH A SMALL DRAWER AT THE TOP OF THE CABINET AND TWO SMALL SLOTS ON EITHER SIDE OF THE DRAWER. THE DRAWER HAS TWO ANTIQUE BRASS DRAWER PULLS. THE FACE OF THE CABINET HAS A HAND PAINTED BASKET OF FLOWERS AND YOU CAN FEEL THE BRUSH STROKES! IT HAS A FINIAL AT THE TOP, CARVED ORNAMENTATIONS IN THE FRONT JUST BELOW THE CABINET AND TWO FRONT FEDERAL STYLE FLUTED LEGS THAT CURVE OUT AT THE BOTTOMS AND ONE TAPERED LEG IN THE BACK. THE TWO SHELVES ARE SCALLOPED AT THE OUTSIDE EDGES AS WELL AS THE TOP SIDE PIECES OF THE CABINET. THE CABINET MEASURES 22" X 15" X 70.25" TALL. THE LOWEST SHELF IS 19.5" X 13" X 41" FROM THE FLOOR. THE MIDDLE SHELF IS 13.5" X 7.5" X 9" TALL. THE TOP SHELF IS 8.5" X 4" THE CABINET IS 11.75" X 17.75" X 7.75" TALL. THE SMALL DRAWER IS 4.5" X 11" X 1.5" DEEP. THE TWO SLOTS ON EITHER SIDE OF THE DRAWER ARE 2 7/8" X 4 3/4" X 2" TALL. THE FINISH ON THE ENTIRE CABINET IS EXCELLENT WITH NO MAJOR SCRATCHES OR CHIPS AND NO WORN. PEELING VARNISH. IT APPEARS THE TOP FINIAL WAS BROKEN OFF AT ONE TIME AND THEN REATTACHED AS WELL AS ONE OF THE BOTTOM CROSS BRACES LOOKS LIKE IT WAS REGLUED TO THE RIGHT FRONT LEG.
